We stayed there for 2 nights to see fall colors with 2 other families. It is very close to gatlinburg down town and all attractions. kids enjoyed hot tub and playing foosball. There 2 bunk beds for 4 kids to sleep together ❤️. Very clean and nice.

Beautiful all wood cabin with tons of space. Its surrounded by woods but you can still hear road noise from the balcony. Great location, its super close to everything. Lots of space for our family group, we really enjoyed our stay!

Nice place to stay and convenient to downtown Gatlinburg. There were 6 adults and 5 kids 5 yrs and under. It was a little close kitchen/living area but all in all we had a great time. Spacing bedroom wise was three floors with a nice down stairs play area and four additional bunk beds. The other bedrooms were nice and comfortable. The only downside was the outside play area for children/kids is limited. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay here.

The house was wonderful for our group of 7 - 4 adults and 3 teenagers. We had a mama bear and her 4 cubs visit the yard and driveway! The house was clean and a good layout. The basement king bed was squeaky and noisy, but still comfy. The kitchen table was great to play cards and games on. Location was good for our adventure to Dollywood, white water rafting, downtown Gatlinburg and more.

Beautiful home, nicely decorated, close to everything, however far enough away from busy downtown.

My large family group (3 children and their spouses and two grandchildren) came in for a long weekend for the sad purpose of laying my husband’s ashes to rest in the National Park. Since it was such a brief trip, we didn’t take full advantage of everything the cabin had to offer. We opted not to do meals in, but I could tell the kitchen was well equipped. It had both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig, and our group used both. There was a spice rack filled with spices. It appeared that there was an ample supply of cookware and dishes.
I opted to sleep in the bunk room with my grandkids and let the couples take the king bedrooms. They said the beds were comfortable; and while a bunk bed isn’t optimal for a grandma with back issues I did manage to sleep, so it couldn’t have been too uncomfortable!
The hot tub was a big hit with everyone. The living room and rec room were both great gathering spaces. If you wanted quiet, there was a lot of seating in the living room. The rec room had a football table and a retro video game player (Frogger, anyone?) that we really got a kick out of.
In all, it’s a great cabin.

Beautiful property! Was exactly like listed. This was very close to a grocery (4 miles). It had everything we needed! It was great to also have the washer to wash towels when needed with our big family! Would highly recommend!

This is in a perfect spot right next to the arts district. The kitchen is well stocked and plenty of dishes. The layout is great if anyone in your family needs to avoid stairs. We would certainly stay again and I fully recommend.

Over all, a great experience! Cabin was very nice only negative was they only give 2 toilet paper and 2 garbage bags, any more is your responsibility. For the price we paid it was disappointing. But over all very nice!

We came to spend Thanksgiving in the mountains. Cabin was very festively decorated for the season. Our stay was enjoyed by the whole family. The only thing that would have made it better was the family room was in need of some new furniture and we didn’t see a bear all week. Enjoyed by all!

Overall we loved the house, accommodations, location, the attention and the communication we received from the management. Would recommend this to everyone we meet that have an interest in going to Gatlinburg. I have only one complaint, the cleaning crew needs to be familiar with all the appliances and their functions, I'll explain. When we arrived, I noticed and certain smell coming from the kitchen area. After a thorough investigation we could not pinpoint where the smell was coming from. It wasn't until after breakfast when I started doing the dishes that I discovered the smell was from the garbage disposal. With a fork I poked inside and felt something mushy. As a move the fork around I found that there was food in there that had been decomposing. My son and my wife began to look like they were going to vomit because of the smell. I looked for the switch to run the disposal but could not locate it. It was strategicly placed on the edge of the counter and blended in with the counter. Once we turned it on and and added lemons and baking soda everything was fine. Please let the cleaning crew know where the switch is and ensure that they run it before the next clients arrive. Other than that, I cant wait to go back down there again.

We were in town for my niece’s destination wedding and the home was perfect. We had four adults and 2 young kids one night and four kids the second night and there was plenty of room and comfortable beds for all. The kitchen was very well equipped and the main living spaces were awesome.
Although our kids were all under 7, they loved the game room and bunk room. Also, it was especially nice to have plenty of parking.
Lastly, communication with the owner/manager was fantastic. We highly recommend this home and would not hesitate to book it again if inthe area.

Took a trip with the family to Gatlinburg including kids and grandparents. This house was perfect. Easy to access off 321 and very close to downtown and all the activities. Loved the layout of the home and my kids loved the bunk room and games downstairs. We will definitely be back.

We came for my sisters bachelorette. We had 11 people in the cabin and I was impressed on how spacious it was, we had plenty of room for everyone! It was well laid out for us to have some group activities and the location was great and super easy and fast to get to downtown Gatlinburg. Loved staying here and definitely recommend to anyone coming to Gatlinburg with a larger group :)

The cabin was extremely clean and very nice just like the pictures showed. We will be keeping this place in mind for future visits!

Location was perfect, mid way between downtown Gatlinburg and downtown Pigeon Forge. It also didn't involve alot of the tight roads you sometimes find in the hills. The house was large and very clean. The kitchen was well supplied with all the utensils you'd ever need. Overall a great stay. The one drawback was the master bath shower. It had a mosaic tile floor and retained water which gave it mildewy smell. I would have the cleaning crew spray down the shower after each visit with a product like Mold Armor. Beware, this product requires alot of ventilation.
