From parking, you take a few steps up to enter through the front door on the middle level of the home. This middle/main level includes a spacious open floor plan with a full gourmet kitchen, living, and dining areas. This level has 1 kitchen, 1 full bathroom, 1 king size bedroom, dining room, and living room. To go upstairs to the top level, take the stairs up one level (from middle/main) and arrive at laundry room, three more bedrooms, two of which have comfy, cozy king beds that are perfect for two, and each with their own private full bathrooms, plus a triple twin bunk bed room! To go downstairs to the bottom/ground level, take the front door stairs down one level (from middle/main entry area) or enter directly from parking - this is where the apartment is, with its own separate entrance. This level has 2 bedrooms - both with queen beds - and a full bathroom, as well as a 2nd kitchen and living room area. This home comes thoughtfully equipped for your convenience with 2 washers and dryers, 2 stocked kitchens with basic cooking necessities, fully furnished open living areas with TVs and wifi, and all bed linens, and bath towels. Destin 2 Be comes with 2 convenient parking spots in the driveway right outside the front door, and easy access, no-contact self-check-in through the main front door and separate apartment using a door keypads. ** BEACH GEAR PROVIDED ** Walk just a few minutes across the street to our private gate access to the beach, right into the pristine, super soft white sands of Destin, Fl. The white sand beaches and the gorgeous green waters of the Emerald Coast are like no other in the US!!!! We provide beach chairs, beach towels and a beach wagon for your convenience. ** FAMILY FRIENDLY W/ GROUND FLOOR BEDROOM ** With the multiple king beds, the bunk beds, and the separate entrance apartment on the ground level, this home is perfect for families of all sizes and generational family vacations! The separate-entrance, ground-floor apartment is great for anyone who cannot do stairs. ** REMOTE WORK & VIRTUAL SCHOOL FRIENDLY ** Are you working remotely or doing virtual school? We supply a propane tank BUT they may not be completely full as we try to be conservative. Please check propane tanks upon your arrival as we do not replace them every time to note waste. You are responsible to replace. The closest place is the Shell Station East on our street approximately 1.5 miles away. COFFEE MAKERS - We have dual coffeemakers in the house - Keurig which take pods and round regular filters. PARKING - There are two extra-long driveway that fit 2 standard-sized cars specific to this property. In front of driveway is a parking lot to park balance of cars. SECURITY CAMERA - There is a security camera outside the front door in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection and protection of property. NO SMOKING - This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING beach house. WEATHER / COVID - No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/ or COVID/other things that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. WHAT'S PROVIDED - We provide linens for all beds, all bath towels, and a "starter pack" for you consisting of a dishwasher tablet, a paper towel roll per kitchen, a toilet paper roll per bathroom, a trash bag, a kitchen sponge, and a travel-size shampoo/conditioner/soap per bathroom.
