Will I stay here again? Yes, due to location, staff and peace. But if I had to spend a lot of time in the room (rainy we
Perfect location and excellent staff.
We had two suites for our group. One of the rooms had a terrible smell. This seemed to come from the bathroom pipes. There’s no windows or natural ventilation in the bathrooms. The rooms were great. Comfortable bed and spa bath was superb.

a good choice for our 4 night stay
the location is perfect. it is right on the edge of the tourist zone a short block from Piazza Navona, close to a taxi stand and in a great walking neighborhood. the room was very quiet, and the staff was very good.

Superb
Wi-Fi wasn’t great. I had to sit beside the bath tub to get strong enough Wi-Fi. Other than that great stay.

Passable
The employee that served breakfast and helped with luggage was super friendly and helpful.
the lack of concierge services and the location tended to confuse everybody.

Best location, nice staff!
Best location in the heart of Rome. Surrounded by lots of cafes and restaurants. Walking distance to main attractions. Large specious room, very clean and cosy. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. Very nice helpful staff, option for breakfast, but we didn't use it. Check out at 11:00 and if you have a late flight, you can leave the luggage for storage. The staff is in the building only till afternoon, so if you intend to arrive later, let them know in advance. Just book the suit and enjoy!
The building located on a small street that a bit hard to find, so use the navigation program. The room good equiped, the little minus is a lack of kettle and the iron.

No receptionist. Slightly neglected facilities. Quiet street, and at a very good, central location.
Location Comfortable bed Clean room Quiet area
Except for the check in, there was no receptionist at the reception any other moment during our stay. We didn't see anyone except once that we saw a cleaning lady in the small breakfast room. To contact someone you need to call from the room. At the reception hall, there is a huge screen with camera to contact with a receptionist in another hotel somewhere close (we guess). The camera is aligned for very short people, so it is not comfortable for a tall person to talk to the receptionist, whose body you see, but head is out of the camera view. You talk to the chest of someone... Also, there supposed to be a touch screen button to call the receptionist but it doesn't work. You just need to wait and pray that he will look at the screen that you appear, and this screen is not in front of him. So he may not (care to) see, and you may try for several minutes to get some response. It happened to us at the check out and when we were in a hurry. Check in: We did a late check in because my flights were delayed. Although during the booking we read that only 5 euros are asked for a late check in, I was asked and paid 20 euros Check out: At the last minute he asked us to pay the city tax, while he was not there and we were in a hurry. He said that his computer didn't work, the POS didn't work, the credit card was not accepted, but he was not there. Finally, to his kindness and some logic, he allowed us to go. We didn't pay the city tax upon his decision. Thank you for that! Neglected facilities. 1.Shower needs some very easy repair. 2.The tiny fridge was not working when we arrived, it was actually very very hot inside. We asked twice so that someone came to fix it at the 3rd day. 3. Very old, broken and noisy air-condition. At least, it works for heating. Extra: caffe Italiano? No cafe Italiano in the room. No kettle, no tea, no coffee. A nespresso cost 30-50 euros. So no cafe, no tea. Politeness is not a mean to bad behavior.
