Quite nice location, easy and quick check-in, good kitchen facilities.
Where only should I start...
The most disturbing thing was that there are two cameras in the apartment (is this even legal???). During my hundreds of stays, I have never experienced anything like this.
Beside this, there was soap missing in both of bathrooms. One toilet was not working (!) so all us six people had to use only one bathroom. The jacuzzi from the picture was not working either - It was basically just a big bath tub. It also feels a bit smaller than in the pictures. Wi-fi was so so. In general, it was not worth the amount paid.

Great location, close to Vatican and Metro station.
There is a Jazz club in the basement of the building with live music most of the week. Some of the gigs were pretty loud in the apartment.

The house is close to public transportation.
The house is very humid. It doesn’t have living room just kitchen. So you should stay in the bedroom except for eating. Not suitable for family with kids. Dishwasher is missing.

Location was convenient
No sitting area in a two bedroom apartment is inconvenient, glad our friends did not come. Noisy at night as a jazz club is around the corner.

The assistance we recieved when we finally got to meet the host and gained access to the property
Waiting for 2.5 hours in an area we didn't know, ringing a number that had no response from! Intially it was very worrying and we almost booked another hotel nearby due to the lack of response!

The location was really good. Close to Vatican and train station for easy access to Spanish Steps, Trevi, Roman Forum and Colosseum. Opposite lovely fresh food market and surrounded by restaurants offering wide variety of eating options.
Alex, the host, was informative, helpful and very pleasant.
Just above a Jazz bar, which played loudly till midnight.
Very little natural light in the apartment.
