We enjoyed our stay at the condo and loved the loft style. Gorgeous beach views and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will be back.

If there were other condos available I would not pick this one again refrigerator needs replaced water leaking under drawers wood needs replaced under the sink. Just needs some general updates would take up carpet on steps and upstairs!!

The location, as always, is excellent. We have stayed at Crystal Sands repeatedly over the last few years. This condo needs a bit of minor work; a good wipe down/cleaning (walls, baseboards, etc) and some touch ups on things like visible water damage on some of the cabinetry, etc would be advised during the off season. Overall though, a nice place and location.

Clean and we had a wonderful time in this home. It is right beside the public access, so the beach was crowded.

We did grill and there were no grilling utensils so bring your own! Overall an ok condo just know it's older and needs a little tlc. We would stay again for the beautiful view and ease of getting to the beach with our little kids.

We initially got locked out of the property with all our groceries which ruined about $300 worth of food. Then my 3 year old daughter got locked into the loft bedroom. I was able to talk with Julian the onsite property mgr and he quickly sent a locksmith to repair the bedroom lock doors. The internet never worked during the entire stay, I could not work remotely, could be worse things. The freezer would defrost and dump water into the fridge every night is what the repair man told us as we were checking out of the unit a day early. My wife tried to wash clothes but the dryer vent would fall off into the dryer. All the large and small appliances had some sort of problem. Now Vacasa has two property runners and Ian is one of them. Ian assisted with a few things like putting an air vent into the return vent as the unit did not have one at first and this caused leaking from the air vents due to condensation. We were traveling with my elderly mother and MIL the initial guy that was dispatched to us while locked out was the maintenance man and he announced that he had COVID 19. This was appreciated as it is always nice to let people know that you have been infected so they may take proper precautions. The maintenance man was very helpful, but it did indeed scare the life out of my group as we had three grandparents with us on our trip. My mom especially recovering from cancer, we had to begin disinfecting everything. It was a nightmare of circumstances! On the way out we spoke to another lady who was checking out early and she said she had been coming for 30 years and would not be back to Crystal Sands because the Cockroaches were so terrible in her unit also on the 3rd floor. They even sent Orkin out to spray and that did not help, she said they finally offered to move units for her, which was never offered to us while we were stranded waiting to be able to gain entrance while watching all of our groceries parish. I am hoping Vacasa will do whats right in this situation. Its not VRBO's fault, we have used VRBO since 2009 and always loved the quality they had partnered with. If you simply need something cost effective and dont mind a few hiccups then this place will foot the bill. It is surfside and does have a great view of the water. The property just needs some money invested into it.

We loved the location and being able to ride the golf cart everywhere.

Only thing I liked was that it’s close to the beach. Not light bulbs in the condo it had paint cans and trash in it they never came to fix the porch light and it wasn’t clean like it should have been. I have stayed there twice before and they were very nice but this one is by far the worst one. I will be back but not to 302B!!

We initially had a great stay at the Crystal Sands. Love the short access to the beach. The only thing I have to say that would be negative is the fact that two eyes on the stove was not functional. I like to cook when I am on vacation, I don't rely on eating out. Our A/C unit went out one night as well but with the assistance of the on call number it was fixed efficiently.
