This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath ski in/ski out condo and is conveniently located on the ground floor. Being located a 100 yards from 4 O'clock run makes skiing, hiking, and biking right out your back door. The free bus into town allows access to the shopping and restaurants close by. The unit is equipped with its own washer and dryer, free WiFi, and free parking. **Entire Condo remodeled** All new beds, sofa beds, and appliances! **We us Ozone technology for disinfection and sterilization. Utilizing activated oxygen (O3) technology, the air purifier oxidizes and destroys airborne contaminants such as bacteria, viruses (including the coronavirus) and odors. The oxidation process breaks down the molecular structure of bacteria, viruses, and bad odors thereby neutralizing them. Guests can curl up in front of the fireplace and watch cable TV. Wi-Fi is free. We also provide: linens, hairdryers, washer & dryer and paper products. Parking is free in two maintained lots. Plus, the condo has direct access to the street. This mean there’s no hauling luggage, groceries and equipment up and down stairs or around the block! Location: This condo is conveniently located within 100 yards from Breckenridge’s 4 O’clock Run which will get you to Snowflake Lift, downtown Breckenridge, or the Gondola. We’re also half a block from Breckenridge’s free shuttle service which will take you around town. Winter Activities: It goes without saying that the 2,900-acre Breckenridge Ski Resort is a popular destination for skiers and snowboarders. But, did you know there’s plenty for non-skiers to do too? Breckenridge offers Nordic Skiing, Snow Shoeing, Snowmobiling, Sledding, Dog Sledding, and Sleigh Rides. Summer Activities: A short 10-minute walk will take you to the Epic Discovery Center. This place will keep the kids entertained all day with a Coaster, Zipline, an Alpine SuperSlide, Mini Golf and much more! Families can also enjoy Hiking & Off Road Segway Tours, Mountain Biking, Guided White Water Rafting Trips, 4x4 & ATV Excursions, and Horseback Riding. Guys, grab your clubs and head to the Breckenridge Golf Club which features 27 holes designed by Jack Nicklaus. Year-Round Activities: Summit County offers plenty of public lands for nearly year-round hunting and fishing. Ladies, take the free shuttle (or walk about a mile) to Main Street and enjoying shopping, eating and drinking in Breckenridge’s Victorian downtown. (We highly recommend the crepes. The property offered great flexibility for a 6 person adult family. It is a great ski in ski out but not so easy to get to and back from the supermarket unless you have a car. Fireplace was not working which was disappointing and we had a plumbing issue at one stage but the hosts were very responsive and accomodating about it. Otherwise a great holiday. Thanks.

Enjoyed a week long ski trip with 2 adult kids. Clean condo, accurate pics. Plenty of towels/bedding. Good room for clothing/gear. Well stocked with essentials for kitchen/baths. Good communication with owner. We arrived in the dark and didn't park in the upper lot and hauled our stuff up lots of steps - eeek. Our error. Very short walk (could have skied with more snow) down Grandview Dr. to 4 O'Clock run, then you ski down to Snowflake lift. So convenient! Only knocks are not a super comfortable top bunk mattress for an adult & shower head in hall bath is a bit awkward to stand under. Other mattresses very comfortable. Very nice access to mtn which is a priority for us. Too far to walk to town in winter. Very close bus ride (3 min?) to Peak 8 also.

The property is good not great. It was very clean the beds are comfortable. There are no TV’s in either one of the two bedrooms. It took the heat a little longer to heat up the place. The fireplace puts out awesome heat!!
The information book is good but we search for the trail leading to the ski lift area and could not locate it. It would had been nice to have this information along with other ski information to assist guest.
Would I stay here again yes. Could the Condo use a little more updating yes but I would give it 4 stars out of 5.

Great vacation rental! The condo was tastefully decorated and looks exactly like the photos(awesome kitchen with all the appliances you would need on a trip). The couches and beds were extremely comfortable. Close to everything.

What a great rental! It was beautifully decorated and there was more than enough room for the three of us. Everything we needed was there and the location was very handy for the event we attended and for shopping on Main Street. Such a comfortable stay. We hope to return!

The place was great. It looks just like the pics, and lots of small touches that are not listed. It had everything we needed. The unit was super easy to access. We were there at the beginning of Aug. The high was in the mid-60s, which was terrific coming from Texas. The property was quiet. It has good mountain and trail access. I think it's called the snowflake trail. The trail follows a stream, a fun hike not far from the unit. Breck is a short drive down. The place is perfect, but the two things that would be nice to have are a hot tub and a workout room. It looks like the larger property has a building for them, but they don't appear operational. Even without those, we look forward to staying here again :)

Location would have been better if the ski run near the condo and the lift at the bottom of the run were actually open at that time as represented. the walk to the bus stop was a little lengthy in ski boots and with equipment.
Release of the security deposit from VRBO should be done quickly. 2 weeks is ridiculous and should not be tolerated by anyone!!!!!

All the reviews before our visit were 100% accurate. I never stayed in such an easy place. They had everything for us and then some. And I felt like I was already familiar with the place from the pictures presented a online. I would definitely go back.

This property made for an awesome ski trip! It’s clean, comfortable and updated, exactly as the pictures and description says. The best part is the proximity to the Four O’Clock ski run. Just a short walk past one other building from this ground level condo to the slope entrance and then ski down to the Snowflake Lift to access the rest of the mountain. The short drive down the mountain into town was no hassle either. We would definitely stay again!

I’m always surprised when I show up to a 5-star rated apartment and it’s only so so. Not this one—a real 5 star property. Great location, communication, and really nice interior design. Felt like home with great amenities/furniture and inviting layout.
The 2nd bedroom has a 3rd pull out bed we didn’t know about—added bonus! Only had 1 car but good to know we could have had 2–big bonus in a mountain town.

We absolutely loved the location. Easy access to slope and to Snowflake lift. The owners are the Best!! So helpful and always answered any questions in 10 minutes or less. The condo was fully stocked. They even thought of everything! Things we did not think of, they already had it in the condo! I cannot say enough good things because there was so much positive! We will definitely be back and rent from these guys Always!

Someone named Chris claiming he was maintenance was trying to break in, it was around 9pm on the day of Tuesday the 22nd. He knew the code and even when we asked him to leave he still tried to get in saying he insisted he needed something from inside. You might want check on that for the future.

Great place, recently remodeled and beautifully decorated! It is a short walk to the 4o'clock run and short walk down to town. However, it is a hike back up to the condo. The beds are comfortable, even the couches according to my son. The condo is stocked with everything you need. We would stay again.
