The price that you are charged is very fair for its location.

The property had a GREAT location. It was easy to get to most major sites just by walking. Our stay at Spanish Art Apartments included visits to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the via del corso, all accessed within 15 minutes. We never had to rely on the metro system or taxis.

The apartment was clean but had a dingy look to it. The bed linens looked old, almost any dish we used in the kitchen was chipped or cracked, and there was water damage around one of the bathroom doors that needed to be addressed. Maybe I am more traditional than other travelers, but I still appreciate meeting the property owner face-to-face upon arrival. I never met anyone during my stay and my only communication with the property owner was through booking.com.

Would most definitely return!!

A Roman heat wave is no match for the powerful AC air-conditioning of the Spanish Steps Art Apartment! I loved being able to use my phone to open the building door and the apartment door. Great communication from the property manager! Extra linens helpful. Cleaning supplies and toiletries properly included.

Very good

lovely apartment in a brilliant location. There were some great facilities with a washing machine, coffee maker, dishwasher etc. There was help to hand when we needed and able to check in slightly early too. I’d recommend this place.

I’d prefer thicker curtains to make the rooms a bit darker.

The most amazing spacious apartment in Rome in the best location. Will be back!

This apartment was so amazing. It was so spacious and the location was fabulous. The electronic key entering system was flawless and our host was ready to recommend or point us to great restaurants, drivers and tours. This apartment was the best we have stayed in throughout our month long trip in Europe and we highly recommend. We were able to do our washing and return home with a suitcase of clean clothes.

Would have loved a full length mirror especially travelling with our teenage daughter but seriously this was not a problem at all.

Brilliant apartment in the best location.

This charming apartment in the heart of Rome, was the most fantastic way to experience the city. It enabled us to feel like a local, yet be within walking distance of all the main attractions the city has to offer. The apartment was stylish - mixing modern elements with classic design and the entrance and stairwell of the building set the stage perfectly. Paula, our host was incredible. Immediate responses to any questions we had and provided us with coffee, sugar, bread and some other basic necessities in the apartment pantry and local recommendations for breakfast and dinner. The area and building felt incredibly safe at all times of the day. The experience was truly great and we will definitely be making a return to this apartment to explore more of Rome.

Gem in the heart of Rome

We enjoyed the facilities offered in the apartment and the added extra which makes it feel like a home away from home (slippers and bathrobes, the umbrella left on the coat stand etc, tea, coffee and sugar). The location is great too and we thoroughly enjoyed being within walking distance of all the sights. Lastly, the little collection of books on Rome and recommendations came in handy. We will definitely return to this gem!

The hustler host She try to double charge me for a friend coming over for the night . Tho we are 2 person in 6 persons apartment .. I know there is city charge etc .. but to pay the price of four day stay for one night for a friend cooking over .. is hustling .. my Italian friend try to explain to her it’s wrong .. she told her in Italian ( he is an Arab he can pay it’s ok ) !!!???!
