We have stayed in Gatlinburg Falls resort for years, but this is the first time at this cabin. We love this location because of the ease of getting in and out. The cabin itself was clean and well appointed. Unfortunately the hot tub did not work but the owners kept in contact and tried to make it right. We understand that they can’t prevent situations like this, but appreciated them trying to work with us. I highly recommend!

Very nice cabin. First impression from everyone was wow. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well kept and had everything you could possibly need.Peaceful. Suzie, our host was very accomodating. We loved it and would definitely go back.

The property is well maintained with a well-equipped kitchen for those who like to cook. The location is close to both downtown Gatlinburg and the grocery store. We enjoyed the theater setting for watching movies. Bedrooms and baths were comfortable.

We had a great stay with our family. House was clean and as described. Beds were very comfortable. The only negative aspect is that there is a lot of traffic from an apparent “non-thru” private property/no trespassing road.

Owners are very responsive and attentive. This cabin is in a great lacation, close to everything, but just far enough away to be private and secluded with great views. Grocery store less then 5 min away. The cabin has something for everyone. I love that the game and movie room are on the lowest level, and the bedrooms are on the highest level.

Went with my family for a short weekend getaway. This cabin was exactly what we needed. Had a nice hot tub and a theater room that provided some fun movies for the kids that they loved. This is a perfect location. Just a few minutes from downtown gatlinburg but has a deck that overlooks the mountains so you can relax and enjoy the views as well. Highly recommend!

We had a super holiday stay at Susie's cabin. The property was comfortably furnished, clean, had fun features for all, and was a great place for us to celebrate Christmas together. We would love to stay here again in the future! I would note for family groups that all three bedroom-bathroom combos are on the top floor, the two pull-out couches are on the main floor, and the bunk beds are alone on the basement level. This was important info for us as we were travelling as three family groups with two sets of kids.

Incredibly clean cabin with a super “homey” feel. The Frick’s were excellent to work with and paid great attention to the small details that made our family’s Christmas mountain trip a success. We will 100% stay here again!!!

This is a great location because it's close to everything but away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip. Big rooms, big TV for everyone to hang out. Kids had a blast in the game room and media room. Fully stocked kitchen so we can cook. Got to see black bears up close. Would highly recommend this property to anyone that wants to visit Gatlinburg. Thanks for a great place to stay.

My family had such an amazing time here. We loved everything about this cabin and the kids really enjoyed the game room and movie theater. The cabin was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the time in gatlinburg. The owners are amazing and made it very easy for a breathtaking vacation. We loved our stay at this cabin. It’s only a few minutes to downtown gatlinburg and a few minutes more to pigeon forge (and located between the two just right). House was clean. Check in and out used an electric keypad which was super easy. Each bedroom has its own full bath attached which was perfect. We would highly recommend!

We had 5 nights and 6 days in this beautiful cabin. Plenty of room and privacy for a large group. Well stocked kitchen with a coffee pot and keurig for you coffee lovers. Loved the large kitchen table and chairs so we all could eat together. We had our groceries delivered which was very convenient! Close to town and attractions. Host was very responsive when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again and highly reccomend!

The place was so clean. The bedrooms were all king beds with individual bathrooms which is so convenient. The family enjoyed the movie theater and games! We will book again!
