Not a great stay

The room was very small. The bed was on the floor. The bathtub/shower was very deep and difficult/unsafe to access. The heavy glass door into the bathroom was intimidating. There was no thermostat in the room to control the temperature. Awkward online check in process after you commit and your credit card is charged. No local TV stations available for news and weather. Not a value for the price.

I do not recommend

Nothing. It was overpriced. Higher than hotels minus the hotel services. It was dirty the floor. They don’t clean well in between. You hear everybody. It has an odour. I wouldn’t definitely not recommend especially for it to be same prices as some hotel. No parking on top of that you pay 45$ per night. No microwave. Literally nothing.

Excellent Stay!

Absolutely stunning apartment! Excellent location 10 minute walk to all the main tourist spots and surrounded my so many amazing spots for food and drinks! Loved the hassle free check in system! We loved our stay here would love to come back again!

Like sleeping in a lay by on a busy road.

Location is good, room is nice

Poorly soundproofed, the app based system felt too impersonal (I wish I did my research into Sonder prior to booking)

Less than I expected for my money

Location And the bed is comfortable

It is a VERY cheaply finished building Heating system is noisy Shower water pressure is laughably bad The elevator is kind of scary The stairs in our suite are slippery

Ótima localização

Ótima localização, toalhas, roupas de cama novos, limpeza do quarto, facilidade para acessar as dependências do hotel.

Falta suporte para se segurar na banheira, com risco de queda, falta suporte para pendurar toalhas no banheiro, falta uma mesa para pequenas refeições , falta luzes no centro do quarto.

Stay here.

I CANT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH. Honestly if you want to stay somewhere where everything is close to you from restaurants to public transport and attractions, stay here. I loved the modern and minimalistic interior design it’s hands down the best ive ever been. Definitely 100000% staying here again if i ever come back.

Agradable estabcia

La habitación cumple con lo necesario para estar cómodo. La máquina de ruido blanco fue genial. La ubicación está muy bien, ya que la mayoría de los lugares quedan de 10 a 20 minutos caminando.

Todas las noches los huéspedes no respetaban en la madrugada, se quedaban platicando y hasta discutiendo en los pasillo.

Not lavish but I would stay there again for another conference.

Great location for my purposes (proximity to the convention center, also tons of restaurants in the area).

Was a bit dated in places, though the bathrooms had been renovated to a high standard. This looked like an apartment building retrofitted to a hotel so a couple things like light switches were in weird places. When I first got there the thermostat wasn’t working so it was quite cold at night in the room, but this was fixed.

Clean, minimalist design, top quality.

Excellent location

Toilet "room". Door opened inward and was VERY heavy. Could not be left open and had NO ventilation. Absolutely stupid design.

Sobre Toronto, puedo decir que la dinámica de la ciudad es fascinante. Las personas son amables, la arquitectura es muy interesante y abundan las amenidades, museos y eventos que suelen tener lugar en la ciudad.

Teniendo poco tiempo evitaría ir a el mercado tradicional de Toronto que se llama "St. Lawrence Market" y es un mercado interior que ofrece una amplia variedad de alimentos frescos, productos gourmet y artículos diversos. No vale la pena. Tampoco iría al mercado de Chinatown.

Decent Hotel in Good Location

The location was great being close enough to walk everywhere within 30 minutes but also not too close so that things got crazy busy. Also nicely placed next to some good cafes and a market for everyday needs. The room and facilities are good. I liked the big bed, the mini fridge and the large bathtub. Overall a solid stay with only minor in improvements needed....but then the construction work is difficult to deal with directly.

The only issue is the construction work going on nearby and that sound travels around the building so if people are noisy then you hear it.

It was clean

Very noisy location, but they did provide a white noise machine and earplugs, so maybe I shouldn’t complain. The walls of the toilet and shower were frosted glass, so not much privacy there for anyone using the toilet or shower.

Check reviews before booking. Not really a hotel.

No reception or facilities despite a fairly high cost. Lesson learned to check more carefully in future. There were other issues, a building site behind. TV not working to name 2.

Excellent location, spacious modern room. Easy check in and out.

Great location and we had a wonderful stay!! Very spacious room for two people. Large bathroom with large tube and two ceiling shower heads. Very easy to check in and out esp with the Sonder app. This location also had lockers for storage in the case you arrived early or needed to store your luggage after check out for a bit. Definitely recommend the restaurant next store - sushi and tacos very delicious!!

This will be a bit silly but the door to the bathroom is so heavy!

Extremely horrible

I had a horrible experience with them. Changing 3 rooms in 4 days due to their property's PROBLEMS.

Great location!

The room was very spacious, it felt luxurieus. The staff was very helpful. The location was great.

We had a problem with our toilet, it was not clean. I contacted the staff, they told us they would send someone, but no one came. The next day we got an e-mail with a voucher because they didn’t came to clean our toilet. It was a nice gesture but a clean toilet would be better tho.

Very poor

The bathroom shower and tub had a very slippery floor with no anti slip strips or handrail. A total health hazard if one slips and breaks a body part.

Wouldn’t stay there again.

There was a kettle, not just a coffee machine! The bed was comfortable. Sonder did respond quickly to a request.

There is no privacy in the bathroom - the toilet and bathroom had “frosted” glass which was very see though. I would never want to stay in an apartment like that again. We have been married over 30 years but still don’t particularly want to be able to see each other sitting on the toilet! They seem to have gone for a trendy look rather than comfort/functionality. The bath was enormous and would take a lot of water to fill. The handbasin was unnecessarily large but then there was little room for one’s sponge bag. There was no view - it was right up against another window so a bit like living in a box. There had been some problems with a water leak and we came back one day to an incredibly noisy dehumidifier on the landing. It was difficult to sleep. We asked about turning it off the following night and were told it couldn’t be turned off but were offered a different room on the same floor. This did not help much, but then we found the dehumidifier WAS turned off that night!

No staff but not a problem

Within walking distance to Rogers Centre and a block from streetcars. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Good bed and lots of pillows. Towels were nice and thick. Plenty of storage space to store clothes for longer stays. I felt totally safe in the hotel and in the area.

I faced Adelaide St and with floor to ceiling windows, I had to keep the drapes closed. My suggestion to Sonder is to install a 2-3 ft strip of privacy film on the window so that drapes could be opened. The bathroom was very roomy but for safety I would have liked a hand rail on the wall in the tub area. The bottom of the tub is slippery so when having a shower this would provide stability. A coffee maker, kettle and fridge are provided but there is no microwave which most hotels provide.

Great easy stay for those of us who live for the idea of self-checkouts

Amazon location, good price, well appointed room. The white noise machine and ear plugs were very thoughtful but being 5 floors up, I didn't notice much noise from the road. No reception so if you need directions anywhere, you need to be prepared to find it yourself. I liked that functionality

The huge, deep bathtub is incredible but I'd love to see some sort of safety around it (strips at the bottom, a grab bar to help get out) because it's very slippery

Super location to explore Toronto.

Excellent location, full city centre.

Unfortunately it has a shower in the bathtub and that too with shower curtains. Doesn't suit the otherwise modern design.
