Our home has free Wifi and cable tv. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the basement so you can pack less and have dry ski clothes! Place your boots by the radiant heater in the garage for dry, warm boots every day! There is a heated garage as well as a driveway spot to accommodate 2 vehicles. To get to the ski hill, simply walk (or ski) about 30 yards to the trail to 4 O’Clock Run and you are on your way! Downtown Breckenridge is only a 4 minute drive away (1.4 miles) or hop on the free shuttle via the bus stop .4 miles away (~6 minute walk). Layout: Bedroom 1: Upstairs. King bed and en suite bathroom, walk-in closet and mountain views. Bedroom 2: Upstairs. Queen bed and full bathroom in hallway. Bedroom 3: Main floor. Queen bed, balcony and en suite bathroom. There are also so many beautiful, wooded hiking trails within walking distance of the house. Or you can take a short drive to hike a 14er (14-thousand foot peak). You can also bike the gorgeous Summit County bike trail along the Blue River from Breckenridge to Frisco. Stop and have lunch or shop while in Frisco and then make your way home. Or, for the advanced mountain biker, try the Mountain Bike Adventure Park (free) just up the hill from our house. You can bring your own bike or rent one in town.
