About this house rental
Nice home with two living rooms, one for the adults and one for the kids! City of Austin license # 104894. Gorgeous 2 story, 2300 square foot home. It has all new granite in kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms, new dark wood Italian tile flooring throughout the downstairs, stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans throughout, new flooring in all bedrooms, huge closets, all new bathrooms with new vanities, glass tile, tile floors, faucets, fixtures, lights, etc... The master bedroom is on the first floor with a separate vanity area, walk in closet, and separate entrance to outdoor hot tub & patio. There is also a second living area with flat screen tv, desk, wifi, and more. The home has 3 king beds, 2 queen beds. There is a front loading washer/dryer in the laundry room, as well as a large fenced yard with gorgeous trees! The home is located within a few blocks of the intersection of Burnet Rd & Anderson Ln - close to so much! Public transit is a short walk away. Maximum occupancy is 8 adults, or 10 people total. Please note that the home does not have a garage available for guest use, and that the oven is smaller than standard. Master Bedroom: King bed 2nd Bedroom: King bed 3rd Bedroom: King bed 4th Bedroom: 2 Queen beds Guests are renting the entire home. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood, but a few blocks away are many shopping and dining options. There is also quick highway access for getting around Austin. While the home does have a hot tub, it's only available from October through March.

This was a very nice getaway for my wife and I. The house was great and updated! Everything you need is there. We really enjoyed the peaceful backyard. The location is great within 15 mins of anything in Austin. The owners were very responsive with any concerns we had. If we are every back in Austin we will try to book this place again!

I did hear that the sofa bed was less than comfortable but it was better than having to share a bed. Owners were very accommodating and quick to respond to emails. Check in was as simple as reading an email and no issues at all after we checked out. Security deposit was refunded in full promptly. Would definitely stay again!

wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay. It was a great location for all the things we wanted to do. The house was spacious and perfect for our group. There was plenty of space for meals and hanging out in the living room. We will definitely look at staying here again on our next visit to Austin.

Loved the decor in the home. Very spacious and nicely structured for both individual/small group activities as well as when everyone wants to be together. There were book shelves with books, a child sized table, and nice selection of board games. The beds were heavenly. Kitchen was nicely appointed with modern appliances. We were pleasantly surprised that there were things like basic spices, shampoo, lotion, washing detergent, trash bags etc. The laundry area smelled mildly of mildew. The enclosed back yard could have used some TLC. However, the backyard had a covered porch, seating, a dining table and gas grill which we made use of multiple times. The neighborhood at large is not particularly a standout visually.. However, the houses are neatly kept and the property is conveniently located for transportation, shopping, and eating. According to a local resident, the area is actually considered higher end for that part of Austin. We experienced minor issues the first day that were promptly and courteously addressed by the property manager. The owners left a welcome package with snacks for when we arrived. That was a nice touch.

This was a great space for our family holiday gathering (we filled all 4 bedrooms, and had daytime visitors as well, for a 2 week stay). The house is warm and cozy and has everything needed for short or longer stays. There's two downstairs dens with a dining area in between and the floorplan is very open, which was great when visitors came over. There's plenty of kitchenware and dishware and the landlords will be very accommodating if anything else is needed. The bathrooms were nice and well maintained, but they are a bit on the small side so this is something to keep in mind if you're going to have a full house (this was not an issue for us).
The location is also ideal - The Domain has grown exponentially in the last few years and is very close by, and there's great food options in this part of town (including great Chinese and Vietnamese food in the Asian market area of North Lamar). There's all ranges of grocery stores nearby as well, so you can hit Wal-Mart/HEB or Whole Foods with equal ease. You have equally easy access to Mopac and I-35, so you've got options when you need to get around the city.
Overall, excellent value considering the rising costs in Austin.

Nice neighborhood and convenient to shopping. Unfortunately, we had to kill some roaches in the house 😞 Traffic pretty bad to get downtown

My daughters and I loved this place! Clean, very spacious, convenient - it had everything we needed. The owner was great to work with. We definitely would stay here again.

The home was very clean and worked perfect for our family vacation. I would highly reccomend staying there and we will on our next vacstion to Austin.

There were three generations sharing for two weeks and the villa was ideal. It is very child friendly (apart from pond in garden). The few issues we had were dealt with very promptly by the owners. Plenty of space when local family members came for a meal.
The only issue was that the boiler was very noisy - but we rectified (after a short conversation with the owner) by turning off at night!
Would definitely recommend for a group.

We stayed in this house for four nights, around New Year's Eve. The location is convenient and the neighborhood is fun to take walks in. The beds are great, and we enjoyed the hot tub very much! We had dogs with us and the yard was perfect for them. The appliances are very nice, and there was plenty of furniture when local family members came for meals. The management group was quick to respond if we needed anything. I would absolutely stay here again!
