Location great. Love the big bed. Spacious room.

Check-in, check-out and leaving the car in the car park for a couple of extra hours. The cereal and cooked breakfast was excellent! The room was large enough to hold all our stuff and was warm and quiet. The best thing about the hotel was the staff who were always helpful and cheerful.

The window looked out onto a tiny (6' x 4') shaft which let light in but had no view and generated little airflow through the room. We found that the room was rather damp to start with and became more damp (and stayed that way) after a bath. The room and bathroom were clean, but the decor was a little tired.

We had a fabulous day and the cherry on the cake was the fabulous large beds and staff.

We loved the room, beds, and breakfast and the staff were wonderful will definitely book again. Also parking at the back of the property.

There were no negatives.

Just what we wanted for a night rest and good location for our trip

Staff very welcoming - clean rooms - great food and price - so need the bed - shower warm and room was clean - each room named after some one and their history was on the wall interesting to read too

Very well appointed and maintained, It also had a portable fan, which made sleeping during the hot night much more bearable. Highly recommended.

Great breakfast, lunch and location but couldn’t recommend it.

Excellent location with good parking. Friendly staff and very good breakfast.

Disappointing that on the way to and from the bedrooms stairway to the bar/restaurant one had to endure through two windows about a week’s dog (large) ‘poo’ on what looked like a small private (to the owner/manager) wood decking - 8 or 9 piles of dog mess on the way to lunch and dinner! A sad reflection on attitude, hygiene and cleanliness of the ‘hotel management’.

I always stay here in Knutsford because the staff are so friendly, the rooms are great and it’s right in the centre.

A lovely hotel, attached to a pub located on a popular high street. a great place to be based for a weekend in Knutsford

The hotel is right in the middle of Knutsford high street, with private parking. The staff were excellent and were happy to assist us when needed.

Exceptional

Never stayed in the cross keys before but found it to be lovely, the room was great, and the staff were too. The breakfast was first class.

Can't think of anything negative to say it was all good.

Very basic & the shower was dreadful. I paid £70 for the night which is pretty much the maximum it is worth.

Good stay with my gf for her birthday /ny eve. The room was very nice and the bed super comfy. We used the bar downs

Have stayed before rooms are spacious, location is great in the centre of town close to everything. The bar at the Cross Keys is also good and has a varied food menu including breakfast.

There was only one mug in the room and no tea spoon so in the morning we ending up sharing a mug.
