Both bathrooms have been updated with granite counter tops & ceramic tile floors, 6 panel doors throughout, big screen flat TV's in both bedrooms & living area and much more! The unit has a spacious front porch with a handicapped access ramp from the parking area to the unit. 2 assigned parking spaces are located in the rear of the building. Additional public parking is available on 68th street. A Beach Gear Box is located on the front porch. It includes 2 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, sand toys and boogie boards for fun on the beach! This was a great condo! Very good location and so nicely decorated! Comfortable rooms and clean. Well stocked. Loved having the porch for our gear and having breakfast.

Condo was not cleaned when we were able to get in at 3:00 on the day of check in. Toilets were dirty, fridge not cleaned, used shower towels hanging in each bedroom and an instruction sheet dated from the prior week. When notifying the name and number provided, received a less than customer friendly response. Rather than acknowledging and apologizing, he remained adamant that the condo had been cleaned. Did have someone else show up at the door offering to clean but since we had moved all of our belongings in, decided it was better for me to do it myself. Condo itself was nice and we like this location and space. It’s a shame we started the week with this cleaning issue.

Great place to stay! It was spacious and loved having two bathrooms too! Close to the beach and loved not having to lug our chairs from home. The use of the umbrella’s was also appreciated! Had a fabulous week!

This was a very nice place to stay. Close to the beach and quiet. Great pathway to beach and location was very convenient to many activities. No beach view but for the price & location one of the best places we've stayed thus far.

The property is well-maintained. It closely fits the on-line description. We really enjoyed our stay - kudos to the owner and the management! The only inconvenience we encountered (thus the 4-star cleanliness rating) was the total lack of toilet paper on the premises. So, bring a roll (or two...) and also take a roll of the paper towels, just in case.

This is the second time we are here and we love it, my kids are so happy to be again here. Clean and perfect for family, great location for the beach and for more attractions. We hope to come back again next year.

Location was great, easy access to the beach, miniature golf across the street and many great restaurants within walking distance. However the kitchen sink was slow to drain due to the food disposal did not work. In addition, there were no instructions on how to operate the living room TV. Once we got it figured out, there were limited cable service. The bedrooms were very small. Nice living room, dining wand kitchen area,

This was our second stay at the Sea Lodge for a cheer competition. The condo had plenty of room for 3 moms and our daughters. The location was convenient to everything in Ocean City. And the kitchen was well-equipped with everything you need for the weekend. We hope to stay again!

Overall a nice place to stay. Great location and layout. Only issues were that the cleaning could have been better.... And there is nowhere to put your clothes.... had to live out of luggage. Place is functional for 6 max... not 9.

This unit was pretty much as described. It is a short walk to the beach, has boogie boards, umbrellas, sand toys and chairs for the beach, a well stocked kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher, two coffee pots... I missed a few messages because I had not downloaded the "Itrip" App and some emails went to spam ,so I would recommend checking Spam and downloading the App. I was a bit surprised to find out sheets were not provided for stays of less than 7 days which was not indicated when we booked but was in a message. Overall the person renting was very prompt in answering questions and taking care of concerns. We had a very nice stay.

We were in town for a Cheerleading competition and the moms AND teenage girls loved the condo. The decor is super fun and beachy; the condo has everything a guest needs for traveling. Parking is easy, it’s just a couple buildings from the beach and an easy drive to all the OC hot spots! Roger is a great host-very helpful and responsive!

We had a great stay at Sea Lodge. The pictures are very accurate. We debated over a vacation for a long time this year for fear of the pandemic. When I chose this place I liked that it had its own entrance and was on the first floor so we did not have to share space. The place seemed well cleaned. With small kids, we loved that it was a close walk to the beach and mini golf. Also some shops and restaurants! We had two simple questions, which were quickly addressed by Roger through texts. We would absolutely stay again.

We really loved the decor and updated look and feel to the property as well as the location in midtown and the beach block access. Parking on the street is hard to find, but you really don’t need it with the two designated spots behind the building. We had a few hiccups with things listed in the description, but they weren’t disastrous and they even sent the cleaning lady back with additional toilet paper and trash bags when I mentioned there were any. The master bath water faucet in the shower wouldn’t work for us about 1/3 of the time, so we took more showers in the second bathroom than we wanted to, but having two bathrooms was a huge plus in itself. The outdoor water area to rinse off our feet was also better than just a faucet that we’ve had other places. We’d definitely stay here again.

The place is really nice. It was my first experience renting air bnb and they made it really easy. The condo is a 2 minute walk to the beach and inside has all the amenities needed. Including a little porch nice for sitting outside at night.
