Tutto carino ma lo staff poco empatico

Hotel carino in ottima posizione

Lo staff non parlava la nostra lingua, soprattutto una ragazza alla reception e non provava nemmeno ad aiutarci con l’inglese

Wonderful definitely be coming back.

Apartment was very spacious with chocolates and bubbly on arrival which was a lovely touch. It was extremely clean. Breakfast was lovely with friendly staff in restaurant and hotel. Read some negative reviews but i have only positives.

Washing machine broke down however it was quickly rectified as we were moved to another apartment which was also lovely and clean. Apartment can be noisy at night but ear plugs were provided. I personally was more bothered by my snoring friend!

Ha superat les expectatives

L’apartament es excel·lent i les instal·lacions son molt bones. Apartament molt espaiós i acollidor amb totes les facilitars per poder estar un parell de nits o unes setmanes. Ho tens tot. Son molt atents amb tot, em van ajudar a recepció amb la maleta i vaig gaudir de l’obsequi de la casa. La relació qualitat-preu és excel·lent.

Amazing!

The location, the quality of the room and comfort is great! We felt super comfortable and safe there.

The only reason I didn’t give the highest grade to all categories is because of the shower. The bathroom could have a better shower for a more comfortable bath.

Amazing breakfast and walking distance to everything

The breakfast was absolutely delicious. One of the best we had. Room was big and had everything we needed. It was super close to the center, restaurants, Charles bridge and Castle. During the stay we did not use any public transportation.

Unfortunately the bed was not very comfortable and because the room was so big it was difficult to make it warm.

Odličan hotel na još boljoj lokaciji. Divno osoblje koje nas je pustilo dosta ranije u sobu što nam je mnogo značilo jer smo došli jako rano u Prag. Sve preporuke!

Pleasant

The "Franciszek Kupka" apartment is located in the heart of the city, close to all tourist attractions. Apartment is very spacious with all appliances needed for long term stay. The ladies (with short hair) from the restaurant deserve the highest praise

Despite reporting the lack of internet for three consecutive days, the problem has not been fixed. The reception service in the building is also not very friendly especiall for people not speaking Czech

The room is quite hot, the bed is not clean, but good facilities and great location.

So many facilities. The room is equipped with a kitchen, fridge, sofa, and a washing machine. The location is great. Very centrally located.

Even after the check-in time, the room was not ready (bed was not made, dirty dishes in the sink). The staff kept telling me they needed 30 mins more and was upset when I notified them the room was not ready. On the first night the bed sheet and the blanket is not clean and had weird smell. I had to ask them to change it. The room is super hot. Even though they provide small AC, it’s only a bit better than a fan and not enough for the summer weather.

Overall experience is good, I would come again :) Location is amazing and room is big.

Room was big enough, really appreciate the welcome champagne. Room was clean and coffee machine available. Perfect for short or long stay. Location is amazing. I can't think of better one to be honest. Not too noisy and yet in the middle of the city.

AC is a bit old and loud, but was possible to survive... But what was disturbing, is the shower. Water pressure on 4th floor is so low I could barely wash my long hair from shampoo, also water temperature is not stable, so you ether burn yourself or it's super cold. There was only 2 coffee capsules in the room (chocolate coffee).

Superb

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. I have stayed with little child and asked for a quieter room and the request was accommodated. Welcome drink and sweets were included. We had everything we needed. Thank you.

Great value for money, excellent location

Location couldn’t be more perfect. The room was very clean and well furnished, they left a little bottle of cava in the room and some merci chocolates, which gave the experience a very attentive touch.

Reception is a bit shabby but to be honest not a big issue.

Wonderful friendly & helpful staff. Central location. Public transport at you door. Close to old town. Supermarket across the road. Surrounded by cafes & restaurants. House keeping exceptional.

Advertised as having a elevator but also had stairs. If you had one of the front rooms it was a bit noisy as the trams run late & start early

Exceptional

Great location in city centre, very comfortable and well equipped room. A lot of people in comments/reviews mention noise from the street, but if you are familiar with living in city centres or near any roads, there is nothing unusual. All in all very good value for money.

The ambiance inside the room was a bit cold, as was the temperature despite the radiator.
