Superb, very obliging service, great breakfast. The building is historic (modernism) with all the details of the era preserved and referring to it, which gives it a unique atmosphere. Calm and relaxed pool in the basement. On the upper floors there is an interesting urban landscape.

Extremely comfortable bed!!! Even though the room was facing the main road, we slept like babies! Tasty breakfast, nice staff.
The shower doesn't have a proper holder in the bath, so it's quite annoying having to hold it while showering.

Breakfast, location, comfort, staff.
The room was next to the main street and we could hear the cars and trams all night.

Spacious room with chiller, coffee and electric kettle provided.
Local breakfast with good assortment provided.
Good location to all sightseeing areas, all within walking distances.
Toilet’s heater didn’t work so it was cold during winter.
Room only has 1 chair.
A bit far from central station.
Do note that there’s another station near the hotel but all the intercity trains only stop at the central station.
This fact isn’t obvious in any description when browsing about the hotel unless you know Prague well.
As the pavement was made of cobblestones, so it’s tough to push your luggage and it took me 45mins to walk to the hotel although google stated 15mins.

The hotel is nicely presented and the family room is massive with a huge bathroom. Very clean and within 15 min walk of the old town. Plenty of amenities nearby with shops (Lidl 2 min walk), restaurants, pharmacy etc. There is a tram stop exactly in front of it but not sure you need it. Most staff was friendly and approachable
Too hot in the room.
The fridge was not on a separate outlet and taking the card out meant it was like not having one in the room.

The breakfast room was very crowded and poor selection of hot items and fresh fruit.Only 1 toaster available.
Noisy ,could hear traffic and tram noises from the room. The wall mount shower was not working ,you had to handle it by hand to shower.

Close to the city.
Before the travel we asked for some vegan option for breakfast (nothing serious, but some fruits, vegetabel milk, etc). We asked that at the reception. They answer "we will see what we can do" but nothing happened. I this way we didn't get a breakfast (what we paid for), and we didn't have a clear "no" for our question. I think in Praque, where there are many vegan reataurants and bio shops it is not fair, and wouldn't be a big deal to get some food for us (or just say no!).
