The tree-lined street is quiet (which means you’ll have a great night’s sleep), but 4 blocks from King Street, where you’ll find the buzz of cafes, restaurants, galleries, shopping and vibrant night-life. Unlike many downtown properties, this property comes with 2 off-street parking spaces. You’ll never have to stress about finding or paying for a place to park. The kitchen is fully equipped for when your wallet needs a break from sampling all of Charleston’s world-class restaurants and bars. If you don’t want to brew up the Charleston roasted coffee that is provided for you, just meander across the street to 132 Spring Cafe (or other coffee shops) to enjoy local coffees and baked goods. The large dining area is open to the living room and kitchen, perfect for family game nights or lingering after your home-cooked meals. The two bedrooms are located towards the back for the unit with one king bed and one queen bed. The king room features an ensuite bathroom that also opens to the kitchen and also features a washer/dryer. There is also a full bath in the hall for the queen bedroom to use as well.
