I always book a VRBO with a hot tub. The first thing I noticed was NO HOT TUB , so I called the property manager and they said they never had one. So I asked why they are MISREPRESENTING the property. I paid for a hot tub and didn’t get one. They did not even offer to reduce the price. What she did offer was for me to leave right away so she wouldn’t get a bad review. My daughter went to use the bedroom jacuzzi and it spewed out black particles. I would not recommend the property or agent to anyone

Kim was amazingly helpful throughout the booking process. She provided us with a lovely home, complete with all necessary supplies. She went out of her way to answer all of our questions. Most helpful were her tips on places to eat and things to do. We couldn’t be more pleased. Kudos to Kim👏

This is a great location and a very nice place. My wife is a bit of a clean freak and even she was impressed with how clean it was. We brought our dog and the fenced yard was perfect. Everything in the listing was correct and everything worked perfectly. The internet was plenty fast enough- I had no problem with a couple of zoom meetings that I had to take during the week. Also it was nice that they had satellite TV. Many vrbos only have streaming options. We brought our bikes and enjoyed cycling all the was to Seaside and back on the wonderful Tmpoochee trail. We spent time on the beach, which honestly is only an 8 minute walk. And the neighborhood pool was right by the house and quite nice. We had it completely to ourselves. All in all I highly recommend this place.

Would definitely stay here again. It’s a short few blocks walk from the public beach in a really cute and nice neighborhood. The pool area was super nice too and literally just a few houses down the street. The only thing that we didn’t love was that the master bed was super loud with every movement, roll over or turn of a pillow, it wasn’t the bed frame so we think it was the box spring or something. The amenities were great and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The guest bathroom toilet paper holder was pretty loose but that would be a quick fix by the management. Great VRBO home.

The house was absolutely beautiful! We loved it so much it was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice as well. We will definitely look into this property when we decide to visit destin again! Highly recommend!!

Having been a resident of the local area for 19 years, it was good to come back and relax. We chose the location because we're so familiar with the surroundings. The property and amenities were absolutely what we required for our stay. Parking was more than adequate. We really took advantage of the pool with the grilling area and often had it all to ourselves. The kitchen is well stocked. With it being pet friendly, it's definitely a plus. The only downside, is that the WiFi is painfully slow. 😀

This house if near the beach, restaurants and shops with only a short walk. Kim was extremely helpful and communicated with us throughout our stay and answered any questions we had. I would recommend this property to anyone and we will return.

This property is in a quiet neighborhood with access to the beach within walking distance. The home was elegant and spacious! We enjoyed the fenced-in backyard for our two dogs. Easy access to great shopping, walking, and a 10 ft. bike path was great for riding our bikes. Great Restaurants! The ocean water was beautiful aqua blue and crystal clear this time of year. Thanks again for a great week!

This property is even better than the pictures. Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lovely patio and fenced in yard, and only a minute from the neighborhood pool. The beach is within walking distance as are some wonderful restaurants and beach bars. We also appreciated lots of close by shopping because we did have a few days of heavy rain.

Never been to Destin before, but wanted to explore the area. We found this very nice place which was “as advertised” - clean and accommodating for all four of us and our small dog (who enjoyed the fenced in backyard). Great kitchen. Set up for backyard dining was a plus. Great location! It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood about three blocks from the ocean and Old Hwy 98 to the south and about three blocks off Emerald Coast Hwy to the north. It’s close to everything. Liked that it was so close to Whole Foods and Publix. Our host, Kim, was great to work with. She was thoughtful and responded quickly to our questions. Will stay again if our travel plans include Destin in the future.

My husband and I were looking for something local so he could visit his elderly parents who live in Destin and I could work. It needed to be clean, quiet, comfortable, with good internet. There aren't many properties with a King bed either. This property was perfect for us, and with two other bedrooms and another full bath, it would work well if we returned with our adult children. It had a nice patio out back, too. There was some road noise from 98 if you were sitting outside, but inside all was quiet. The property does allow pets, and some of the extra blankets and bedding had pet hair on them. This didn't bother us but it may be an issue for those with allergies. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would reserve the property again.

Location is great! Easy walk to the beach one direction and easy access to Emerald Coast Pkwy via traffic light the other direction. Close to shopping, Publix, restaurants. Kitchen well appointed, good appliances and plenty of dish and pan options. Washer and dryer are good. Beds comfortable,. Community pool is not heated so keep in mind during cooler months. Very quiet street off the beaten path, nice neighborhood.

Loved this house and our stay there! House is only a few blocks from beach, in great shape, and loved the fenced in backyard for our dog. We had plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together. Being located just off of US-98 in Destin made getting around town very simple while still being far enough away from traffic to be peaceful. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

My husband, daughter, myself and my parents spent the week at this house for our other daughter's beach wedding. We loved everything about this house and would stay here again. We had everything we needed and then some and the walk to the beach was easy. Thank you for allowing us to have this family time in your beautiful house it meant so much!

This was an exceptional location in a nice and quite neighborhood setting. I wish it was located closer to the ocean but the 14 min walk wasn’t too bad. I also wish to have had access to the garage to park my car in. Overall it was a huge open floor plan home that had lots of charm! I would recommend better living room furniture as it wasn’t very comfortable or roomy and some shades for both front and back doors for privacy. We absolutely loved the open kitchen area. I would however suggest getting some updates on coffee makers, we were disappointed the home did not have a kuerig coffee maker. Something else to note, please make sure you are doing a urine test on the entire home before renting it out to the next guest. There was a urine smell within the home and was mostly the upstairs. A light bulb didn’t work above the toilet in the master suite bedroom and there was a piece/chunk of wall missing by the outlet on the wall with the large mirror. All things considered we still enjoyed our time at this location.

We booked this property based upon the location, fenced in yard for the dogs, and room layouts for our family. This was a wonderful house for our annual family vacation, and Kim was quick to respond when we had questions before and during our stay. The neighborhood is super cute with Victorian-styled homes and has a nice pool area (although we didn’t take advantage of it while we were there) with a pair of sidewalks around the neighborhood (perfect for dog walking in the evening). Reasonably priced compared to other rentals in the area and was great overall!

We really enjoyed the house and loved the quaint area. The community pool area was very nice and clean too! The kitchen is the best we've ever seen in a vacation rental! Very big and stocked with anything you need! I love the way the house is decorated with a beach rustic feel. The house is a short 10 minute walk to the beach. Kim, the owner was very helpful with great communication. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Was here for my son’s Niceville graduation across the bay. Great choice for us as we had extended family stay. Nice décor and great setup downstairs for entertaining and gathering. Not right on the water but near it. Got what I wanted and needed for a reasonable rate. Excellent first experience with VRBO and owner. Recommended
