The helpful staff, cleanliness, comfort in the hub (the possibility to choose the lightning and connect it to the phone), quite convenient location, accessibility to the kitchen and bar.
Some rooms (like ours) are quite far from the reception, common hangout zone, bar and kitchen

Pods are spacious and the bed is very comfy..bar and hangout space is great. Good coffee. Convenient location.
Bathrooms could use more frequent cleaning. Especially during morning rush

Great location
Warm welcome from staff who were very helpful
Very dystopian feel with long corridors with bedroom pods.
Sleeping in a box ...not for me. No room for standing or storage
Shared bathroom facilities with very poor shower.
