A wonderful stay at the Royal St Andrews Hotel — I gave 10/10 for most aspects, from the service and comfort to the beautiful facilities. The hotel was welcoming, relaxing and a great place to unwind. We also had a really good dinner at the pub next door, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Could have had a hot tub or heated pool

Dinner - Server ( a plate carrier ) never poured our wine or water - self service , not accustomed to interacting with guests and table etiquette The casual non professional front office staff - smiling only gets you so far
