This condo was great! Views were beautiful and the unit was super clean and updated. Looks just like the pictures. Check in was a breeze and the owner was quick to respond when needed. Definitely recommend and hopefully we will be back!

This condo is exactly like the pictures. It is beautiful and clean. The view is amazing from the balcony. The only thing I would suggest is better lighting in the hallways before entering the room. It is not lit well and hard to see the key pad at night. The internet didn’t work very well but we didn’t mind. I would definitely stay again.

Great location, nice updated condo directly on beach. Garage parking is great. General property manager needs to work on security key pads for all entrances to property & beach entrance and lighting & air flow (or air conditioning) in hallways. But the condo itself, location & parking is great.

We stayed here last year when we got married on the beach. This was our second time staying here. We love this condo and plan to return every year to celebrate. It is always very clean and comfortable. This place feels like a second home to us. The beds were comfortable. We noticed some of the furniture was new this year, and it was very homey and comfy. We love that the beach is private and not over crowded. Everyone is always so friendly. We never have to contact the owner for anything, but feel if we needed to we would have a positive response.

This unit has an amazing view! Located on the beach... just a short elevator ride and a few steps and your in the sand. Great Choice for our stay!

Took family on this trip and we all enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the condo.. we enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony in the mornings watching the dolphins and on sunny day is the water was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this condo on your next visit to Florida.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and furnished quite nicely, and the location (right on the beach!) is wonderful. We loved sitting on the balcony each morning to eat breakfast, overlooking the gulf. We saw plenty of dolphins and rays, and we even watched a manatee swim by one morning. We also made good use of the pool and hot tub, both of which were clean as well.
The only things we really didn't care for were the lobby areas. They could use some renovations/TLC, as well as better lighting outside of each condo's front door, but the condo itself was great!

Wonderful condo! Spacious enough for 4 adults and a 3 year old. Beautiful view from our 12th floor balcony, prompt elevators, easy access to beach, and perfect pool area including hot tub. Check in/out unbelievably smooth. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great stay. Condo was clean and kitchen well supplied with dishes and glassware. Furniture in living and dining room appears to be new.
Mattresses need to be replaced and new sheets as they were old and scratchy. Also needs some blankets; one in MB closet and lap blanket in 2nd bedroom. None on beds just a comforter. Was surprised there was no dresser in the master bedroom. A large tv armoire and a desk, but no place to unpack clothes except very small drawers in night stands and 2 small drawers in armoire.

The inside of the condo is updated and very comfortable The building itself is good, but not high end. Gates and codes to get in and out of the the building and property seems to be common around this part of Destin. But took some getting used to.
The balcony is big and very functional. Appliances all worked well. Master bedroom and bath is spacious and updated. Very nice!
The distance to the water is very close and it’s easy to get from room to pool to beach. No sunsets or sunrises in late March, but still beautiful blue ocean.
Bring your own chairs and beach stuff - or pay roughly $40 a day for two chairs and an umbrella. We drove and brought all our stuff. You can buy stuff at any of the beach shops within walking distance.
Harbor Village Walk is about 2-3 miles away and is a really cool area for all ages.
Can’t beat Destin. We saw hundreds of dolphin and caught fish off the shore in front of the condo.

The condo was great! We would stay there again for sure. Easy access to everything. The building was undergoing some renovation (roof work I think) while we were there but it didn’t impact our stay. Highly recommend.

Overall everything was very nice. Beautiully decorated and clean. Gulf view is fabulous. However the screen was missing from the door between the living room and balcony,. The weather was perfect for an open door. Also kitchen drawers should be inspected between visits. Oven mitts were dirty and the "junk drawer" had some utensils I would not want to use.

The place and location were great! The only complaint would be the noise from the construction taking place. They started before 7 am every morning except Sunday and went until dark. It woke all of us every day and it was difficult to enjoy the balcony due to noise. The place, and the communication were excellent.

This was a lovely place to stay. Most importantly, everything was fresh and clean. The decor was modern - I loved the way it was decorated with muted colors, not the garish Florida-beach colors that you usually see. Everything was as described. The view from the windows and the balcony was spectacular. I took some beautiful sunset photos.
We were so happy with our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Booking process very easy, and host very accessible and helpful. Cancellation policy like none I’ve ever had before but thankful we didn’t have to cancel! The unit was very clean, and well stocked with some necessities that usually you have to buy (liquid hand soap, bar soap, shampoo/conditioner, dishwashing detergent and tabs for dishwasher). We have never had a negative experience at Destin Towers.

Great location with a breathtaking view of the ocean. It’s on the main strip which makes it minutes from everywhere. Will definitely be back.

The stay was better than expected. I had concerns because of no amenities like an onsite market or restaurant but after arriving I realized that is what is great about the property. It is a small location with 3 condos per floor and this is what makes it great. Perfect for families and is quiet. We just had some construction going on above us and that got a bit old, but they didn’t start till 9 am which was nice. Overall, the condo seemed very clean and well maintained. They do need to update the halls and elevators because they are showing some age and people scratching initials and whatnot into the doors. No real problems with the condo at all. The view was great even though looking east down the beach is not possible due to the way the condo building is built. However, looking out over the beach and to the west gave you a great view. The condo’s location is nice and close to everything. The only issue we had was a couple of times we smelled some sewer gas smell, but we assumed it was from the construction above us. It only lasts for a few minutes and was gone. Again, not an issue at all and we only noticed it twice. The condo seemed very clean as well which is always a concern for me. I would come back and stay at this location for sure. In fact, we have already recommended it to a couple of friends of ours. I think it goes without saying we will rent again if in Destin. It is a great small building that is just the right size. Oh, and one additional item. I saw someone mention the beds. I thought they were just right. Also, I liked the laminate flooring as well because sand and carpet do not mix. Ok, another item I just thought of. It would be nice to include 2 beach chairs and an umbrella with the Condo. Then charge for any additional items. Also, we noticed people setting up personal chairs and umbrellas. You just had to do it behind all the rented ones.

Pros:
Very big balcony with perfect view.
Nice, updated flooring in main areas.
Well-equipped kitchen, with two types of coffee makers and ice maker in fridge worked great.
Full size washer/dryer.
Very responsive property manager.
Beach access was great and it was amazing to be on a beach in this area without tons and tons of people!
Parking spot in garage and guest parking was great.
Cons:
All three mattresses are in desperate need of replacement, especially the master bed itself and mattress. Very, very uncomfortable and noisy.
Living room couches were very worn.
Building and unit itself needs general maintenance and upkeep.
Overall, we had a good stay and loved the location.

Great tower and beach
We stayed at this location for 7 nights. The tower is smaller so the amount of people are perfect. The pool and beach access are great and its private so it is not as packed as the public beaches.
Gated parking make it nice and secure and two elevators make for easy access.
Our room was updated and nice. Nice place, view, and cleanliness.
My only two issues are the Master bed needs replaced. Its starting to sink and needs changed. Other than that I cant find a complaint. Property is well kept up, clean and safe.

We enjoyed this property and the amenities it had to offer. The view and balcony were incredible. The parking was good-all gated, one covered spot. Our biggest disappointment was that you could not have a canopy/tarp on the beach at all. The surrounding beach areas are also private so there is no where to set up a personal reprieve from the sun. We wish this had been more clearly noted prior to booking. You can rent an umbrella and chairs, but the additional fee was quite a bit in addition to what we already paid for the property. Again, we just wish this had been better advertised while booking so we could have been more prepared.
As far as the unit, it was nice. The ice-maker did not work, nor did the regular drip coffee pot. There was a smaller drip coffee pot that we used as well as a Keurig (did not use).
