We were visiting the UW Medical Center and this was close to that.
Finding the lobby to check in was a problem. The front door on the street is a bus stop so you can park there ... you have to access the building, if driving, via an alleyway to a lower level and then a screened garage door opens, but there is nothing to tell you that that is the entry ... it could have been a private parking garage. There is a sign on the street that says its a Courtyard but nothing that says "Lobby This Way." We ended up; driving around the block a few times trying to find how to get into the building. Eventually, we figured it out ... I called the front desk and was put on a "quick" hold, for 8 minutes and then found the way in by ourselves, unloaded bags and walked up to the lobby with my phone on hold when they answered as we were getting off the elevator. Frustrating end to a long day of driving.

Very quiet. We had a room next to the elevator and we didn’t hear it at all. Comfortable beds.
A television didn’t work. Think it just needed to be plugged in because the light bar didn’t work either. Couldn’t find the plug in. Light next to the bed was unplugged also, but with some contortionist moves I was able to get it to work.

Excellent food and wait staff. Particularly loved the dinner, especially the soup and cheese sandwich. The chef was outstanding.
Consistency in cleaning the room. Over 5 days, we had to report to the front desk 3 times that our room had not been cleaned. Someone then brought clean towels, but it was disappointing to return to a room that had not been cleaned.

Быстрое заселение, персонал, номер.
Хотелось бы наличие маленького набора зубной пасты и щетки

Didn't have breakfast. A complimentary breakfast would have been nice.

Beautiful property. Very nice looking, modern, clean, and comfortable.
Very loud. People above me stomped around all night, so hard that it rattled the ceiling. Woke me up several times. Lacking sound deadening?

Bistro food was very good. Enjoyed the little booths in the lobby/dining room. Chatty and welcoming staff in the food services.
Nothing!

This hotel was, as they say, above my pay grade. I don't know if I've ever stayed in a hotel this nice before but the price was right on. We had a 'suite' with 2 TVs and a lot of seating and a super comfy bed. This was our last night of our long road trip so it was great to be able to sprawl out all the bags and suitcases for organizational purposes and still have room to spare. Internet was fine, TVs were nice. We wanted to stay close to the zoo and this was perfect.
Didn't provide things like lotion that aren't necessary of course but appreciated when they are available (and you forgot to pack lotion). The parking elevator could sometimes be slow, and having to pay $20 for parking is a little annoying.

Not close to Link Lift as told by hotel staff. Told it was an 8 minute walk. Closer to 30 minutes! Would have made other arrangements from airport. Imagine 6 senior citizens pushing luggage up an incline for a half hour in 80 degree weather! When I complained to the manager instead of compensation.. he said he couldn’t help us. The advertised restaurant was also closed! Terrible experience!

Suite 540 was spacious and the beds were sooooo comfortable! I would suggest adding a bedside table to the other side of the bed nearest to the entrance. The view was also really nice.
Free parking would be amazing! Also, the cleaning staff woke me up Friday morning being too loud in the hallway. If they could be more mindful that folks are likely sleeping and resting at any possible hour and noise travels.

Room was very nice and comfortable.
Parking and unclear where to park for registration. Spaces too small.
Was told Sunday night bistro would be open for breakfast. It wasn't.

Hotel was okay and parking safe. The staff was pleasant and informative The gym was nice and offered refillable water statuon. It also had earbuds for use. Ease with access to highway.
That thete was no free coffee in the lounge in the mornings. Food for the value wasn't too good.

Room was spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Parking spots were large and elevator was conveniently located. Hotel was close to restaurants and attractions.
The AC fan in the room never shut off. There is probably a good reason for this but it was annoying because my wife is a very light sleeper.
I specifically selected this hotel because of location and it offered parking. The $20 charge for parking was a surprise but did not seem unreasonable. The $30 charge for parking on my credit card seemed like they were taking liberty with pricing.

The gentleman who checked us in was so friendly and kind! I can’t remember his name but his name tag said his home state was HI. The room was super clean and had a nice theme. The bed was comfortable, hard and bouncy but the pillows were amazing haha. We kept saying how comfy they were.
The only thing was parking, the garage fills up really fast at night. Also would have loved extra wash clothes

Room was super modern and clean, loved the shower and how spacious it was; the shower amenities like the shampoo, conditioner and body wash smelt amazing, really enjoyed the products
Lighting in the parkade (got into an incident and smashed the entire rear windshield when backing into the parking space. Lighting masked the protruding top section of the wall (the wall was not flat from to to bottom) so when backing up my SUV, the vehicle hit the wall and completely damaged my window. Poor lighting did not allow me to see the different depth of the wall. No markings indicating "Cautious when backing In', only caution was for "High Voltage" of the area. Doesn't almost $600 getting the window fixed;
Super tight parking spots

The breakfast options offered were fine, but more expensive than we would have expected. We got a bowl of oatmeal, two coffees, and a muffin for $27. The dining area was clean and comfortable.
Can't think of anything.

You charge more each year and deliver less. I will shop around more. You used to be my go to. No more. Greedy greedy.

We had car trouble a few days before our trip and had to cancel our stay. As an act of good will I called the hotel to release our room so they could rent it to someone else. I did not expect a return of our payment for the room, but did think a thank-you was in order for my allowing them to profit from my misfortune. Because of the Taylor Swift concert and Blue Jays game, hotel rooms in Seattle were at a premium. The hotel showed no appreciation for my gesture.

Nothing actually
The staff who were sitting in reception are thieves I had to pay for parking charges only for a day but instead they have deducted 65usd from my credit card so I don't suggest anyone to book with this property as they hold your money and then you don't get it back so they are thieves Fu....ING thieves.
I liven Dubai and I stayed at marriot earlier but services there is not the same it's much better.
I booked this with booking.com so now it's their responsibility to get my money back or else I would cancel all my future bookings with booking.com.
