Das Hotel verspricht mehr als es effektiv bietet.

Lage ist gut. Zentrum ist gut mit der Strassenbahn erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und umfangreich. Roomservice war miserabel. Zimmerservice musste 3 mal beantragt werden, bis überhaupt jemand kam (nach 18 Uhr). Tolle Aussicht auf die Stadt vom Zimmer aus.

Roomservice muss extra auf komplizierte Weise bestellt werden und wird trotzdem nicht durchgeführt. Damit er erfolgte musste zusätzlich 2 mal telefonisch interveniert werden. Zugang zu Sauna und Fitness funktioniert nicht. Beides ist in mässigem Zustand. Zimmerschlüssel funktionierte nach einem Tag ebenfalls nicht mehr und musste erneuert werden. Dachterrasse wurde nach wettermässig nicht optimalem Tag trotz Wetterbesserung nicht geöffnet und bedient.

Next time in Amsterdam, we book there for sure!

Proximity to public transport. The luggage locker was amazing as we were able to arrive to the hotel much earlier than our check in time but we didn't need to carry our luggage. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean. Great view of Rembrandt park. Coffee machine and capsules for a morning coffee. It was a great stay!

No recycling bins in the room. Not sure if the building did recycling but if so, there should be a basket in the rooms for the guests. The possiblity to pay in cash. We wanted to try the breakfast but we didn't have the exact amount so we couldn't as they didn't have any cash. BUT, overall, all was superb! Definitely going back!

Short and sweet, productive and satisfied with Leonardo Hotel

Room all necessities are available. Excellent linen and towels. Clean. The bathroom tiles need a wipe over. Are the window ever cleaned?? Beautiful view of Rembrandt Park. Breakfast is bountiful an extensive selection. Staff is quick and attentive to replace empties.

Een prettig rustig hotel op een fijne centrale plek in Amsterdam met prachtig uitzicht op de stad!

Vriendelijke ontvangst bij de receptie en gratis upgrade naar luxere kamer. Een kamer met fijn en groot bed en goede douche. Fijn ontbijtbuffet en zeer gave bar #Floor17 met uitzicht op Amsterdam!

Geen duidelijk aangegeven plek voor het stallen van (OV) fietsen.

Location is perfect , overlooking a beautiful green park , close to public transportation n city cen

Staff is exceptional. Immanuel helped us with seamless check in at 11 pm .

Fantastic views from Floor 17

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and comfy beds, stunning view from Floor 17, very good buffet style breakfast with lots of variety, would most defiantly return.

Good clean rooms, very easy to get to once you know how, and staff were very obliging. I’d come back, definitely.

Thought the breakfast was decent if a little expensive. And the nearby park was a little gem, a real and unexpected joy.

Paying 30-odd euros fora burger seemed steep - and I live in London. The real low point was the coffee - truly dreadful.

disgusting and ruined our trip to Amsterdam

bed sheets were disgustingly stained, towels had lipstick on them and reception said the room had been cleaned when it clearly had not. Reception said breakfast was 19 euros per person, but at breakfast they tried to charge us 21.50 per person It seemed that noone knew what the other person was doing

Bon hôtel confortable

Chambre plutôt spacieuse, équipée, accueil sympathique. Bon resto avec belle vue. Centre d'Amsterdam accessible facilement avec le tram. Proche d'un parc donc au calme.

Ne pas oublier de demander si l'on veut que le room cleaning soit fait. En revanche peu de choses à proximité à pied, en matière de restos / cafés.

Wir waren als Gruppe dort und hatten eine sehr gute Zeit

Lage, Anbindung öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Frühstücksbuffet hatte viel zu bieten (etwas mehr Vollkornprodukte wären allerdings gut), tolle Bar

Die Zimmer sehen auf den Fotos luxuriöser aus, als sie sind. Keine Steckdose im Bad. Manche Ecken und Polster vor dem Fenster schmutzig

Zutritt zur Bar nur unter Voranmeldung. Das Essen war nicht gut und wir hatten über 1h gewartet. Alle die nach uns gekommen sind, hatten gegessen und waren wieder gegangen. Wirklich schade.

Anniversary weekend

Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble. Great coffee and food in the restaurant was amazing as were the cocktails.

Perfect couples holiday in this hotel!

I like how clean the room was and the reception area too gives a great ambience. I think this hotel is perfect for couples because of the quiet area around no busy streets and shouting tourists around.

We wish we could have stayed longer!! This is the only bad thing lol

Outstanding Holidays!!! :)

The Hotel was close to the City,the Tram just in front of the Hotel!the Breakfast was just perfect-with the outstanding View!The room on 15th floor was perfect with everything you need!we enjoyed the Rooftop for an awesome View!The Receptionists were very friendly and helpful in any Situation!

The little Things like the coffee mugs or the Toilet on the room were not 100%clean. The christmas Decoration on the Rooftop were a bit irritating!

Sehr schönes Hotel, gutes Frühstück, Check-In kann verbessert werden

Wunsch "Zimmer sollen nahe beieinanderliegen wurde nicht erfüllt - waren 10 Stockwerke auseinander. Frühstück war sehr gut.

Check-In hat (bei allen, auch anderen Gästen) sehr lange gedauert.

Good stay and value for money

The room is big enough with a nice view over Amsterdam. The bed and shower are great. Breakfast is very good en the rooftop bar at the 17th floor has a nice atmosphere combined with the lovely view. The dinner was excelllent

It would be nice if it would be possible to have little snacks in the rooftop bar Sauna and fitness are not easy to find and very small

IT WAS A GREAT STAY, LOOKING FORWARD TO GO AGAIN.

THE ROOM WAS VERY GOOD, BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, BUT IT WAS THE SAME EVERY DAY. THERE WAS NO CHANGE TO THE ITEMS ALL 7 DAYS. SOME CHANGES TO THE ITEMS SHOULD BE THERE. THE STAFF WERE V V GOOD. THE LOCATION FOR MY NEEDS WAS TOTALLY ADEQUATE. THE OPEN WiFi IDEA IS V V GOOD.

NO HELPERS TO ASSIST WITH THE LUGGAGE.
