My room was spacious, bed was comfortable, breakfast had several options. Staff at the reception was super friendly. Location was very good too. Close to bus station and close to shopping area, it was just in the middle so perfect to go around.
The rooms were not soundproof, I could hear what my nextdoor neighbor was doing in their room. Maybe I missed their cleaning policy but on the second day, the cleaning lady just made my bed, but did not put any water to the fridge, did not put toilet paper to the bathroom, did not replace the used mugs.

The staff was kind and spoke in catalan.
For the cost, I expected all facilities to function. The phone in our room didn’t work - which meant to go downstairs to the reception for any request. This took sometimes 20+ minutes as the lifts were packed.
Nobody came up to fix the phone after we made the reception aware of it.
At 589euros per night excluding tax, I find this unacceptable.
Also, other than water, there were no other amenities in the room (no fruit or snacks provided). Again at that price - some should have been available.
