When the weather is nice, the large deck offers beautiful forest views and ample dining space to enjoy home-cooked meals prepared on the grill or in the beautifully updated kitchen. Upgrades include granite countertops, new cabinets, appliances, and lighting. In the winter, throw a log in the woodstove and relax with a movie as the fire roars. Golf lovers won't find a better location than this! The entrance to the Incline Village Championship Golf Course is only a few blocks away, and the home is located right on the course itself. Also close by is the city center (less than a mile away), which is rich with shops and restaurants. Summer can be spent swimming in Lake Tahoe and soaking up the sun on Incline Beach, less than two miles away. The area is also full of challenging hiking trails for those wanting to get away from town. And winter sports enthusiasts will love the short two-mile commute to the base of Diamond Peak Ski Resort, where you can enjoy countless powder days. Things to Know Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities (fitness center, pools, group fitness classes, etc.) are no longer available to guests. Beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details. This property is managed by Vacasa Nevada LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Security camera details: A Ring doorbell with a surveillance camera is installed at the entrance to this cabin. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The home was just as described. Great location if you are planning on spending time at Sand Harbor to Kings Beach. The area is quiet as it backs up to a golf course. The home is clean and has all the conveniences of your own home. Our family had a great time.

What a great place to stay! As soon as you walk in it felt like home. Every little thing was provided. Was a great space for my crazy family, kids loved sleeping upstairs and we had some peace downstairs. Close to Lake Shore beach and very quiet. Will definitely revisit this gem.

We really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately due to smoke from fires and covid there were limited things to do but despite that conveniently located next to grocery stores, hikes, and the beach. The place felt a bit dusty and there were some crumbs left on the kitchen table, but overall we would come back.

The cabin layout was very nice, 2 big bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. Nice large bedroom next to bathroom and kitchen. Big dining room table allowed for many dinners and a game night for the 4 of us
