Situated in Big Bear, this lovely condo for £142 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. - We require all guests to check-in with one of our managers prior to checking. Our staff will familiarize you and your group with our home and have you sign the City of Big Bear "Good Neighbor Policy". Our staff will make every effort to check you in if it's after 5pm. There maybe times when our staff needs you to check-in at a different location. We will forward all contact information the day of check-in and it is the renters responsibility to communicate with our staff. For a quiet getaway this amazing Big Bear Lake Condo (3br/2ba) is located in the lakefront community of Bayshore Ski and Racquet Club, just past Boulder Bay, only 5 minutes from The Village and features 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 tennis courts and a basketball court. For your convenience this condo complex offers a day dock for your boat. This upgraded newly decorated condo has wifi, VCRs, flat screen HDTVs in every room including huge 65 inch in family room, washer/dyer, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful fireplace and outdoor BBQ. The area is surrounded by Southern California's best skiing and snowboarding areas: Bear Mountain/Snow Summit (only 10 minutes from condo; recently purchased by Mammoth Mountain) and Snow Valley. Big Bear Lake offers fishing, motor boat, kayak, water skiing and paddle boat rentals at Pleasure Point Marina, a 5 minute walk from condo. Big Bear Lake also offers horse back riding, alpine slide, mountain biking and many awesome hiking trails nearby. The upstairs master bedroom has a king size bed, large flat screen HDTV, high ceiling and master bath. Second upstairs bedroom has full over full bunk bed, high ceiling and flat screen HDTV with DVD. One bedroom downstairs offers queen bed, flat screen HDTV and full bath. Queen size sofa pullout in Living Room.

Pros: -Comfortable stay, clean rooms & bathrooms -enjoyed using the gas fireplace -great location by the lake but car dependent. You can walk to the village but it’s along a busy road without sidewalks for a good stretch -fully stocked kitchen and great appliances Cons: -slightly confusing check in process. We had some challenges getting in touch with the owner via VRBO. Would recommend contacting them via the number they provide instead. When they did respond they were very friendly. -some soaps weren’t replenished and were out/running low (kitchen dish soap, body wash, shampoos) so might want to consider BYO for your stay

From the moment I stepped into the condo, I was impressed by its charm, comfort, and the overall delightful atmosphere. First and foremost, the location of the condo is simply unbeatable. it allowed us to immerse ourselves in the heart of the festivities without compromising on tranquility when needed. The condo itself was a true home away from home. Impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, it exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail in the interior design showcased a perfect blend of style and functionality. The living spaces were cozy and inviting, providing a warm atmosphere that made us feel instantly comfortable. The kitchen was a highlight, featuring modern appliances and everything we needed to prepare meals and snacks. This not only added a layer of convenience but also saved us from the hassle of dining out constantly. We truly appreciated the thoughtfulness of the owners in ensuring that every aspect of our stay was well-catered to. The condo had a few issues mostly cold air is getting through the windows, they need to be sealed better on the sides. The lamp didn't work in the top room. It wasn't convenient to check in, especially after a long drive up the mountain. Then you have to go about 15min in traffic to best western and check in. But other than those issues it we had a good stay. If those issues could be resolved that would be great!

The location was great. Quiet neighborhood. The unit was well stocked with supplies. Although if you are planning on cooking something special, be ready to make a trip for some reusable or cheap cookware. There wasn’t much to use in the unit. Also, the bed in the master and downstairs are terrible. Bring your own pillows. A blow up mattress would have been more comfortable. Sleep wasn’t an option on these beds. We would stay here again if they upgraded the beds for sure.

Just up for a few days to read, take drives, hit garage sales and visit the village this condo was perfect. We were even able to catch Padre games on the good sized screen in the living room. Quality towels and linens and loved the cozy lap throws for the cool evenings . Communication with Christy and Todd was good and it was nice knowing we could contact either at anytime. nice place and clean. nice location. bedroom tvs didn’t work. master toilet water running constantly. it was very warm not to have AC but understandable why that is. we arrived for check in at 4pm but it was still being cleaned. Overall we enjoyed our time there the village and all there is to do at Big Bear

If Big Bear is your destination - this is the place! We recently booked our get-away to escape the heat of Phoenix and our choice did not disappoint. When we arrived we were greated by Christy who warmly welcomed us and answered all our questions. The Condo was a perfect fit for our family of four and had everything a "home away from home" should have. One of our favorite things about the Condo was its proximity to the pool and hot tub where we could view the lake and relax under the stars. Its location is just minutes from the Village and walking/hiking trails - couldn't have been more perfect. Thank you Todd for being such an excellent host and reaching out to be sure we were happy & comfortable on our much needed vacation!

This condo was really nice. It was in really nice shape, it was stocked with lots of towels, kitchen tools and coffee, soap and shampoo, etc. They even left us a bottle of wine. The electric fireplace was really cozy, the dining room table was big and nice, and there was a washer and dryer available. I liked how they set up a keypad lock on the front door so it was easy to get in and out. The manager kept in touch to see if we needed anything. Overall very satisfied.

This was a great place to stay for a beautiful weekend in Big Bear Lake! Very close to the Village shopping and restaurants and Bear and Summit Mountain skiing resorts. The condo was perfect for our family of four! The kids each got their own rooms which was a HUGE plus since they are teenagers! Todd and his property manager, Christy, were in constant contact and extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and personable throughout our stay. I really appreciated the personal connections and touches they made in order to make my family feel welcome. We will definitely be back and will highly recommend to family and friends!

Great condo, superb value, and terrific owner. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped. The living room was a perfect gathering place for the family and warmed by the fireplace (there were even board games). The location was very convenient and quiet. Overall a fantastic stay.

We went up there to do some snowboarding and for my kids to have their first lesson .... We really had no issues at all. Place is pretty spacious and Todd was pretty attentive with all our needs. Pretty good experience there!

The condo was perfect for the size of our family. We actually didn’t use the third room, but I appreciated that this could be a potential spot for grandparents downstairs to have their own privacy and bathroom The kitchen was nicely remodeled and had everything that we needed for the weekend. The kids had a lot of fun with the bunkbeds. The showers were nice and hot water was readily available. The owner of the condo was very welcoming. I would recommend this place.

This property was very spacious and exceptionally clean. The amenities and location were great. The owner sent us a welcome email and let us know he was there for any questions we may have. We were even greeted with a sweet welcome sign and bottle of wine! We will definitely be coming back!
