The apartment is spacious, comfortable and within walking distance of all the sights and shopping. There’s many delicious restaurants and lively bars very close. The host was helpful and allowed us to check in a bit early. Great communication!

Our stay in Rome was fabulous. Germana was so pleasant and accommodating to work with. She was so helpful in arranging transportation from the airport to her place, and allowed us to drop our bags off early before check in time. The location was 5-star! Close to many delicious restaurants and within walking distance to many Rome sites. Germana’s home was very clean and suited us perfectly!

Great location near Spanish Steps neighborhood. Very close to many restaurants and stores. Large bedrooms and clean bathrooms. Host was very quick to respond to all messages. Only downside was a bit noisy outside during sleeping hours.

Clean, well stocked, beautiful apartment with high ceilings and huge windows that open to the streets below. Restaurants, shopping and many historical sites just steps away! A safe place to enjoy living like a local. Tips..entry is thru the massive arched wooden doors that close at night,it has a pedestrian doorway that requires the other house key for entrance from the street.Its on the “American” 3rd floor (they count the ground floor as 0 then first floor up as 1 and so on)the keybox is hanging on the door. The skeleton key is for the lower lock only. There is a very small elevator (lift) under the stairwell. You have to pay a small tax per person as well as send a picture of the passport of each person and that was for every property we stayed in Italy no big deal but was not expected.
If we ever make it back will absolutely stay at this property again!

This apartment was centrally located and we were able to walk everywhere. Germana was very helpful with arranging pickup at the airport and taking us to the train station when we left.

As a family of 6, this place was perfect for our needs. We loved the location and Germana was quick to respond and so helpful to set dinner reservations and car transfers for us. Thanks so much!

We visited during the hottest days ever in Rome and Germana’s apartment was cool and comfortable. Close to all the shopping and restaurants one could want. Owner responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!!

The space is beautiful and there is plenty of room. It’s two flights up on wide stairs and landings to pause when carrying your luggage. The community with the property manager was excellent! She has a great welcome book that has great information (even explains how to get medical and pharmacy care). She also had umbrellas we could use! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. It was helpful for me to have earplugs with noise on the street - you’re in a big city of course! The air conditioning wasn’t really working well when we were there (blew air but it wasn’t cooling well - had it on 16 and it should have been very cold at that level), but it’s sure to be fixed soon! I’d highly recommend this place. Thank you so much for letting us rent your apartment!!

This was our FAVORITE apartment in Italy and we stayed in several during our two week trip. It has GREAT A/C which is saying a lot! Bathrooms were roomy and large showers. I liked have a nice large kitchen table to gather around too! We would definitely go back !!!

Location, location, location. We were able to walk everywhere. The apartment is a beautiful old building with high ceilings and windows opening onto the street. Would definitely book again.

Look no further if you are going to Rome! The apartment is spacious and clean and the owner is very responsive. Location is the best!
Only glitch was that the safe was not working properly but I suspect that will be fixed quickly.

This was the perfect location, and property was exactly as advertised. We are a family of four with a tween and a teenager for our first vacation in Italy. The manager Germana was extremely responsive and helpful from the beginning via the vrbo texting feature. She organized the transport from the airport for us which was very convenient. The only minor hiccup for us was accessing the apartment itself (2nd floor European, 3rd floor American… be prepared to climb some very old and worn stone steps!) after entering the building; there was some confusion there between the front door code and the apartment code but again, once I was able to reach Germana it was resolved quickly. There was also a lovely and helpful neighboring shop owner who saw our confusion and offered to call using her phone! It was a fantastic stay over all. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!
