The classic and adults only Azul Queen Anne mansion which was built in 1899 by shipwrights and carpenters for one of the island's premier cigar barons will immerse you into a fun loving blend of old world charm and carefree island living. A contactless check in/out process with a virtual innkeeper allows for a seamless experience! ***GUESTS MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER DETAILS AND AMENITIES... Take advantage of these captivating surroundings and unwind on the front porch as you appreciate the million dollar views. Order delivery at one of your island favorites and enjoy within one of lovely, newly renovated gathering spaces or under the outdoor shaded seating area. The mansion rooms provide beautiful common spaces for sitting, dining and relaxing for all of our guests to enjoy. A community kitchen is located on the first level of the mansion which also includes a microwave and additional refrigerator space for your leftover goodies. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS... Located off the 2nd floor balcony, your private queen suite awaits with cozy linens to welcome you in after a fun afternoon. A private ensuite full bathroom with a shower lies steps away. A flat screen TV, Keurig coffee maker and mini fridge add to the comfort of your island sabbatical. A table with 2 chairs outside your room allows you to enjoy the outdoor beauty without having to go too far. OUTDOOR LIVING... Indulge in the welcomed island breezes and a good novel as you catch some rays on the 2nd floor sundeck just outside your room. Take a refreshing dip in the pool below surrounded by tropical vegetation and slip into town for all the action on the infamous Duval St. Off street parking is provided on a first come first serve basis. PARKING... It is first come first serve and if there is not a space available upon arrival you may park on the street in front for free (do not park in a residential permit space!) until one becomes available, or even for the length of your stay. Perfect place for us. We had a quick getaway to Key West. The room was super clean and exactly as described. Would stay again for sure!

We had a great stay in December 2023! The property was very well maintained and the pool area was nice and quiet. We walked to Duvall St daily so the location was ideal and easy to find.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at Claro. It was small but very nice. We liked that we could walk anywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay again.

Lovely property. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Just far enough removed from the busy area of town but close enough to hop on public transport ion buses.

We very much enjoyed out stay. We were able to secure one of the few available parking spots on the property. They are not marked well but we did our best in making our best judgement on where to park. Although it was a contactless check in, I was thinking that if we had parked insufficiently, we would have heard something from management. We did not hear anything, nor were we contacted at any time during our stay. We received a nasty message on our car that we were taking up two spaces. We have a small car that hardly fit in the space. I did communicate with the management about this issue and they confirmed that they did not leave the nasty note. They have also noted my suggestion to better mark the parking spaces. Other than that experience, we very much enjoyed our stay. Being in the hospitality business myself, I would just have liked some one on one with management either by just a quick drop in or even a text asking how everything was.

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. The amenities were just what we needed, peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the pool (but failed to notice the pool noodles, until we exited), along with the main house area.
If I may suggest adding a small ironing board in the room to allow ironing verses using the bed.
The staff was swift to reply to our questions and needs. When in Key West, we will definitely lodge again!

Claro@Azul was the perfect homebase for our too brief stay in Key West. The space was exactly as advertised (pool was perfect), close to all points of interest, one block from the bike rental shop, and comfortable to boot. We would definitely come back.

The Azul Mansion is a great place to stay. The property is well maintained and the room was clean. We arrived early and the room was already for us to check in early. It is in a great location so that you are within walking distance to everything. We will definitely be staying here again.

It was like being in our own home!! During our stay, the whole island was out of water and the staff was excellent about keeping us informed and providing us with plenty of bottled water!
The only negative would be the deck is in need of repair and could use a good power washing. Our feet were black after walking on it!

The property was very clean, rooms comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. We had an email with everything needed prior to arrival. Check in and check out was very easy. We loved our stay at Azul. Great location, prompt communication with staff, comfortable bedding, and beautiful setting with heated pool. The old home is gorgeous and the outdoor space is a beautiful setting for morning coffee or afternoon drinks.

This place is like a bnb but no breakfast.
Smaller individual rooms with common areas to be enjoyed by all.
We did take a dip in the pool. Water temperature wasn’t terrible.
Rooms had a comfy bed , small bathroom.
Place is very clean overall.
Only negative is I’m a early riser.
Going down to the kitchen I had to work hard not to wake the other guest. It’s an older home and well the stairs are a little squeaky.

We were in the Claro unit, very cozy and perfect for the 2 of us, since we were mostly back to sleep and adventuring during the day. Great location - close to Duval street and some of our favorite locations. Easy to catch the local bus or the Lower Keys Shuttle as well. We didn't take advantage of the pool because it ended up being cooler and rainy while there, but everything else was great.
They don't make up your room each day and so the amount of toiletries were pretty minimal... I'm guessing if we asked, they would've provided more, but had our own as well.
Would definitely stay there again!

The accommodations were lovely and private. Check in and check out were a breeze. Our room was clean and comfortable. We loved the common areas and appreciated the fruit infused water and coffee and creamers readily available at all times. We would stay here again.

We stayed here for 4 nights in December. It was a great, cozy room at a good value. The property is nice and clean. The property manager is very responsive via text message. The check-in was very easy with a lock box. The location is on Truman which means you’ll be walking 15+ minutes, but we enjoyed the extra steps to walk off some calories.

Location was nice and quiet. Only a 10 minute walk to Duval (we rented bikes). Barely noticed any other guests while we were there. Rooms are tight but my wife and I weren't in there much!
