Noise from above apartment with washing machine running at 3.00 am over our stay. The hotwater system did not work. We had cold water for 2 days. We texted the woman that we had no watet at 7.40 am with no reply. Again on the morning of the next day and only in the afternoon did she come to the apartment and she realised the gas cylinder for the boiler was empty. Then over the 6 days of our stay when we asked for clean towels on the last day of our stay she wanted to charge us euro 1.50 for a hand towel. Shee said we should have changed the gas cylinder our selves. We told her we absolutely not ass we haf paid the rent for a fully functional apartment.

Grundsätzlich war die Unterkunft voll in Ordnung und auch sauber, alles vorhanden was man in einem Appartement braucht. Jedoch ist es nicht die Wohnung, die auch im Internet angezeigt wird. Wir sind davon ausgegangen, dass wir ein großes Appartement haben mit dem Blick auf das Meer die Brücke und Co wie auch auf booking.com angegeben. Letztendlich ist es eine saubere Wohnung im Erdgeschoss eines großen Wohnhauses. Wir haben mehrere Male über die Ankunftszeit gesprochen und diese wurde uns auch mehrere Male bestätigt, jedoch war dann letztendlich jedoch niemand vor Ort. Es war alles etwas mühseelig und umständlich. Ebenfalls musste ich alles nochmals ausfüllen was bereits online ausgefühlt wurde, darauf wurde ich extra hingewiesen, wir müssen dass vorab ausfüllen ansonsten kann die Buchung nicht aufrecht erhalten werden und dann mussten wir aber erst recht wieder alles erneut vor Ort ausfüllen. Anbindung zum Flughafen ist super.

The accommodation was one the bottom floor with a locked door in between the apartment and the block entrance. The host mother I assume was lovely and kind. We were later than expected as we drove to Lisbon. But she waited for us which was lovely. She left us a map of shops close by which was handy as we were running very late. The bathroom was lovely and clean. If you want a one night stay close the airport its in the right location for you.

So the acocomdation was okay, but the bedroom wasn't cleaned as you can smell the oldness and dust. We were unable to sleep properly because of it. The acocomdation we stayed was for 3 people without a view of the river. Please do not fall for the river title for the 3 bed apartment as its a double room and a sofa bed without the river view.

There is a washing machine, but no washing liquid, something NO ONE packs when they go on vacation. There were 3 toilet rolls for 3 people for 6 nights, coffee for 2 days, (the host even mentioned there wasn't much left and still didn't offer to fill it), and the bed had a PLASTIC cover, as if we are children who wet the bed. This made for a sweaty, uncomfortable sleep. Also, the property is highly micro-managed, which doesn't make for a relaxing stay whatsoever.
