An Amenity Fee of $75/night must be collected by Tahoe Getaways at least 72 hours prior to Arrival. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. Town of Truckee Certificate 013204 HOST FEE DETAILS: Damage Waiver Fee – is collected in lieu of a Security Deposit. Protects you against a maximum of $3000 of unintentional damages at the rental unit, provided that damage is disclosed to Tahoe Getaways prior to check-out. Everything about this location is TOP NOTCH. The pictures online do not quite do it justice. The property is beautiful. The layout is perfect. I can't say enough, and this house is the first place I think of for any gathering--regardless of the location.

Such a beautiful house that accommodated our 17 person group of friends and family. We were all comfortable and each family had their own rooms and separate bathrooms. The house is in a great location situated in a golf course that provided lots of privacy with our closest neighbors still far away. We’ve really enjoyed all the amenities and the kids loved all the different board games that was readily available. There is also a shuffle board on the 2nd floor family area. Overall it was a great house and we will definitely come back again the next time we visit Tahoe. The staff was really nice and got responded to all our questions quickly.
