This easy condo in its beautiful Deer Valley location, near Snow Park Lodge, comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. This condo is also conveniently located next to the free town-wide shuttle for access to Park City Mountain, Canyons Village, and historic Main Street. The main suite features a queen bed and a 32" TV/DVD, a full en suite bathroom and a private balcony with gorgeous mountain views. The guestroom offers two twin beds (can be converted to a king with advanced notice), a 32" TV/DVD, and a relaxing reading nook. A full bath is adjacent to the second bedroom and there's a sleeper sofa in the living room. The main level is laid out in an inviting open floor plan featuring comfy furniture and a warm wood burning fireplace. There's a 46" TV with Blu-ray DVD and large sliding doors for natural lighting and accessing the private patio. The full kitchen with upgraded appliances has everything you need for preparing and serving meals. The dining table has seating for 4 plus there's seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. Complimentary Wi-Fi, garage, charcoal grill, and private deck with patio furniture. Moderate rating. Overall the property was great! Location provided easy access to DV Resort each morning, and to PC Main Street at other times. The amenities were good, especially the indoor spa.
We would love to stay again. I would just ask the owners to ramp up the WIFI which was very slow and spotty. Based on my experience with other VRBOs, there should also be more kitchen essentials, i.e. dish towels, cooking oil, salt & pepper, and tupperware for leftovers. There more bath towels and laundry detergent if laundry is an amenity.
Again, this was a great place to stay, and we would stay again, just a few tweeks, as mentioned above.

Nice place, great location. Hot tub was out of service. Fireplace was nice along with provided wood. You might consider providing fire logs which are much easier to use and less mess.

Very nice ambience, family friendly and good location. The townhouse has a beautiful view and it’s within minutes walk to snow park lodge. I would highly recommend. Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Great location, comfortable condo and very good management service. Only complaint was the condo's weak outfitting of kitchen items. Replace the broken tea kettle and cheap coffee maker for minimal cost.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a short drive to skiing at Deer Valley. The garage was very useful in keeping our car out of the snow. The kitchen could have used some pot holders and kitchen towels, but otherwise, we had a pleasant stay.

This property's description was very accurate and was nicer in-person than the photos. The property management company (Park City Lodging) was accommodating and followed through on all special requests. The location was perfect for a summer mountain bike trip. The two car garage had plenty of room for multiple bikes, fold-out table and Park Tool Stand. The Deer Valley Resort's Deer Crest trailhead was a two minute bike ride from the driveway and the Park City trails are a ten minute downhill ride away. I highly recommend this property as a summer mountain bike trip basecamp.

The condo was clean, roomy and very comfortable for our stay. The kitchen was very well equipped. Nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. We enjoyed the easy access to the many walking areas. Would book again!

Great views from the front and back of the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. There is a nice garage to park your car. We would highly recommend this condo if you plan to stay in Deer Valley.

The location was perfect for skiing at Deer Valley. Somewhat dated but everything you needed was there. It was not evident in the listing, but the 2 bathrooms are upstairs and none on the ground floor.

The condo was great. Good location to deer valley skiing, and to downtown park city. Large enough for our family. Only wish is that maybe they would have some spices and olive oil etc for cooking

Everything was good. I do recommend pans to be replace they are old and some handles are lose which makes it dangerous when you are cooking especially on a gas stove. Frying pan all TEFLON surfaces are scratched and its not healthy to consume Teflon which is cancer related.

Great location and very clean
Near shuttle stop, or a not that terrible walk to DV base. Also a nice walk to Main street. very, very clean and all features were as descibed.

Great Location, Excellent Customer Service, Great Property
Loved absolutely everything about this property. Walkable to Main Street, spacious, clean, amazing hot tub! Great bathrooms and Park City Lodging had amazing customer service! Would most definitely stay again!

Great place!
My wife and I had an incredible time at this location it was perfect for us and where it was located very quiet. The only issue that we had was the hot tub in the place was very disgusting it had not been cleaned after a big group had stayed there and when we called and it got cleaned it still was not cleaned because it needed to be drained because there was so much extra in it. Besides this it was an awesome stay very quiet location

Everything worked well and it is well maintained. the unit was clean and really easy.

Just OK
We called about an early check in and were told to text day if. We did, no response. Upon check in a 4, the housekeepers were still cleaning. They rushed out without vacuuming and mopping. Place was very dusty. They supposedly came back the next day to finish cleaning, but we didn’t notice much of a difference. No garage door opener was left either. The hot tub was broken and was supposed to be fixed on Monday but they never came to fix it. No one ever checked in to see if things were taken care of. Too many issues for a vacation and the lack of follow up was very disappointing.

extremely convenient
Property was clean and extremely convenient to deer valley resort as well as downtown park city. My only complaint is the lack of lighting in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Even with all lamps and overhead lights on, the rooms were very dim, especially at night.

Great stay
The hot tub was relatively new and nice. The mudroom/ laundry room was a great drop zone for our family of 4. The bunk beds were nice and also seemed new. Location was great, just a short flat walk to take the bus into park city. We would stay there again.
