Beautifully built in 'The Reserve' behind the Boyne Mountain Resort at the very top of the mountain. Last house at the top of the mountain. "Walk" to the ski-down, to the end of the street and ski-in back to our street and then walk to home. the house is at the end of the street. Approx. 300 yards. Built near the Kitz warming cabin. Parking is also available at the Kits Warming cabin. The cabin is used by residents only, not renters. There is wireless internet in the home. Immaculate 6 bedrooms. (2) Master bedrooms with full baths. Living room with plasma cable TV, VCR, DVD, gas fireplace, dining room seats 18. Large full kitchen, granite countertops and kitchen nook seats 8. Two car garage. 2,400 sq. ft. walkout with family room and gas fire place, plasma tv, pool table, giant connect 4 and foosball. Large bar for entertaining. Fire pit in back yard for camp fires. Master bedroom King w/ TV & bathroom. 2nd Master Queen w/ TV & bathroom, Queen bedroom with TV, 2 Full beds w/ TV. Two lower bedrooms, one sleeps 5 persons. One sleeps 4. Full and bunks.

Ski house in the Reserve at Boyne Mountain was perfect. Plenty of room for our large group of mom's, dad’s, grand kids, grandma and grandpa! Easy access for most of us at Kitz Cabin. And scenic drive to the base for beginners and water park. Beautiful forest surrounding the home was idyllic, especially in the sunny weather we had for the weekend. Lots of fun after ski activities with pool table, foosball table and games for the kids. Great for larger group!

We had a great Father/son weekend, 4 dads and 4 sons, and this place was perfect. The space was great, and we had plenty of room. The dads each had their own room, and the boys stayed in one of the bunk rooms in the basement, which they loved. Access to Boyne was really easy and convenient. We just walked a short way down the road or path through the woods toward the warming cabin, put our skis on, and skied down Escape to Cold Springs. The way back was just as easy. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks so much for a great weekend!

Nice large home with good open spaces. Nice size roomy kitchen, comfortable living room and spacious dining areas. The downstairs media and activity room was nice. A short walk to get to the slopes making this a moderately accessible ski-in/ski-out home... Would stay here again.

This was our 2nd stay at this location. The house is the perfect size for our group of family and friends. The proximity to Boyne mountain was a huge attraction since this was a ski trip. Would definitely stay again if we return to Boyne.

It was perfect for our family! The home is so lovely, clean, and picturesque. It was close to the ski slopes and it accommodated our family of 16 so comfortably. We made so many sweet memories....thank you!

The house is large enough to accommodate our large family. Nice walk to the bridge and tons of activities near by. This was our second year in the house.

Cabin was clean and spacious with a nice outdoor area to hang out. Host was responsive and helped us out with a small issue immediately. Would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful home with plenty of space for friends and families. We had 5 different families stay in the house and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Very clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend

This was the 3rd time our family vacationed at this house. Owners were great to work with and responded immediately to a request when we were at their property. A couple minor issues that would not prevent us from going again: dishwasher worked great but was not securely fastened to the cabinet, ice maker did not function properly but we just bought ice, lighting in the living and dining room is quite dim. Very thankful for the opportunity to rent their house again.

The house is beautiful and there is plenty of room for everybody. We stayed for my nieces wedding, and several of us needed to get ready for the wedding, and there was plenty of bathrooms to be able to do that. We made a big breakfast the last morning we were there and the kitchen is fully stocked with whatever pots and pans you would need. We couldn’t figure out how to operate the Jets on the Jacuzzi tub, otherwise it was a great stay!

Was celebrating our parent's 60th wedding anniversary and wanted to be up in Michigan where they honeymooned all those years ago. Home is nice and comfortable...had every thing we needed. The lower level is very spacious. We enjoyed the fire pit the first night and the large table(s) we could all sit around. The driveway is steep and option to park in garage is nice.

