About this house rental
Welcome to our Bonding Time LLC lake house! You’re in for a treat when you realize what sets this house and it’s owners apart from other vacation rentals! We have the advantage of living on the same lake, so we are able to provide prompt and exceptional customer service. You’ll have a five star experience and want to return! Our quality furnishings and tasteful decor will make you feel right at home. Dogs possible at owners discretion and $125 fee. No pets other than dogs. Do not Instant Book if you have a dog, please send an inquiry first so we can discuss. There are additional rules that apply for dogs. This home has walk-out to a level lot that then gently slopes to a natural beach shoreline (when the water level is down), and there is a small area of beach by the shore. The yard has beautiful mature trees, a fire pit, dock, and pontoon (minimal per stay charge). The home is located on a very quiet dead-end road, and only 5 minutes to the grocery store / downtown area. Irogami Lake is a clean, shallow (maximum depth is about 8 feet), safe, low traffic lake. It is a full recreation lake perfect for skiing, tubing, wake boarding, fishing, etc. Rest assured, your boat will work great on this lake despite the shallow depth and your skiers will be happy to not fight traffic. Even though ski hours are 6am to 8:30pm (10am-8:30pm weekends and holidays), the lake is quiet enough that you can use our paddle boards, kayaks, canoe, paddle boat, row boat, fish, or swim, etc without issue. The home is perfect for your large group; sleeping 17 people in beds, 2 people on a sleeper sofa, and 1 child or small adult on a roll out bed. We also have a queen sized air mattress that two children could sleep on in the living room or game room. Four out of six bedrooms have queen/king non-bunk beds, so you will have plenty of comfortable sleeping room. There is a Master bedroom en suite, a main level shared bathroom with tub shower, and a lower level full bathroom with walk-in shower. The open concept brand new kitchen allows for everyone to join together at meals. The island in the kitchen has seating and there’s a BIG table in the dining area to fit your group for mealtime (please protect this table while using it! Do not slide dishes across the wood. There are a number of table cloths you can use. Also, do NOT put anything hot on the wood without a trivet or hot pad). There is also a folding table with 4 chairs, and a folding poker table that when covered with table cloths can be used for meals. The great family area in the lower level is a activity/game hub for your group. We have a bar area, pool table, darts, air hockey, foosball, board games, children's books, 65" TV and more in this area! Rainy days will not disappoint! For the sunny days, enjoy out door seating with large upper deck, and walk-out ground level patio overlooking a wonderful yard on the lake side for gathering together. Lake toys: paddle boat, canoe, row boat/sailboat, 10' kayak, and two paddle boards included. We keep a number of life vests in the garage. Sizes and quantity listed later in this description. Return life vests and lake toys in a neat and orderly manner! No-smoking inside or cigarette butts left outside, or security deposit is kept. No indoor cooking of food with lingering pungent smells that cannot be removed before the next guests check in. We provide a Weber grill that can cook those smelly foods outdoors. The grill is new. You may use it only if you clean the grates, flame covers, and drip pan before you leave. It should look new. If not, a portion or all of your security deposit will be kept. Gas included, but if you run through the tank because you left the gas on you will need to refill the tank at your expense. We recommend you look into cancellation protection in case something unexpected comes up and at the last minute you cannot make you trip and you are within the No Refund timeframe: http://www.vacationprotection.com/?tab=Cancellation-Protection There is a $99 insurance protection plan that will be added once you start your booking process. This will give both parties extra protection, and will cover up to $5,000 of accident coverage. If ANY damage occurs during your stay take a picture and send to the owners immediately so they can submit it to the insurance. The house was nice, communication with house managers was great. I just feel that the maximum occupancy of 20 for this house is a little tight.

House was nice and cozy. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We had a great time!

Great little getaway for larger families. Perfect size for everyone to spread out but to also not be too isolated!

David and Diane's home on Irogami Lake was such a perfect spot for our extended family - 7 adults, 2 young kids - to spend time together. Beautiful fall colors and time spent near the water and fire pit. Exactly as pictured and described in the posting with everything we needed to cook in the kitchen, grill, etc. Furnishings are comfortable, with plenty of bedroom/bathroom space.

The property was well kept and very clean. Lots of space! The pontoon was in great shape and perfect for relaxing out on the lake. The hosts (Diane and David) were very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed or stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was great and we all had a great time!

The property was very nice. It was good to be near a lake during hot weather. We appreciated the abilty to use the garage with adequate parking space for other vehicles. The property was close to hiking trails and parks.
Our only negative comment is we needed to clean the oven before use.

It was perfect , it has an open concept ,it has a beautiful kitchen/dinning table .We have 7 children ages 17-36 , two are married and we have 3 beautiful grandchildren . All of us were able to eat together at the same table , this has never been possible before (the table is super big) . The beds are very comfortable .The down stairs was amazing for all the competitive siblings ,we used the foosball table ,air hockey ,pool table, chess set and assorted board games . There was a wonderful supply of blankets and fluffy towels . Outside we had so much fun on the paddle boards , kayak ,canoe , and paddle boat ,and some went fishing off the pier just for fun. There was so many little extras ,too many to list but all were appreciated . The home is on a quiet dead end road , so it was so pleasant to take a walk or a run. I can not think of one thing that I would change. The Lord blessed us with a warm sunny day ,it was a magical weekend . Thank you Bonds !!!! Sincerely Judy M.

