Location and color scheme

The host was rude, argumentative and ignorant, the flood in the living room area that we took videos of that caused a horrible mildew smell and caused use not to be able to use the living room. The thick dust on all the ceiling fans. Yhe mattresses in the double bed room literally hard as the box it came in. The fact that we asked the host several times to turn up the water heater because the water was luke warm the 1st night we arrived and on several different times and it didn't get done until our last day there. The bed sheets in the rooms with the double beds didn't look clean and dingy, when pulled out the bottom bed bubbles where in the bed which let me know covers couldn't have been washed between stays. The fact that the refrigerator was turned down and it was the next day before we noticed because our food and drinks were warm. Also the TV in the small room wasn't available to watch 90% of our stay because the volume wouldn't go up on remote only down, which i also have a video of that. Each night that we were there the host played loud music that thumped through the walls until about 3am. All problems we conveyed to the host he stated that he will fix or talk to evolve and get back to us and this has been over a week now and we still haven't been compensated for our troubles. Our issues weren't fixed on time or not at all and the host has been very rude over text since. Also he said several times when asked that he would give us bags for our trash cans and never ended up doing that either.

Location. Air conditioning cooled well (albeit very loudly).

Filthy floors; Ants and bugs infested several areas (had to use insecticide); Low water pressure; No grab bars even in bathroom with very deep jetted tub; No operative curtains; No blackout curtains; Grossly u nkept lawn; Not enough towels; Exposed wires in holes in ceiling; Uncovered wall boxes with exposed wiring; Dangling smoke detector; Items stored in dining room, living room and closets; No Wi-Fi; Key only fit one exterior door; No broom, dust pan nor mop; No kitchen trash bags; Essentially No paper towels; Spotlight over a bedroom window AND blinds were inoperable; No washer or dryer; Kitchen window leaked rain; Argumentative, sassy-mouth staff.
