High Peak was built in 2009 and designed to entertain. Vaulted ceilings on the main floor are complemented by hardwood and granite throughout. The chef’s kitchen is complete with a Wolf gas range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, wine cooler, and top-of-the-line appliances. The open floor plan includes a breakfast bar with seating for four and a dining table that seats eight. Watch Park City come to life each evening from the private rooftop patio and hot tub, or head to the lower level game room that even the most discerning teen will adore. High Peak offers three luxurious private bedrooms with sleeping for up to eight. The top floor main bedroom is suite-like, filled with windows and natural light, includes a plush king bed and fireplace with views overlooking Park City’s historic residential district. The main bedroom bath has his and her vanities, a rainfall shower, and a soaking tub. The upstairs guest bedroom provides access to the rooftop patio and includes a king bed and an en suite bathroom. The third bedroom, located on the basement level, includes two queen beds and an en suite bathroom. The basement is a haven for guests of all ages with a 75” TV, Foosball table and space to gather, relax and play. The home is perfect for families that want to be close to town and to the mountain with the privacy of a home. Comfortable, has everything you need for your stay and more and then walk across the street to catch the town lift to the mountain. Will definitely book again.

This is a great house with a perfect location across from the town lift. Hot tub was amazing for apres ski and the steam shower was a nice surprise. It is decorated beautifully and the kitchen is well equipped. We got great recommendations for dinner and lunch from the concierge across the street. We spent 3 nights but would have loved to spend a week!

Great place in great location. Only complaint was the heating malfunctioned and was not able to be fixed other than a mediocre stop gap. These things happen but would have expected to have been compensated accordingly which did not happen.

We traveled to Park City with 10 friends for our college teammates wedding and could not have been happier with this rental. Trudy and the team were incredibly helpful allowing us to check in early and stay later to accommodate our flights. The house is the perfect location - walkable to coffee shops, restaurants and hiking trails. Definitely recommend to others!!

Our experience in Park City was wonderful! The home is beautiful! Great kitchen and comfortable home. A few things to consider. There is not a bathroom on the main floor, and the master bedroom is three flights up. This didn’t bother us at all, but I think it’s something renters should be aware of. Overall, I highly recommend!

Best location in town

Could not imagine a better location in town. It is essentially ski in ski out. The town lift is directly across the street. High West Distillery & Saloon (the nation's only ski-in distillery) was right next door. They were serving hot cider outside and delicious food and drink inside. Everything else is walkable. No need for a car. But if you had one like we did, there is garage parking for 2 vehicles in the unit. The house was setup perfectly. Would comfortably sleep 2 families. Very nice amenities. And the property management team could not be more accommodating. We were able to check in several hours before our allotted time and check out late as well. I could not say enough nice things about the property management team led by Tia and Katie. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The house was great for our family of five. There was plenty of room. You could easily do two families at the property as there are, basically, two master rooms. Kids would all be downstairs. The location was perfect and really convenient only steps - literally - from Town Lift. We were pleased with the property management company too. They were helpful and responsive.

This new condo building couldn't have a better location to downtown Park City. The condo itself is clean, modern, and has an amazing layout that offers plenty of room, and also privacy to each couple. The roofdecks, outdoor jacuzzi, and parking top off this fantastic rental. Highly recommend!
