When I arrived they knew who I was and were able to meet my request for an early check-in. The room, breakfast, staff far exceeded my expectations. A fantastic welcome to India.

its a beautiful property , have stayed many times.
there only limitation is the restaurants have very limited menu. restaurants are very small.

The staff were exceptional. All of them from the doormen to the reception to the restaurant staff. The room was enormous and toiletries lovely. The pool was very clean and beautiful. We used the metro from Civil Lines which was very convenient.
The breakfast was Very good but very expensive for India. We chose not to eat in the restaurant for the dinner for the same reason.
The hotel was convenient for the metro but otherwise was a little out of the way. However this made it very calm so nice too.
