Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Parkplatz direkt vor Eingang, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Nur wenige Schritte von Fussgängerzone und Strand entfernt

Wurden gleich sympatisch und zuvorkomment empfangen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht riesig aber extrem gut und hochwertig. Die einrichtung vereint perfekt moderne Kunst und alte schamante Elemente.
Das es keine Treppe ins Untergeschoss gab, nur einen Fahrstuhl.

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, die Lage des Hotels war gut, nah an der Friedrichstraße und nah zum Strand.
Das Bett war sehr gut.
Die Sauberkeit, vor allem im Bad, lässt zu wünschen übrig.
Das Frühstück war enttäuschend....Aufbackbrötchen, Brot und Gebäck Industrieware.
Beim Obstsalat wurde frisches Obst mit Konservenobst gemischt.
Wir haben noch nie in einem Hotel ein schlechteres Frühstück gehabt
