- Less than a 5 minute walk to the ski lifts (or shorter free shuttle ride), and under 15 minutes on foot to historic Main Street (even quicker on the shuttle) - Easy check out, no cleaning tasks required - Gas fireplace - Fully stocked kitchen - Building amenities; sauna, outdoor hot tub & heated pool (hours vary with season) - Parking for 2 vehicles - Town’s free shuttle system stops just outside of building for easy access to almost everything - Air conditioner in living room & fans in bedrooms The space Our swanky condo is located in the heart of it all for whatever Park City adventure you seek, but once you step inside you can unwind in a modern and comfortable home away from home. Our new kitchen contains all the amenities you will need to prepare a home-cooked meal. The island counter doubles as a high top dining table (in lieu of a standalone kitchen table). The kitchen opens up to the updated living room that has a gas fireplace, new pullout sofa bed, and recliner chairs for two. Sliding glass doors lead to an adjacent balcony with two chairs to enjoy the fresh mountain air. The master bedroom contains a king-sized bed with a new mattress and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a pillow-top queen-sized bed and is across the hall from the second full bathroom. Additional building amenities include coin operated washers and dryers (quarters required). We hope our guests have a wonderful stay in our home. COVID-19 Prevention Measures We have engaged with our cleaning team to provide enhanced cleaning protocols between all stays. These include use of hospital-grade disinfectant; specific wipe-downs of high-touch surfaces including counter-tops, keypads, doorknobs, and light switches; and leaving a window in each of the bedrooms cracked open to allow for improved air circulation between guests. Our self check-in and check-out processes require no in-person interactions (but we're always happy to help out via phone, text, or email!). That said, nothing can fully prevent contagion and we highly encourage everyone to take all necessary precautions to keep themselves and people they interact with as safe as possible. Amenity limitations — Parking is available first-come first-served for 2 vehicles (No Campers, RV's or Trailers. These can be parked on the street or PC lot across the street) Pool/hot tub is open year round, hours vary depending on season.

The location was fantastic and the decor was really great. But the hot tub was not hot and was very disappointing. Also, the heat in the unit was so strong that, even when turned off, we had to sleep with the windows open. It was great to be able to walk to the PC base though.

This was an older property that has been tastefully updated. It had a well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture and 2 like-new bathrooms. We did have to crack open windows to prevent the unit from getting too warm. But after a day of skiing we did appreciate the warm floors. It was a short walk to the Park City base lodge and there’s a bus stop right out front. Very convenient!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a clean condo, super close to the resort and walking distance to the lifts, which was great to not have to mess with parking. We went to the Canyons side one day, and having the bus stop right out front of the condo was terrific. Nice walk to Main Street, about 20 minutes away. Definitely recommend!

Great location and very cute. Property managers very quick and accommodating to all requests.
Would suggest that the place is really more comfortable for four. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. Kids slept on pull-out sofa which made it kind of tight—although it did work because they were 6 and 9.

Awesome location (less than 5 min walk to Park City lifts, 15 min walk to Main St) and great, clean condo. Great communication from the hosts. The condo had all of the amenities we could need including soap/shampoo in the showers, pool towels, plastic cups for the hot tub, and gas fireplace. Beds were very comfortable!

Well stocked apartment with nice modern renovation. Short walk to the ski slopes and supermarket and right next to bus stop to Main Street.

The team was great & location also great. Hot tub was rather large & fun! There were a few things, however. The decor is so cute - and does a decent job of “putting lipstick on a pig.” The photos are great - but pics don’t represent exactly how it goes down. The property is older and it shows. There is a duct vent coming from outdoors to the inside via a cutout in the wall/floor! Strange. Old tiles/grout, etc. There was no TP, hand towels, etc - and not very clean. It feels like the housekeeping team dropped the ball some. We did contact managers for supplies & they were delivered promptly. Clearly cleaning challenges still existed tho.
Water was hot & pressure excellent in showers! Mostly good & a few strange things. Due to location, hot tub & responsiveness of managers, I’d likely stay here again if on PC side - tho do prefer the Canyons!

Great location for skiing Park City. Reasonable wall or short drive to downtown. Clean unit and had all the kitchen items we needed for cooking.

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo complex. We usually come to ski and the access to the lift at Park City is an easy walk across a parking lot.
The owners were very communicative when we had an issue with the cable TV.
This was a very nice unit and a great place for our family of four to spend Thanksgiving.

This updated and cozy place was great for the four of us. It was close to everything and we loved the pool and hot tub access, even in mid-October (the pool was heated and very comfortable. The unit was tough to keep cool on our 70° days we were fortunate to have, even with running the air conditioner. I communicated with one of the three very pleasant owners and they verified that I was doing what I needed to do to cool the unit and added that I could open the windows and front door to aid in ventilation.

Great location, safe area, comfortable unit, wonderful water pressure and good Wi-Fi. Local bus service to Main Street (and elsewhere) stopped right in front of unit which made it extremely convenient if you didn’t want to walk. Plenty of food stores and restaurants nearby. Had one plumbing issue which the owners immediately attempted to address but it had to be addressed again after we checked out. Overall, happy with rental and communication with hosts.

Very good location for getting around. Enclosed parking for the car, easy walking to historic downtown, and a bus stop ( the bus rides are free) in front of the complex. Quiet and clean unit. Nicely furnished.

Great stay
You can’t get much closer to the base of the park city lifts than this place. Roughly less than a 5 minute walk. The condo is well decorated and everyone who visited was impressed. Big plus is the mattresses in the bedroom are very comfortable and don’t feel overused. Nothing is more important than a good nights sleep after a full day on the slopes!

We loved the apartment, it was clean and well designed. After a day skiing, it was great to have a fire and put on a record or jump in the hot tub. The slopes were across the road and Old Town was a 10-minute walk. It was everything we needed for a great vacation.

The condo is perfect for 4 adults and was the perfect place to come back to relax at after a long day of skiing. It was only a quick 5 minute walk to the main Park City Mountain resort. The condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable and cozy. We loved cooking in the kitchen, relaxing by the fireplace and soaking in the AMAZING hot tub. Forget about how cute the town is and how close this property is to Main St, Starbucks, grocery store, Walgreens, bars, restaurants, etc. This VRBO was beautiful! CLEAN, beautifully decorated, cozy, comfortable. The hosts thought of everything! There were toiletries in both bathrooms, they had nice glassware and everything else you would need in the kitchen. They had a keurig with kcups. They had a cool record player with awesome records. They had games for a fun night in. Literally anything you would want to watch on TV. A nice cozy fire place/stove. Comfy furniture. I could literally go on and on…. 100% worth every penny!
