(In addition, you will be charged a $500 fee if you do NOT return the parking pass upon departure). *** Update: Due to the COVID-19 virus we have been extra diligent in our cleanings and following the latest CDC guidelines. Keyless auto entry codes are used to access the home so no person-to-person contact needed for entry. .*** Location location location - SKI IN/OUT!!! Closest condo to the ski lifts at Park City Mountain resort. This condo is located close to all and the views are spectacular. My vacation rental property at The Lodge at Park City is a wonderful condo that has been completely upgraded. This condo is located ON the Base of Park City Mountain Resort practically ON the Payday ski run - 10 steps out your door and you are on the slopes! - Skiing, snowboarding, biking, golfing, and hiking are outside your front door. The Park City free Shuttle Bus stop is just steps from the building or you can walk to many nearby restaurants, shops, stores, and clubs. This condo has a washer/dryer facility, dishwasher, All amenities (gas fireplace, internet wi-fi, cable, Washer dryer, Netflix, indoor-outdoor pool, 3 hot tubs, gym and Much more!). * King bedroom with Sleep Science Memory foam mattress (rated at the top of the list in comfort from Consumer reports) * Queen Murphy bed with memory foam mattress topper * Kitchen with refrigerator , stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, dishes & serving utensils for 4 people * Wi-fi internet throughout the complex * 2 FULL bathrooms with showers and tubs * Gas fireplace * Mountain Views and ice skating rink views * Two balconies overlooking ice skating rinks * 2 HD Internet TV's with netflix and internet access * HE washer & Dryer in condo * heated indoor outdoor salt pool, 3 hot tubs, gym, sauna, much more! This beautiful condo has a new KING size bed with a sleep science memory foam mattress (rated at the top of the list in comfort from Consumer reports) bed in the bedroom and a separate Queen-size Murphy bed with a memory foam topper and TWO full bathrooms (sleeps four comfortably) . It is beautifully furnished with lots of attention to detail - solid wood doors, internet, HE washer/dryer, dishwasher. gas fireplace, two HD LCD TV's,Internet TV (Netflix), internet wi-fi throughout, heated indoor outdoor salt water pool, 3 hot tubs, small efficient kitchen with dishwasher and MUCH more! Private HE WASHER AND DRYER in condo ! Sorry, no pets allowed and no monthly rentals during the winter.

Could not have had a better experience. Location Location! It is literally as close as you can get. Patti is the best host. Answers texts faster than a teenager. So helpful in every way. We will defianately be back!!

Unbeatable location, and wonderful, responsive, helpful host Patti! One cannot boast a better location, with walking distance access to phenomenal restaurants, bars, ski stores, and iconic PC skating rink. Would recommend without hesitation to any newcomer or long-time traveler to PC. Very short ride to best restaurants in PC as well. Also fully accessible with elevators, et al should your guests require accommodation. Will be back ASAP, our family of 4 had a wonderful experience.

Wow, I would rent any property from Patti, her communication speed and clarity are fantastic - made the trip so easy, not to mention having the best location on the mountain.

I loved Patti, she was so beyond helpful from the beginning. We loved her condo and the location. It was confusing finding the condo at first, but once we figured all that out it was simply amazing. We look forward to going back and staying in the same location!

Great location right at base of mountain, 15-20 minute walk to downtown, great après ski options right outside your door! Kitchen is quite small and the place is a tad tight for 4 but it worked.

It was located in the center of the Mountain Village which was close to shops, restaurants and the free Park City bus stop. (As an aside, the bus system is very easy and convenient; you definitely don't need a car during your stay.) Patti was a really great host and communicated frequently. She makes sure you have everything you need to ensure a nice stay. We would definitely stay here again while in Park City.

Great ski in/ski out condo… location, location, location!!
This property was cozy and perfect for the three of us!! Location was amazing and we couldn’t be any closer to the slopes if we tried. Our property manager Patti was lovely. She was easy to communicate with and went out her way to make our stay great… highly recommended!!

