Pleasant

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Clean room. Quiet.

Size of room and bed too small. Bathroom also small but at least clean. Also, the hotel is very far from the city centre.

Superb

It is nice to see people welcoming you with a smiling face. Quite clean and functioning rooms. A delicious Italian breakfast with yummy pastries. If you have a car no need to pay high to those in the centre. I will definitely stay here if I come again.

The bathroom was too small :(

Overall a very nice experience.

Location, breakfast, room was large but was part of annex. But overall nice experience.

Had to go outside to get to annex, a minor negative.

Good hotel location. Worst experience ever from desk personel morning shift during check out.

location near thw gaslini hospital.

During the check out the morning staff was realy hostile because he was yealling at my face for not paying the room. I had payed the room the night before at the other staff that was at the reception. I already told him that before you sream at me in front of other peopëe look at your papers that your coleage left to you from the privious shift. After he look the papers he found the payment receipt done by me. he apologised but It was pointles because he treated me very back without leason what I told him 4 times.

I do not want to repeat of that stay.

Breakfast ok.

Reception closed early. I told them I would be late but they did not wait. Had to get them to unlock the door even though it was a few minutes before the official reception closing time. No electricity in the room but no one at reception by then and could not raise anyone until 6 in the morning. No apology.

Very good

Clean, comfortable, close to the beach and with a superb view from the balcony. Breakfast was excellent and had options for people with celiac disease (gluten free products).

The only good think of this hotel was that it was clean.

The card is pre-authorised when booking is done, the amount is blocked. Then you pay at the hotel but the blocked amount will be reverted in your account in max 21 days, that may be a problem in case you have a limited amount of money planned for the trip. Very rude and impolite person at the frondesk at the checkout, almost not speaking English at all. Hard to discuss with him. The beach is indeed close, but if your plans are to go to this beach, please check before. Was the ugliest beach ever seen so far.

Ok, the location is fab. I wanted beach days and that’s what it is good for here. Bed is comfy mattress. My room was upgraded from a single sized 9m square bedroom to a double and that was exciting and very nice of them. The shower was a little broken but still did the job! I re adjusted some furniture and it allowed for more room so my suitcase could fit in. All in all I preffered my stay here than I did a hotel double the price in Genoa city centre that was way more modern and the bed and shower etc way more comfy and new. They also had a great breakfast spread, the best I’ve had in Italy so far.

Gen (sorry it's) over!

Good location, nice quarter close to sea. Friendly welcome. Comfy room. Good breakfast (i normally don't eat it -just sugar in Italy, but here was ham, so i cd then eat the splendid tarts!). Kindly let me leave the car in parking while i explored next morning.

Nothing to dislike....oh well, if you insist: very stiff blind on bedroom window, difficult to pull up to open!! There! Found something!

Nice old-fashioned stay with wonderful breakfast

Excellent quality of typical Italian pastries! Very convenient private parking, free of charge Cleanness and good maintenance of the facilities

The size of triple room was smaller than what I expected Old-fashioned style to be fully renovated Streets view No balcony available

Very good

Location was great and we were able to park on the street very close by. The manager was very helpful and we enjoyed the Continental breakfast.

The a/c vent was aimed right on us and it couldn’t be adjusted. Other than that, the room was very quiet and beds super comfortable.
