Vraiment très bien

Décoration chaleureuse, literie confortable, petit déjeuner varié, personnel avenant, hôtel propre et bien localisé… Nous avons passé un séjour remarquable, encore merci à Olga pour les attentions particulières pour l’anniversaire de ma fille, merci Ali et tous les autres. Nous reviendrons !

Fantastique et inoubliable, je le recommande vivement

Tout était parfait depuis la réservation et ma demande particulière pour faire une surprise à mon fils de 12ans. Le directeur de l’hôtel à l’écoute a fait préparer la chambre avec bonbons et ballons c’était super. Le personnel est très accueillant très aimable. L’hôtel est décoré avec style et la chambre très propre. Des la réception nous avons été accueillis avec café boisson. À proximité de tout, bus et métro à quelques pas. Supermarché et galeries. À 15 min à pieds de la tour Eiffel. Un séjour inoubliable. J y retournerai c’est sure.

The perfect place to stay in Paris.

This is the best decision I made for my trip in Paris. If you still haven't decided for a place to stay , look no more. The location of the hotel is Superb, it's in 10 minute walking distance to the Eiffel tower. There are couple of metro stations close to the hotel, supermarkets local bakery, brunch spots restaurants it has everything. The room and the hotel is super clean. The cleaning ladies are giving extra effort to keep it that way. I would also like to thank the reception staff of the hotel for making my self so pleasing. The room is small compared to other cities I have visited, but the design of the room is made so compact it doesn't feel like it. If I be going again back to Paris I will most certainly will ne staying again in the Esteem hotel. Thanks again guys!

Perfect

Really can’t say enough about this amazing hotel!! Amazing location, spotlessly clean, rooms are modern and fresh, breakfast was very nice, greeting on arrival was exceptional, beds and room temp are perfect. Honestly couldn’t do enough to help us. Will 100% be staying there again. Thank you for making out girls trip even more special Highly recommend !!!

Very nice hotel, perfect zone

Everything was perfect, nice boutique style hotel .

the reimbursement process has been a pain, according to booking I will have my refund until March 22th 2024 when I was charged for it on November 2023

Was a very good expirience!

The location is extremely good. Close to rio Sena, torré Eiffel, big stores. Near to the train station.

Even so was aceptable in cleaning, is an area to improve. Example the trash leave in the waste basket did not remove from the room every day. Also the bathroom need to pay more attention in cleaning. Also the recommendation to use the taxi was extremely expensive. We use without knowing the price $75, was at 5:30 AM and no traffic in the road. But the attention from the hotel employees were excellent.

We had a great time

The design of the rooms and especially bathrooms was very nice. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

No own parking spaces and the recommended garage was quite an adventure - that is not the hotels fault though.

Un séjour 3 etoiles au prix d’un 4 etoiles …

La propreté , la salle d’eau et notamment la douche , la décoration.

La chambre trop exiguë ( comme la majorité des pièces de l’hôtel ) , l’absence de vrai lit double pour un couple , la terrasse complètement anecdotique, le petit déjeuner à peine dressé et peu varié. Absence de coffre fort dans la chambre .

The WiFi did not work my entire 5 nights at the hotel. This was a huge issue for me, as I would Imagine it would for any guest staying in hotels these days. Even though I complained many times, the hotel didn't do anything about it. Very disappointed.

Location is good, Eiffel Tower is not too far, cafes and bars are nearby. The staff on reception was polite and friendly.

The room could be cleaner when we arrived and after daily cleaning. I noticed dust in corners, also the back of a wardrobe was slightly broken, decor (figures/dolls on a shelves) should be washed as well. I feel like the property needs renovation. Also for some reason I was told that WiFi wasn’t working in our room (2nd floor), it was accessible only near reception (on 0 floor), may be it was temporary.

Good Value for Paris!

The hotel is located close to the Eiffel tower and the neighborhood had convenient metro stations that you can take and go anywhere around the city. We haven't tried the breakfast there, however there were bakeries in the vicinity and they were making great things. There were restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. It has AC which was a great feature. Also there was an opening window at the bathroom and that helped a lot as well.

As expected in Paris, the room was very small. Literally, the room was a tiny bit bigger than the bed. However, it's enough if you are not planning on staying in the room too long, which we have not.

Wonderful place at a great price in an excellent location.

The location was excellent. The price was great. In our room we could see the Eiffel Tower if you peeked out the window. It was very clean and the staff went above expectations.

The location was handy to where we wanted to be. Staff was very kind and helpful when asking for support and information. Easy check in/out process.

The rooms are very dated and the bed was sinking in the middle. Smelled like cigarette smoke. only had 2 towels in the room.

One staff while we departed from there was quite helpful rather than when we there arrived.

Payment method was complicated. We could not paid by PayPal even though there was showing option to pay by PayPal in internet.
