Situació en un bajo/sotano. No hay luz natural, brilla por su ausencia. Baño viejo, ducha muy pequeña. Puertas no cerraban bien de los viejas que son. Por lo que cobrais y cobran fue un robo.

Great location, easy access to buses, room was big with a/c and good small kitchen.

Location was excellent, few minutes walking to the centre of trastevere. Small kitchen and fridge was perfect for cooking a few meals and storage some groceries. Easy to get the bus to the main tourist attractions. Neighborhood had some groceries stores and local restaurants and it was quiet and safe. It also had a washing machine which we used and it was great!

Shower was a bit too small and also a bit dark, probably because of the bathroom curtains.

Good

Comfortable big property with two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, fast and stabile WIFI, TV in every room and in the kitchen. Responsive owner, we got very clear instruction, so self check-in was ease.

I selected property only because in description was stated it located on the ground floor (no chance to use elevator with trolley). I would like to emphasize important moments: 1. The property placed at the BASEMENT. So guests don’t have any view from windows (even backyard view), and have to accept stay with walls view with quite high humidity and weak natural air ventilation inside. So even you wash your clothes, no option to dry it because of specified earlier humidity and missing of natural air ventilation inside. 2. There is air conditioner in property, this is good, but after it was turned on, appeared specific smell, (probably because AC required cleaning). 3. The property located on steep hill, to reach it by walk, you have to go last 15-20min upside or use steps depends on selected route. 4. There is no any groceries in vicinity of 5-7min walking.

Value for money, smart choice for families, quiet neighbourhood, only 10 min walk to Trastevere.

Simone was a wonderfull host, booked us the transfer from and to the airport, always available, gave us good restaurant recomendations, I would say this is be best reason to book this property, along with the value for money.

If I have to mention one thing, I would say that the house does not have many natural light.

Great spacious and clean apartment. We will be back.

Excellent apartment. Large rooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen with all facilities including dish-washer and washing machine. Simone was very available and offered good tips on what and when to do. Perfect air-conditioning and Wifi. I'm only sorry that it was such a short visit. We will definitely be back the next time we come to Rome. Very good location - walking distance of Trastevere attractions.

Lovely cosy apartment in the coolest area!

The apartment is nicely decorated with a warm sense of home and equiped with everything you need. Simone is a great host, contacted us ahead to offer assistance with transport to the apartment and enabled us to checkin in the middle of the night. During our stay, he made sure were comfortable and satisfied, was always available and helpful. The location is walking distance from bars and restaurants in Trastevere, which we liked. We recommend Simone's apartment and would happily come back!

The shower had hot water at all times, but sometimes it took a couple of minutes until they came.

Taking into account we spent our time in the city the place to stay was good enough!

It was a good place close to a few city locations. Once you get the orientation you'll be able to manage all transportation.

Not sure it was mentioned, the apartment is under the groud. There are still a few windows, but it's not enough.

We liked the location: beautiful and convenient.

The place was below ground level so it didn't have much light and the pictures advertised in the internet were not the pictures of the unit we got. It was totally different. The unit did not have plug adaptors for the US or USB ports available , as most aurbnbs and hotels do now, so you could charge your cells/ computer so we had to walk quite a lot of blocks to find a universal adaptor that ended up costing 30 euros. The mattress could have been better. It was not very comfortable.

I stayed at Simone’s apartment for 10 days and It was great. It’s a great location in Trastevere close to food and drink options, check in was really easy and Simone met us and explained everything. He was also always reachable if I needed anything at any point. The room was spacious and was very clean and comfortable, I would definitely recommend it!!

Excellent place to stay in Rome

excellent location, liked being able to make breakfast ourselves.

Unexpected stay

This was an unexpected stay and Simone couldn't have been more helpful. He allowed us entry to the property early due to one of our party being unwell. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. He met us with the keys and gave us all the info we needed. He booked a taxi for us to the airport for our return journey and was responsive to any questions.

These are very picky things but we could have done with 2 more pillows and the toilet in the main bedroom makes a loud noise for a while after flushing. Other than this it was 👌

Exceptional

The apartment was very clean and spacious in a secure building. We were met by the owner the morning we arrived and allowed to leave our bags. He was very helpful before we arrived and during our stay. Organising taxis and recommending restaurants. The apartment is in an excellent location only a 10 minute walk Into Trastevere although all uphill coming back. Overall an excellent apartment in a great location so was a great find for a lovely weekend in Rome. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

the property was clean and larger enough to host 5 adults - could easily host 6. Simone was readily available to answer all our questions and also booked a car for the airport for us.

romantic, work friendly, peaceful stay in a vibrant location

The location was excellent, a short walk away from the park on one side and vibrant locality of Trastevere on the other side. the house was beautiful and clean with all the amenities as described. simoné was very helpful and made us feel extremely welcome and looked after all of our needs.

Good location for family visit in Rome

The property is located very close to the city centre in very nice district. the apartment has good internet connection. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped. The owner of the property is very friendly and helpful.

Bathrooms are clean and convenient, but water outflow might be more effective. The apartment is located below ground floor, but has a lot of lights so it’s not disturbing during staying. There are free parking spots around (with 3h limit), so reference (before arrival) to a good parking reservation would be an added value.

Beautiful, spacious apartment with a view

Host met us as planned and was extremely gracious. The apartment is spacious and really lovely. It's up on the hill a bit away from the center of Trastevere, but we never paid more than 10 euro for a taxi. If you want to walk there from the center of Trastevere with your luggage, be preparted for a hike! Host is a great communicator.

We were staying in the apartment for 5 days and we absolutely loved it! The apartment is clean and it has a big kitchen with the necessary equipment. Simone was very kind and helpful during our stay. Also the localization is perfect for visiting the city and Vatican. We highly recommend it :)
