Non all’altezza delle aspettative

La posizione comoda per la metropolitana. La pulizia delle camere.

Siamo arrivati alle 23.00, e ci hanno assegnato una doppia piuttosto della tripla prenotata, pagamento al check-in. Dopo aver segnalato il disguido abbiamo atteso oltre mezz’ora senza che nessuno venisse a risolvere il problema, nonostante le rassicurazioni dell’addetta al check in. Solo dopo nostra ulteriore telefonata di sollecito ci è stato comunicato un cambio camera. Nemmeno un gesto o una parola di scuse, inammissibile per una struttura a 4 stelle. In camera scopriamo che Il letto aggiunto arriva a toccare il matrimoniale, non c’è spazio per passare se non salendo sul letto. Dal lato del bagno il comodino è sprovvisto di presa. Camera al secondo piano decisamente datata, non adeguata al prezzo pagato.

Que no se admitan mascotas, creo que en pleno siglo XXI tendrían que aceptar mascotas, esto es algo que en resto de.Europa lo tienen muy avanzado pero aquí parece que estemos en África.

Convenient, good in places, poor in others.

Location perfect as near to Santiago Bernabeu. Hotel room absolutely spot on. Reception staff were excellent. However, the bar staff were terrible. On one occasion I asked one member of the team what time they served bar snacks - he waved his arms at me and said I am busy right now! I patiently waited for another member to become free and when I asked him, he responded 'no matter what, you are going to have to wait a long time'. This really hacked me off and I wouldn't go back just because of the way they were over a simple question/request.

As above - bar staff incompetence and attitude.

La limpieza de las habitaciones, el trato en recepción, la diversidad de libros disponibles en el hall, el servicio del bar-café...

Nos resultó un poco preocupante el nivel de estrés que tenía que soportar el chico del bar-café. Quizà sería recomendable doblar el servicio en momentos puntuales como las cenas que coinciden con algún evento deportivo que suponga un cúmulo de gente en la zona de la TV.

Ideal für einen Stadtauffenthalt

Sehr nettes Hotel mit sauberen geräumigen Zimmer und guter Anbindung zum Estadio Santiago Bernabéu mit gleichnamiger U-Bahn-Station. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück hatte eine großer Auswahl.

La habitación y el personal.

Lo encuentro un poco caro, no excesivamente, pero caro. Por ejemplo, pagar 42 euros por dos platos de tallarines con gambas, dos gambas en cada plato, un café, y dos copas de vino de 3,30 euros cada copa, me parece excesivo. Y 214 euros por una noche con desayuno incluido para un cuatro estrellas, por muy bien situado que este, tambien me parece caro.

Very good

Very spacious and clean rooms.

No gym. Although the breakfast runs till 10:30, occasionally no white bread had been available after 10:00. Coffee machine in the restaurant delivers rather water than milch. Very limited choice of salads.

I had a fantastic experience during our stay at H10 Tribeca hotel in Madrid! The hotel impressed us with its modern decor and unique details. One of the highlights was the hotel's superb location, just minutes away from supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, a shopping center, and public transportation. This made exploring the city incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The hotel's services and amenities were top-notch. The parking and electric car charging facilities were a great bonus. The quality of the rooms was impeccable. Our room was beautifully decorated and spotless. We loved the minibar stocked with cookies, chocolates, and refreshing beverages. Additionally, the 100% cotton towels added a luxurious touch to our stay. The hotel staff provided exceptional service from the moment we arrived. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist us with any inquiries or requests. Their hospitality truly enhanced our overall experience. The hotel's restaurant surpassed our expectations, especially the breakfasts. They were delicious, varied, and included a gluten-free section, which we appreciated. Opting for the breakfast package was definitely worth it. In conclusion, our stay at H10 Tribeca was outstanding in every aspect. Very enjoyable, would stay again

Good size room. Everything was very clean and most items needed for a stay were provided. Bed was comfy. Location was good, near to metro and within walking distance of centre.

Provision for making a hot drink in the room. We did get hot water from the kitchen in a flask which was very handy, but we had to buy cups, spoon etc.

unacceptable quality of sound proof in tbe room

the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was good and good location

the amount of times i was woken up from my sleep was ridiculous. the walls are so thin you can hear people from the next room and out in the hallway. i was placed in a room right next to what i assume is a cleaning closet and oh my goodness the cleaning ladies would SLAM that door constantly in the morning and talking so loudly. absolutely ruined the stay

Great value in the middle of the city

- Fast check-in, clean room, bathroom came with toiletries. -Location is nearby subway Line 10, and a 5 min walk west to Line 1. Taking an Uber from this hotel to Airport took 20 mins total including pickup time, which is great. - Breakfast buffer had hot and cold options, as well as pastries.

a lot of space, comfortable big bed and everything was clean. Nice personal.

The views of the room were towards a waste ground of a building under construction plus the interior aesthetics didn’t succeed to give a peaceful clean atmosphere. They mix different styles that doesn’t work well together , a bit old or unachieved. A bit too far out from the city center but next to Santiago Bernabeu if you come to watch a game.
