Comfortable but won’t come again

Clean and comfortable rooms. Right in the center

No coffee or tea in the apartment. Not soap or shampoo in the bathroom. You can’t leave your luggage on the reception after check out or before check in. You have to walk to the nearby hotel and leave it there for 5€. They’re also taking a deposit of 200€ and it takes ages to return. I’ve been travelling a lot and never experienced this before. Even it looked ok I will never stay again

Old town studio

The room was a small studio with everything you need , fridge kettle, etc for a short stay 3 nights. The studio was in a good area close to restaurant bars and a short walk to most of the tourist attractions.

The studio was on the third floor the stairs where spiral and quite steep (Old spiral concrete type) the room was dark with no view small window and very warm we had the small fan on all the time.

We hebben genoten, locatie was fantastisch en zijn zeer gastvrij ontvangen

De locatie

Het was er heel warm. We bleven de ramen maar open zetten, omdat we ondanks dat de verwarming door ons omlaag gezet werd het er bloedje heet bleef. De douche stang was kapot. Dus de douchekop hing aan een bevestiging waar je niet onder konden douchen daardoor moesten we de douche in de hand houden.

Aanrader!

Het appartement was heel mooi, ruim en lag op een ideale locatie. We hadden 3 slaapkamers terwijl we met 3 personen waren. Het personeel was ook altijd zeer goed bereikbaar als je vragen had. Zeker een aanrader!

‏It was close to city centre. It has some kitchenware. They provide towels, tissue roll and soap for kitchen only.

1- I was surprised that my apartment was in the 3rd floor and no elevator with no lights on the stairs. Which made it very difficult to carry the luggage to the room and was very tiring every time I had to go back to the room. 2- no clear way for the apartment number. 3- short blankets 4- one of the chairs had broken leg that made me fall down and I got injured. 5-no soap in bathroom 6- the refrigerator smelled so bad like if a mouse died in it 7- no washing machine for clothes as was promised in the advertisement 8- the room was very small and looked nothing like the pictures 9- part of the lightning of the room was not working. 10- room temperature was not stable.

La ubicación del piso era estupenda, muy silencioso, buenos electrodomésticos en la cocina

Las almohadas eran muy blandas, las sillas del comedor se movían demasiado, parecía que se iban a desmontar

Ok ma migliorare i servizi

Posizione eccellente Struttura accogliente e pulita

Il servizio non é dei migliori. La struttura si trova in sede distaccata rispetto la reception (10 minuti a piedi). Basterebbe cambiare il sistema di gestione check in e check out, digitalizzando il tutto ed evitando questi spostamenti per gli ospiti da una struttura all'altra.

Good, but not what we expected.

The location was good, close to public transportation and other places.

The first thing is that we thought we would be located close to the Old Town Square, but the apartment we were assigned to was actually about 650m away from the Square, which changed our plans a little bit. The apartment did not look like the photos at all; it was very different than what we were expecting. The apartment itself looked renovated, but the building looked very old. We were put on the last floor (5th), and we had an adventure every time we had to go back to the apartment - even though there was an elevator there, which looked very old and weird, so we decided not to use it. It also didn't look like there was an emergency exit. Last, but not least, we were expecting to find a washing machine there - since it is advertised the apartments have one - and there was none, which also changed our plans a little bit.

Very good stay and breakfast option very nice too.

Great location! Very comfortable apartment. Breakfast is available too and very good. (for a cost)

It would have been helpful to know how the stairway lights worked in the building on the first night. Very dark when unfamiliar upon arrival.

Comfortable and perfect location!

The location was perfect! We loved the spacious appartement. The staff at the reception was really friendly and helpful.

We stayed in an apartment at the top floor with small windows. Unfortunately we didn’t had a good view.

A good location to explore the city

The appartment was great, the rooms were big and the shower was simply brilliant. The room was located above a restaurant (a very good one!) which is convenient, although you can hear the noise from donwnstairs. The location is fantastic, you are 5/10 mn away from the main square and you can walk anywhere.

It can be very noisy outside and unfortunately, the windows do not prevent the noise...

We liked the place and can recommend it to others

Unfortunately, due to some problems with the water heater we were accommodated to another apartment. Therefore, I can only describe another place, which was immaculately clean and freshly renovated but in another location. Prompt service and support made our stay comfortable.

Trying to scam tourists out of money

Centralised location

I was told you couldn't bring food or drinks into the building or be fined €25 by the property owner. The apartment had an awful foul smell even if the windows were left open. For extra fresh towels, you had to pay €10. Having to pay €200 deposit on top of your stay. Having to walk from the reception to the property.

Everything was just fine without the room cleaning service.

We rented those apartments for 5 nights. After 3 nights, we asked for cleaning services to come and change the bed sheets and others. The reception man said nights problem and promised us to send the services tomorrow morning, but no one does not come....

comfortable. accessible. cosy.

property was good and right in the city centre. walking distance from all the main spots. 10/10 for location.

property is good but quite a hassle to get there. the hotel should arrange for a drop off till the apartment. it was quite a put off to know we had to pay extra bucks to get to the apartment. walking isn't feasible with luggage.

Exceptional

The apartment was well located (5 minute walk to old town square), clean and modern. The apartment had 3 rooms, with one being the living room with a double bed but this didn't bother us. The deposit of 200 euros was also returned within the time promised. The staff was also very helpful.