We had a wonderful stay!!! Everything was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed. Diane and David were so welcoming and prompt if we needed anything. We would definitely stay again!

This was our third time staying at this property. We gather with our three adult children and their families (including 7 grandchildren). The home is a very nice property, plenty of room for all 15 of us and equipped with all of the amenities you can think of. The grandkids loved the water and had a great time with the paddleboat, kayak, and surf boards in addition to the inside games/pool table, etc. The lake is small enough that you have it almost to yourself all the time. We rented a ski boat for a few days of skiing and tubing and then rented the owners pontoon boat for a few days of leisurely fun. Dave and Diane are great hosts and they are easy to work with.

We stayed at this property 2 years ago and again this year for the 4th of July week.
David and Diane are wonderful hosts and great communicators.
Their pontoon worked perfectly for us.
We played games in the basement too. The foosball game didn't get used and was kinda in the way so we tried to move it to give us more room for other games. Billiards was the game we played the most. Sadly, a load bearing post for the house structure was right in the way of more than a few pool shots. We worked around it and still had fun.
Inside, the property was clean and spacious; kudos to the team who prepared the property for our stay.
Outside, we could see how some things had been let go since our last stay 2 years ago.
The trees had grown and were now obscuring the view of the water, and for us the fireworks show too.
The deck and the furniture outside was dirty and we needed to clean it off before it would be usable for our group.
Some of the deck chairs are also in poor shape and not comfortable.
The rain gutters are plugged and water from a previous rain was dripping on me as I did yoga on the deck in the morning.
My elderly parents stayed with our group, and they had difficulty navigating the slope terrain down to the water for pontoon rides. A better step system and a secure rail would improve this property.
All in all, this place rocks and my group loved it and we had a lot of fun.
Thanks for the bonding time memories =)

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. We had a family of 12 adults and 5 under 2. The beach area was great for our littles to play on. Not very big but adequate for 2 year old. They had everyting we needed for our week stay.

The Guest and myself had a wonderful stay at this property. The outdoor fire pit and large sitting areas up and down stairs were ideal and made for great sitting and talking spaces. Lastly, I would recommend renting the boat. The boat was just the icing on the top. Great Relaxing time at the property. Everyone Left refreshed and with a feeling of enjoyment.

We had a great time at this property. There was ample space for our group if 18. Even though the weather did not cooperate, there were plenty if activities/games to keep us busy. Beds were comfortable, house was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and supplies.

Diane and Dave were excellent hosts! We had 19 people so it was a large group to accommodate! We were cozy but since it was family we enjoyed our close time very much!! The Bonds had left the children a treat and also the adults a bottle off champagne which was so sweet!! They also allowed us some extra time for check in and check out which helped immensely for a huge group!! We definitely recommend the Bonds for anyone looking for great hosts and a beautiful lake home to enjoy!! It was even nice enough out that we could enjoy the lake views out on the deck over our Easter weekend!! Thanks again for the memorable family time!

We stayed for my husband's 40th birthday gathering. Had everything we needed and the space was great for 4 couples with splenty more room. Silvercryst supper club was a good spot for dinner also!

We had 13 people in our group, including 4 kids (ages 4 to 12) and 9 adults. There was ample sleeping space and plenty of space to eat and socialize. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked so we didn't need to bring anything. We came in the winter so didn't get a chance to use the lake but the garage and yard had a couple kayaks and canoes so it looks like it would be fun in the summer. There was an extensive checkout list but it wasn't overly burdensome so don't let that scare you off.

This was a beautiful property for a family get together. We played games on the giant, beautiful table. We iced fished, played on the ice and had a winter fire. The house is spacious and the kids loved the games/activities in the downstairs.

Is a good place for a weekend, communication with the host was good.

This property exceeded our expectations. We had a group of 17 people, including 9 kids ranging from 8-16 years old, and we had a blast. The game room kept the kids busy at night, and during the day, thanks to Warner fall weather, the kids enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding. All the bedrooms are awesome and clean, and the kitchen was very nice. The host was excellent and communication was timely and effective. Thank you!!

Our family consisting of my 92 year old grandma, aunts, uncles and cousins stayed in the home on a beautiful fall weekend. There was plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well supplied. We enjoyed our time on the deck and around the campfire. The dining room table was perfect for our big family meals and playing games. The large tv in the basement was great for watching the Packer game.

Wonderful time spent with lifelong college friends. The weather was cooler than anticipated so we spent most of our time at the house playing games and chatting. We were very comfortable. The house is very well maintained and has everything you would need. Thank you!