Great location
We were very comfortable in this condo. The beds (including Murphy) are comfortable, and kitchen is well stocked. There are a couple of restaurants right downstairs. The unit's foyer closet for your skis is super convenient and you are so close to the lifts. Thanks Patti!

Location of this property was fantastic. It was a bit smaller than expected but the hideaway queen bed allows for additional room in the family area when put up. Only issue was the difficulty finding the unit from inside the parking garage where our airport transportation service dropped us off. This condo is within a hand’s reach of everything! Rentals, ice skating, lessons, Ski lifts, restaurants, EVERYTHING RIGHT. OUTSIDE. THE. DOOR! Very clean. Patti, the property manager, crossed every “t” and dotted every “i.” Her welcome packet had everything clearly explained and offered lots of additional, helpful information. Patti was totally professional and prompt at responding to any questions or concerns. I look forward to staying at any of Patti’s properties in the future!

This property cannot be more convenient. The unit is STEPS away from the chairlift. It is so convenient to be able to come inside to warm up or relax for a few minutes between runs. In these times (pandemic), it is so nice to know you have a private and clean space to do so. The property has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing ski vacation. It is clean and the beds are so incrediblt comfortable. The hottub is not too far from the unit and it is amazing after a long day on the slopes. Patti, the property manager, is very accessible and helpful. She is with you along the whole way from booking to check-out, if you need her she's there. We read a few of the reviews with noise complaint, but we never found that to be the issue. The unit is located next to the door to exit the building and next the one of the stairwells. We do hear stomping first thing in the morning and early everning (when the lifts open and close). But it's never too loud or disruptive. AND I would gladly have that if it means the unit is the CLOSEST possible to the lift. I cannot wait to return. This is a gem.

Very pleased with this property. Was very nice at reasonable price. There are some sketchy rentals in ski towns. This was great. Bed and pillows were fantastic. Clean. Supplied nicely. Great location. Patti was super helpful and communicated well. Would definitely recommend this place and stay again.

Great experience for first family ski trip. Patti was great with communication and the unit could not have been more convenient. The location came in very handy with small kids (6 and 8 years old) who went to ski school 20 yards away. Definitely glad we didn’t rent a car. Rode the bus everywhere we needed to go.

Great Spring Break stay!
Patti's condo was great. Really enjoyed our stay & the location proximity to the slopes was as close as you can get. Many amenities in place in the condo & we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Won't get closer to the slopes than this!
This condo was PERFECT for our family of 4's four night ski getaway. It is literally at the base and steps from all ski rental shops, restaurants, coffee shop and ice skating rink. Ski locker/closet right inside the condo with plenty of room for multiple sets of skis and lots of places to hang jackets and store boots in entrance area. Owner has thought of EVERYTHING - plenty of places to charge phones, starter waters and coffee, hotel sized toiletries and lots of other nice touches. VERY, VERY clean condo. We loved both the condo and the convenience and would love to stay again. Excellent communication with owner. You do not need a vehicle at all - bus is steps away also and so easy!

All about the location - steps from the lift. Check in process was super easy with Patti. Apartment was a little rustic but you simply could not beat the location.

Easy to get to the slopes (less than 100 steps) and a minute from the bus to Mai. street! Quiet location, great details. Can’t wait to come back! Patti had all the attention to details.

Location Location Location!
We stayed here for the week in between Christmas and New Years! The location cannot be better for skiing Park City...we have stayed in the Marriott Mountainside before and this unit is better because it has 2 bathrooms and a fireplace which is hard to find in the hotel. We stored our skis in the room and walked to Payday lift everyday-took 2 minutes. Campos coffee is just outside the room as are ski rentals! We ice skated in the rink directly outside our window as well. Because of covid we skipped on mountain dining and just had lunch in the room-most days yummy chili soup and pastries from campos! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that it is an older unit and complex. Everything is a bit worn and is older-but this did not impact us. But if you are looking for shiny and new this is not it. The condo was stocked with extras such as boot dryers and toiletries which we also appreciated. We traveled with 2 kids ages 14 and 10 who slept comfortably in the murphy bed! The extra bathroom was awesome! Greta stay!
