The buildings elevator makes it very convenient to get to and from the unit and includes 2 assigned parking spaces. Have more cars? No worries! There is ample FREE street parking around the building. The unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The kitchen is updated with quartz counter tops, brand new stainless steel appliances and is spacious. Plenty of room for the whole family! We have also updated the furnishings. Brand new queen sleeper sofa and new king size bed in master bedroom. WE DO NOT RENT TO SENIORS - MINIMUM AGE TO RENT IS 21 - NOW OFFERING LINEN PACKAGE! The first hour we had been there, my 1yo daughter found a used nasal spray bottle and put it in her mouth while I was trying to clean the place since it was so disgusting. Unfortunately I didn't catch her before she put it in her mouth, and she ended up sick a few days in to our week trip with a fever up to 102.8 and so we ended up having to leave early. I used Microban and paper towels on all surfaces, and the amount of dirt that came up was disturbing. I informed the owner about it not being cleaned and she called back saying the cleaners stated they cleaned but that they would come back in the morning to clean "again". I declined as I needed the place cleaned right away since I had a 1yo as did my brother as well. There were sewing needles on the carpet, and Bobby pins. Thankfully I found these before my daughter did. I definitely did not enjoy having to clean the entire place the first couple hours of being there when we needed to do other things as well to get settled in. Although it is a great location and the balcony is awesome, I would not stay here again due to the uncleanliness of the place. I paid about 5k for a week, just for my 1yo to get very sick from a used nasal spray that should have been picked up by the cleaners, and only got to enjoy 3 out of the 7 days I paid for.

We stayed at the same unit last year and were happy last year This year it appeared that no maintenance had been done on the unit. Front door was broken and not all of us could open it. Tile in front in front of door was broken Unit was very dirty despite being cleaned. We couldnt use the one bedroom the first night because food left under the bed made room smell It was a big disappointment as we had enjoyed this unit so much last year

We chose this condo mainly for 3 reasons. 1. Location, we had a specific need to be below 40th 2. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 3) cost to get the 2 requirements. The layout of the condo is fantastic, Starting with the outside, parking right under the building and on the first floor (elevator or stair options) small building (which we wanted) with only 8 units. Preferred layout with a master on one end and then 2 more large bedrooms that are across from each other not touching each other. Bathrooms also fine, no concerns. The Kitchen is small but functions pretty well and is equipped nicely (we actually used the slow cooker to have a few things "on hand" for lunch nice little bar that helps for serving dinner or beach cocktails. The living room is nice and has room for 5-6 people comfortably. Beach access is great and being close to the boardwalk makes for nice walks in the evenings. Because nothing is perfect...especially for this price range. 1. In the middle of 2 busy streets, one at each end of the condo = lots of street noise. The worst part is the 6:00 AM wake up from the trash trucks -pick up for about 15-20 minutes at multiple stops at what seems right at your door. Is it terrible no, is it loud and kind of annoying, yes. 2. The Pool. we read the reviews, we knew it was small. Advertising for a pool is not quite accurate, think king-sized bed size pool 2.5 ft. deep. treat this condo as not having a pool when assessing housing options. Good condo for price, not great.

Had a great time during our stay here in ocean city. The condo is in a great location, close to the beach, boardwalk, mini-golf and water park. The kids had fun at the arcade close by and also doing the go-karts. Looking forward to another trip down to ocean city.

Pros: location was block from boardwalk/beach and made it very convenient for quick beach trip with a baby, 2 parking spaces right near entrance, baby items provided-stroller, pack n play, wrap around deck was great to sit on, access to pool (though small and not super clean), Katie was super responsive and quick to respond/try to resolve issues, elevator made it easy access, dishes and kitchen items we needed were available Cons: condo was not cleaned upon our arrival and didn’t end up getting cleaned until following morning (cleaning company issue). Katie did refund and tried to accommodate for this. Linens weren’t delivered until 9pm (again, not the host’s fault just a note). Half of the outlets in master suite didn’t work. Even after cleaning, condo still wasn’t super clean (my crawling one year old had black on her hands and knees, couches were crumby), quite a lot of street noise (but should’ve assumed because of location), the flooring is peeling near front door and it is very loud when opened or closed (2 bedrooms right near door might be impacted by noise)

This listing is located only a block from the north end of the boardwalk. Although it is quite a walk to the lower areas where more shops and eateries are located, we really preferred this quieter location with our young grandchildren! Still plenty to do locally (breakfast. Mini golf, our favorite restaurant BLU!) The balcony is fabulous early morning and at night to sit and relax. Pool is just outside our door and although small for adults, our littles (ages 6,5 and2) loved it! Would definitely stay here again!!

We really enjoyed staying at the condo! There is a view of the ocean even though it is a block back and the condo is very spacious. It has two assigned parking spots which is very rare and is well equipped for your stay with new appliances. Boardwalk is super close which is a nice bonus. Pool is a bit small but there’s only 8 units in the entire building so it wasn’t busy. Definitely would rent again if we go back to OCMD.

We had a great time staying at this unit for our guys golf weekend. Perfect accommodations for the 4 of us and right in the middle of Ocean City. Our golf destinations were mostly within 20 minutes of this location . Katie was very responsive and a great hostess… We would definitely rent this unit again…

Very easy to complete process and the owners were very fast and efficient to get back with answers to our questions. I felt the cleaning could have been better… the windows, blinds, baseboards, doors and tops of all surfaces had dust on them. However, the location was great and the condo is very spacious. I would recommend this condo to others ☺️

Family enjoyed this property. So close to beach you could see the dolphins jumping and the layout was great. The outside furniture was ample to accommodate our 7 family members and our host was so helpful before and during our stay. Pool was small but just enough to cool off after the beach or later in the evening. We really enjoyed staying here.

This is our 11th year in OCMD we have never stayed at the Mahalo. The location is fantastic. The host is always responsive right away. The pool is pretty small but it was nice when you just wanted to get off of the beach and relax in the water. I wouldn't hesitate to book with Katie again.

We had a terrific time. Location of condo was perfect for the car show. Was very happy with the condo, very clean and had everything we needed. Only issue we had was not getting the a/c unit to work; would not go below 78 degrees.
