Wunderbar, wir konnten die Schönheit Prags in vollen Zügen genießen.

Hervorragende Lage. Wenige Minuten bis zur Prager Burg. 10 Minuten bis zur Karlsbrücke und zur Altstadt. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr schönes Zimmer und tolles Bad.

Perfektes Hotel für Prag Besuche

Die Lage ist super, direkt an der Tram 22, Zimmer sind sehr sauber und geräumig, Frühstück ist hervorragend! Das Personal freundlich und höflich, insbesondere die Abend- und Nachtdienste haben uns freundlichst noch bewirtet. Es war für unsere Bedürfnisse genau das richtige Hotel. Alles super!

Stylové a skvělé

Stylově zařízený prostorný pokoj s dostatkem úložného prostoru a minikuchyňkou, kde byla možnost udělat si kávu nebo čaj. WC bylo oddělené od koupelny. Personál příjemný. Snídaně bohatá, vybere si každý. Fantastické místo blízko Lorety, Ministerstva zahraničních věcí (má krásnou zahradu) a Hradu. Nádherné interiéry, které ocení každý příznivce Art Deco (otevírací střecha v jídelně!).

Best breakfast.

Birçok ülkenin en iyi otellerinde konaklıyorum yıllardır.En iyi kahvaltıyı burda aldım burda konakladığım 5 gün boyunca.Kahvaltı salonundaki düzen,çalışanların titizliği ve güleryüzü,kahvaltıdaki yiyeceklerin yüksek lezeti ve çeşitliliği çok çok iyiydi. Otelin hemen önünde otobüs durağı olması ve sıklıkla geçen otobüsler sayesinde çok kısa zamanda şehrin en gezilecek yerlerine kolay ulaşılması. Praga gideceklere tavsiye edeceğim ilk otel.

5 Gece konakladım.Otel yoğun değildi.Buna rağmen odamın ücretsiz Upgrade edilmesi ricamı onaylamadılar.Oysa hafta içi özellikle az sayıda misafir varken müşteri -Müşteri memnuniyeti iyin oda Upgrade edilmeliydi.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la propreté de l’établissement et des chambres, l’accueil toujours disponible, la qualité et la quantité du petit déjeuner et la proximité pour aller au centre ville.

Un mal entendido...

Antes de reservar buscamos la zona adecuada para pasar la noche mi marido y yo. Y acertamos al quedarnos en este hotel pese a que en otros Savoy, en otro país, me imagino la misma cadena, no nos ha ido muy bien. Sin embargo, aquí, pese a tomar una habitación de camas separada, cosa que no acostumbro, dormí como un oso en invierno, placidamente. Tanto que nos quedamos una noche más. Eso nos permitió disfrutar también del desayuno, atendido por un lindo Personal, amable, atento y una sonrisa hermosa para con los huespedes, especialmente, el de la encargada. La comida variada servida en un espacio acogedor. Tienen un salón precioso donde después de pasarnos el día recorriendo la ciudad disfrutamos con mucho gusto. Leímos, comentamos del paseo y sólo nos faltó una copita de vino para terminar esa noche, pero el cansancio nos llevo a la cama organizada y limpia que nos esperaba. Los recepcionista jóvenes (3)que nos atendieron fueron muy amables.

Deben tener más paciencia con los que no hablamos el idioma ingles o checo. Mi marido y yo hablamos otros dos idiomas pero no estos. Mi observación es especificamente con el señor italiano. Si hubo una confución en el pago final sólo tenía que explicarnos pacientemente qué cuando llegamos la primera noche sólo se habían cobrado el alojamiento y no el parqueo y el desayuno. Yo había pagado con tarjeta y pensé que esa noche todo estaba cubierto. El total estaba en Corona y ni el cambio sabía. Confío mucho en un hotel cuando dice que es 4 o 5 estrellas. La recepcionista de la noche, muy linda, ya me había dicho los costos y bueno al pasarle la tarjeta entendí que todo se cobraría, inclusive por separado. He tenido hotel y se que estos casos se pueden presentar pero no hay que perder la cordura. Sólo tratar de explicar para que el huésped entienda. Señor italiano una sonrisa no cuesta nada. Espero que la próxima vez que vaya a Praga con mi marido, el año que viene, pueda regalarme una sonrisa, porque estuve conforme con el resto del servicio.

Visit to the Christmas markets, really good break to get into Christmas spirit.

Good location with tram stops outside hotel, approx 10 mins by tram to Wenceslas Square. Short walk to Prague Castle and Charles Bridge. Large rooms, clean

Wunderbare Feiertage in Prag verbracht!

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist alles im Stadtzentrum super zu erreichen. Aber auch die Umgebung um das Hotel bietet einiges zu sehen.

Die Parkgebühr für die Nutzung der Garage ist teuer.

Местоположение. Очень удобно добираться

Возможно это только в европейских сетях отеля Савой, но не было тапочек, всего 2 чайных пакета, и то красный и какой-то зеленый.

Séjour incroyable !

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 3 nuits et nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassés dans un appartement magnifique ! Le personnel a été aux petits soins et était très sympathique. L’emplacement est idéal, juste devant un arrêt de tram, dans un quartier calme. Le petit déjeuner vaut le coup. Si nous revenons à Prague nous irons à Hotel Savoy :) Merci pour tout !

