Тhis is a hotel with a maximum of three stars, very bad internet (you can say that there is no internet) terrible breakfast, the line for food is 10-15 minutes, for the first time I see that there is no complimentary drinks in a five-star hotel. stay in this hotel is like flying on budget airlines. (you have to pay for everything😂) parking 80 pounds for two days - at a nearby marriott hotel the price for parking is 40 pounds for two days.

Large posh hotel hidden down an arcade entrance near the Florenc transport hub

A Tardis of a place, snuck down a long entrance, it opens up into a massive reception area and offers excellent rooms. The breakfast buffet is on a grand scale and has enough high spots to work.

There are some long-term road works that are currently cutting it off from the main station. Set against that is its proximity to the Florenc transport hub.

An Excellent place for a short stay

Hotel was well located with public transport available right in front of the hotel. Room was spacious enough with all necessary facilities and comfort. Excellent breakfast - sumptuous with large variety of items to choose from. Excellent ambience and a very friendly hotel staff.

The head board of the bed looked a little worn out, so maintenance of the furniture could have been better.

Optimum level of comfort, cleanliness and staff assistance. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Great variety of breakfast choices. The hotel is situated on a prime location. The best value for money we had so far. I would definitely recommend it

4 days in Prague.

I loved the room, and the hotel decor. Lovely big restaurant, excellent choice for breakfast selection.

No complimentary water in room, no biscuits supplied with tea and coffee. Iron had no steam.

Great stay for exploring the old town,

Excellent location to visit the old town and very clos to the main bus station. Large and comfortable rooms. Very friendly and kind staff. Breakfast at the sound of piano.

although my stay was short i could confidently say that this hotel is fantastic the breakfast was great and the hotel staff was extremely polite and understanding. the hotel's location is one of his best qualities, there's a bus and metro station just outside from the hotel and is very close to all the tourist places (powder tower, charles bridge etc)

my safe didn't work unfortunately so i had to carry my passport and money with me at all times, i hope it's not a common issue

Great stay for a family trip to Prague, excellent value for money

Excellent hotel experience, very nicely located at 15 min walk from the old town square. Super friendly staff, very helpful. Good aiport transfer arranged upfront. nice rooms with large bathroom and all comfort. Excellent breakfast buffet, staff very knowledgeable about allergens (gluten). Great price/quality