The house was exactly as advertised. The owners were very responsive and quickly answered any questions that we had. The proximity to the Boyne Mountain resort was also convenient. The children enjoyed the games in the basement.

We rented this house to do a ski weekend and celebrate our Mom’s 83 birthday. The house is listed as Ski In/ Ski Out and it is not. You have to walk up a very steep driveway and down a road to get to the ski trail but that trail is closed this year. It is a long drive to get to Boyne about 15 minutes down a steep windy road and our van got stuck. Our driveway was not plowed as the listing said it would be and the owner has not replied to the message I sent her 2 days ago

We loved the ski in-ski out. So convenient. House was big and had lots of entertainment for all of us. The kitchen had everything you can just think of, so did the bathrooms. Clean, spacious, the owner was helpful with early check-in and easy to communicate with. We're coming back for sure!

Our large family enjoyed staying here. There were however pros and cons. The pros, basement is a great set up - wet bar, tv, fireplace, pool table, ping pong table. Plenty of room for everybody to hang out together. Kitchen is nicely stocked for everything you need to cook with (even a griddle!). The cons, that driveway is so steep. Very hard to drive trucks up and down and extremely hard to walk up and down with ski boots on. We had to salt it multiple times to keep it safe. The mudroom needs to be expanded, too small when you have 17 people with ski boots, helmets and such. The heating was confusing too for upstairs. I read directions but no matter what we did or set the thermostat at (68 was the lowest), we couldn't get the upstairs below 75. Bedrooms were an oven at night. The pilot light was out on the fireplace upstairs when we arrived so that never worked. The pros however out weigh the cons - just need to be aware of them.

We had a wonderful time again. The home is clean. Lots of activities. Plenty of room for everyone. The only thing I wanted to let the owners know is that the dishwasher is not stable. The door falls open if not latched, and it is not installed solidly under the counter. Just thought you might want to have it checked. Otherwise our stay was awesome. Thank you again.

We stayed here for NYE weekend a group of 4 families. It was a perfect house for us. Activities for the kids and plenty of space. Owner was responsive and helpful. Beautiful home.

We rented this house for one week size of the house is ok. We did not have good experience staying at this property.
Access to the property is horrible in the winter time, because overnight dryway freeze one of my vehicles slide overnight and hit another vehicle.
Furniture in the house is in really bad condition.
One of the bank beds fell apart in the middle of the night and one of my cousin got injured.
Bar sink doesn't have water at all faucet is broken. I would not recommend this place for staying specially in the winter time.

We enjoyed our stay at the house, a group of 20. Hassle free check-in (some challenge parking if you have more than 6 vehicles!) Clean house, ambience was good, kitchen well furnished with crockery and utensils. Rooms cozy and comfortable. Basement has many activity options. Kids enjoyed every bit of it.

This was at our first year at this home and we were very pleased. Nice amenities and fully stocked kitchen. The location is perfect and the house was spacious enough for our families of 18 to have ample room.
It is close enough to walk to mountain top and we enjoyed the beautiful view.

Really great to stay here. Clean and overall great accommodations. We had a wonderful time. One constructive suggestion would be to have all the knives sharpened and can opener replaced.

Family Reunion
Communication was always timely, check-in was simple and the property was great. The home was clean and easily accommodated our 18 member family, the yard and lower level were perfect for entertaining the kids, and the location was exactly what we were looking for.

Our family traveled to attend a wedding. This was the perfect location to relax and decompress. We had ample room to ourselves and great gathering rooms to spend time together. Travel a couple of miles to get downtown and enjoy a very friendly main street. there are some awesome shops and eateries.

Our stay was great! The cabin is beautiful and well stocked! We enjoyed the walking paths behind and around the house! It is such a pretty area. The weather was great and we were able to play yard games and have campfires in the back yard. All the games provided inside were perfect on our one rainy day! The owners were very helpful and timely on responding to messages. I highly recommend this place!