Excellent hotel with very good breakfast and opposite to tram stop.

The breakfast was excellent, the room was big and the location near tram stop (tram number 22) was easy to travel any place in the city. Also, we asked to get the room at mud day, and we got it.

We had a wonderful stay at the Savoy hotel. The room upgrade was a lovely surprise. The breakfast was simple yet satisfying, offering everything we needed to start our day on the right foot. Hotel's location is great, it was conveniently close to all the attractions we wanted to visit, yet also neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet. Additionally, having public transportation right at our doorstep was a major plus. Thank you to the hotel for providing us with a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The only really small minus was that the TV in the room didn't catch the internet very well.

Old charm & majestic stay

Superb

The room was spacious and luxurious. Beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was also amazing including a bath which was a great surprise.

The only disadvantage was that there was no price list for the mini bar while there was for all other services, which made us think it is free, however we had to pay for it.

The location is not very central and it takes a long time to get a taxi. The shower in.the bath is not user friendly for anyone with diminished mobility.

We had a lovely stay ! Recommended !

The hotel is really beautiful and authentic. The room was spacious and clean , the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was really good with a big variety and the location very convenient as well as it was both easy to walk around or use the tram with the station on the doorstep.Moreover, we had the option to leave our bags in the reception because we had a late flight back home.

No window or ventilation at the toilet. We would prefer a double bed instead of two singles put together.

Gem of a hotel!

We had an amazing three night stay at this gem of a hotel in the heart of the mala strana in Prague. Is takes around 15 minutes to the center of old town Prague by tram. The historic beauty of the building and the interior are indescribable. It’s super fun to explore this place! We were upgraded for free and resided in a huge and luxurious suite. Everything was super clean, room service was very thorough and all utensils are of the best quality. The breakfast is very diverse and healthy. It is served in a beautiful big room with an open roof (amazing feeling to eat under the sky). The staff was super friendly and supportive. All in all, I can wholeheartedly recommend staying at Savoy Prague!

This is an old style hotel, and some room facilities need maintainence: air-conditioning, locker (safe) was not attached to the room wall, bathroom sink did not work good

the hotel lobby was gorgeous. the staff was nice and helpful. rooms are spacious and the listed amenities were available. I found the bathroom quite spacious. and to my surprise, the toilet was separate. I liked that! I booked this hotel knowing that it is a bit out of the typical touristy center and in the end I had to use the tram to get to the city - I think once I walked back even. That was fine with me as I was aware. and the tram stop is just in front of the hotel so that was quite handy.

on thing I didn't like is the balcony door/window that was opening to a large terrace/balcony which was shared by other rooms. in the end, this door/window could be closed and maybe even locked (cant remember). but it made me a tiny little bit uncomfortable to realize that I am sharing a balcony/terrace with several other rooms and as a solo traveller I didnt like that and had to close this window - which was the only window - during a hot night. oh and the A/C didnt work very well and it was a hot day. I think it made the room even hotter by just trying to work. I didnt tell the lobby though. i didnt think it is something they could solve immediately.

Almost perfect romantic getaway!

The hotel was very nice and the room (superior double room, 39 m2) excellent, a lot of space and two big opening windows to the Keplerova street. Bathroom was very nice with both bathtub and shower and room was well equipped (big closet's, water boiler, big separate sink, microwawe, minibar/fridge etc...) Breakfast was excellent and breakfast room nice with opening roof. Library room/lobby bar area was nice. All staff and service was top quality. But most of all, location was excellent, hotel and nearby area very quiet and tram stops directly in the front of the hotel. Excellent for a romantic holiday! All in all, very close to 5 stars experience with good "bang for the buck".

I got a notification from the hotel two days before departure that hotel AC is not functioning. But even this did not spoil our stay, luckily the evenings/nights were cool. We had two big opening windows and thanks to the spacious room, we could keep the other one open with curtains on top. And the way the hotel reimbursed this left no room to complain. One more thing, the tv could have been bigger but we hardly opened it!

The hotel is pretty but unpractical and uncomfortable to stay in.

The interior of the hotel was very pretty but unfortunately, that’s the only thing this hotel has to offer - there were lovely pairings, the library was very nicely decorated and the elevator was like from an old Hollywood movie. Breakfast was okay, nothing to write home about

The air conditioning was not working for our whole stay - it was very hot in the room, impossible to sleep or exist comfortably inside. We had a room with the windows facing to the Main Street so we heard lots of traffic noise 24/7 since the tramp stop was right in front of the hotel. Since the air conditioning was not working, we had to have our windows open all the time and we could not sleep due to the traffic noise. When we closed the windows to get some quiet, it was 28 degrees Celsius in the room, so it was uncomfortable. We came to prague for a sightseeing trip but since we could not sleep during the nights, we were too tired to enjoy our trip. Also we booked a room with one double bed and we got two single beds pushed together. It was supposed to be a romantic trip with my boyfriend, but the single beds pushed together did not help, as it felt uncomfortable and the mattresses kept drifting apart, creating a hole in the middle The bathroom had only a bathtub with no shower curtain, so the water got everywhere everytime we showered, creating mess on the floors which was not cleaned our whole stay there. If the hotel wants to keep its guests happy and keep their rating high, they should fix the air conditioning, from the reviews I read it is going on for few months already. Wish I knew that before booking the trip, I would pick another hotel.