Overall we loved our stay with Diane. The property is clean and it was wonderful to have the basement with full array of games. The dock was already taken out by early October which was a bit of a bummer (would have been nice to sit out there with coffee). The only other thing was that there is a long list of rules and clean up required by guests (even with paying a large cleaning fee). At times it was hard to relax as we were worried about our deposit and making sure we did everything required for check out, but in the end this was minor and we really enjoyed out stay and would most likely stay again! Great in fall to see some leaf color change!

We had a great time at the Tree House! With 6 adults and 7 kids (ages 5-13) there was plenty to do! The weather didn’t cooperate during our trip for much swimming, but we had fun with the canoe, paddle boards, kayak and paddle boat. We also caught several bass right off the dock!
The house was plenty big for our group of 13. We had some great meals around the large table and made s’mores one night in the fire pit. The kids loved the pool
table, air hockey and games in the basement. Our only “feedback” would be that several of the mattresses seemed uncomfortable (either bowing in the middle or super hard). With all the fun we were having, we were tired at the end of the day and it didn’t affect our stay. We’d definitely recommend to others!

Our group has been meeting up for the past 8 years at various Wisconsin and this house moved to the top of the list. We are older and especially appreciated the no steps entry, the 3 first floor bedrooms and the large deck with plenty of seating. We gas beautiful weather so the deck was wonderful. We wanted to do a campfire but not everyone would be able to traverse the incline but it was a very inviting firepit!

Beautiful home on quiet street on the shore of Lake Irogami. Lots of space to spread out. Our group of 3 couples appreciated bedrooms with nightstands and lamps which is helpful for older guests who like to read or need a place to put their books, kindle, medicine etc.
Lower level with pool table, air hockey etc. for young and old. We didn't use it much, but could definitely see families enjoying the amenities. Overall a great time!

My husband & I stayed at David & Diane’s lake house on Irogami Lake with our 5 adult children, 7 ½ month old granddaughter, and our grand-pup. David & Diane were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Their place is absolutely beautiful and had more than enough space for our whole family! The house is located on a quiet dead end road. So quiet in fact, that we had a mink and a few deer visit us!
We cooked our meals in the beautiful well stocked kitchen and also used the gas grill provided. Most of our meals were eaten on the deck overlooking the lake which had plenty of seating for everyone. The grocery store was a short distance away when we needed to quickly grab some extra items for our meals. To change things up one evening, we ordered “take out” from Silvercryst Supper Club and ate by the tiki hut on their beach at Silver Lake.
Our granddaughter enjoyed sitting on our laps in the large swing at the lake’s edge watching everyone fish. The fishing was amazing!! EVERYONE in our group caught plenty of good-sized fish!! This is a beautiful shallow lake that is sandy and very clear. The girls enjoyed exploring with the paddle boards that were provided. We rented a pontoon from David & Diane and were able to watch many beautiful sunsets on the water with our whole family.
We had many fires at night with pudgy pies and smores. It was wonderful having firewood available on the property! Once the fire was out, we went inside and played games and watched movies in the large game room downstairs.
We’ve stayed at quite a few places throughout the years with our children. When our vacation was coming to an end this year, they made the comment that this was their most favorite place so far! We are glad David & Diane shared their beautiful home with us! Lots of memories were made!!

The Tree House is a quality property well maintained and well equipped with anything you need from kitchen ware, games, firewood, and water toys. I had a little contact with owner in regards to a suggestion and she was immediately responsive to that. Communication was very good.

Overall wonderful! There was lots of space to spread out, fully stocked kitchen, and comfy beds. We enjoyed the kayak, paddle boards, and paddle boat. The fan in the water works wonderfully to keep the swimming area clear and sandy bottom. Excellent fishing from the dock kept the grandkids busy! We all had a GREAT time. Owner was very accommodating and responsive. Only suggestion was to repair the screens and some outside chairs.

This is a wonderfull, spacious and beautifully furnished property that is perfect for a vacation getaway. The grandkids loved it and had a blast! Even though the weather didn't agree, all of the adults thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Our family enjoyed the beautiful cabin on Irogami Lake. It was quiet and peaceful. The cabin was well stocked with everything to cook meals. Beds were very comfy!

We celebrated the 90th birthdays of both my grandparents with a gathering of 18 family members at this lake home. The home was well stocked with cooking supplies, many games in the game room besides the Foosball, air hockey and pool table. In addition there were many water toys available and corn hole games. A nice swing by the lakeshore and large campfire ring to enjoy. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Hosts were quick to respond to questions, very approachable, and checked in to make sure things were OK. They provided a thoughtful touch of flowers and cake knowing we were celebrating together. And we enjoyed the use of the boat as well. Would recommend!

Our 3 families with small children had a blast at this property. The water was perfect for our small kids to swim and splash in, the set up of the house was great for the 3 families-enough room and then some! They provided so many fun water toys and we also rented their pontoon which was perfect for daily cruising.

We did not want to leave this wonderful property where we enjoyed so much fun with our whole family. Even though there were neighbors on both sides, the trees and the way things were situated made it feel like we were nicely secluded from them. Seating arrangements, large living area, supplies (towels, bedding, paper supplies) made this work very well for our group of 15!!
