Great location to most things we wanted to see, nice neighborhood setting and we used the bikes a few times to get groceries and check out the Fort Zachary beach. Used the grill on the deck a couple nights to cook dinner. Very happy we booked this unit!

We loved the property. Was very convenient to everything, clean and had everything we needed. The property owner gave us some great suggestions on places to eat and tips on anything else we could need. The only downside was that we had a child at the age where she needs to wear a swim diaper, and while we were told in advance that she could not wear it in the pool, we did not realize that meant she could not use the pool at all. A rude resident pointed it out our first day. We would not have rented a property where we could not swim in June in Key West. BUT that was no fault of the owners and we would highly recommend this property to others. And would stay there again once my grandchild is older.

Jim, the owner was great at ensuring we had everything we needed for a great family vacation. The two bikes that are available for use came in handy multiple times. We loved the outside patio area as there was plenty of room for our family. The rental was close to everything but was surprisingly quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

This property is in a great spot for walking distance to Duval st or just use the bikes to go to Fort Zachary Taylor beach. This had everything we needed. This is a perfect place for couples or with small children. Check in was easy and the host was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful place to stay. Comfortable beds and great layout. Location is perfect. The bikes were a plus! Items available for use were accurately described by the owner. The only thing we needed to bring was our personal toiletries for the bathroom. We will definitely rent this condo in the future.

This was our best vacation to date. The property location is PRIME, we were able to walk almost everywhere. The rental had everything we could of needed outside of food and toiletries. There were even pool noodles in the second bedroom! We felt right at home. Jim was very proactive in reaching out to us, giving us tips and tricks; we felt like locals with all the info we had! 10/10, would stay here again.

Stayed at this property for a week. The location was great! Came with 2 bikes so we only had to rent 2 more. It’s right next to Ft Zachary Beach. The condo pool was clean and everyone we ran into was very friendly. Would stay here again!

Can't say enough good things about this property. Perfectly located to Duval Street, the beach, sunsets, and the marina. The condo is everything you need. Comfortable, clean, relaxing, all the amenities of home, and located in a quiet, safe community. The owner was available whenever we had questions, before and during our stay. This is the perfect for a family getaway to Key West. We highly recommend this property and will absolutely be back. Just sign us; "100% "Satisfied Customers".

This property was perfect for our week in Key West! It’s just as described. Centrally located within walking distance to everything! The check in and check out process were very simple. Jim was very attentive and easily accessible prior to our stay. Everything was perfect while we were there, so we never had to reach out to him during our stay. Would highly recommend!

Very nice 2-bedroom condo in well-located (and shady) Truman Annex neighborhood. Wonderful private back patio with palm trees and flowering bushes. Small front porch that is fun for afternoon people-watching in the shade. Quick walk to well-kept pool in the complex, which the family really enjoyed. Owner friendly and responsive. If we vacation in KW again, we would absolutely consider this condo.
