Once settled in, we were able to get around without the car. Right across the street from the lift, equipment rental right downstairs, restaurant in the complex. Beautiful view out the living room window. We would highly recommend this unit and would ask for it again if/when we return.

The location is great. Dozens of places to eat within a 5 minute walk. The beaver run lift is directly across the street. There was snow covering the back deck so we didnt get to enjoy that. Parking garage was a nice bonus, no snow to clean off the car.

Really enjoyed our stay, excellent location, perfect for a quick ski trip.

Can't beat the location, literally across the street from the lifts and less than a block from downtown Breck.
Maybe the cleanest rental I've ever had. Most rentals show a little wear, this one looked pretty new.
Huge balcony with a nice view.

I would rent again due to the perfect location. Cleanliness was poor and smelled like dog. Dropping keys off at main office was inconvenient.

This is an ideal location and we had a great time. Unfortunately we did not receive our check in details until 6 hours before our check in time. We were camping off the grid leading up to our stay and had some data issues coming into town, thus we couldn't access the email that was sent that morning. For a rental of this caliber/price I would expect my check in details to be in my inbox several days (if not a week) before my stay. We lost 1.5 hours and dealt with lots of parking issues and phone calls before getting into the room due to poor property management. In addition, the TV didn't work. The maintenance man they sent over arrived an hour after we called and wasn't able to fix it. The TV is from the early 90's, I would expect a newer TV given the low cost options in 2020's. I realize one doesn't really need a TV when in a beautiful mountain town like Breck but its nice to have the option in case you have kids or just want to fill some downtime between activities. The property owner and VRBO could bring in a better return on this property with a little more attention to detail. Check-in should be seamless at a minimum, and even in a digital world a simple email 6 hours before check-in doesn't cut it.

Very nice —parking garage was tight but I have a f-150. Room was very nice with plenty of firewood. Grill was nice but wish patio was usable—full of snow. Overall very nice and would like to come back again

The location was perfect! Walking distance to lifts, shops, everything! The ONLY issue that I had was a fairly significant one since we rented the place due to the fact that it could sleep 4 people. The sofa sleeper was in TERRIBLE condition, and my son basically had to sleep just on the couch. I would recommend either a new sofa sleeper or advertise it as sleeping 2 people.

We came up to have a remote-work situation in order to get out of our day to day routine of being stuck at home (safely, of course). We love Breck and this little condo hit the spot! Perfect location, had everything we needed (we cook our own food when possible), just a cozy little space where we could work all day and then light a fire, grill a steak (in the snow on the deck!) and relax. When we could we would easily walk to Main St and enjoy the sites. No skiing this trip but no complaints here. Would definitely rent again!

Condo was perfect. Love the location and the large balcony. Bigger than it looks online.

Our family used this rental for a family ski vacation over the New Year Holiday. The listing is for a 4 person occupancy. We’re a family of 5 with children very close in age. The accommodations for us were snug, but wonderful. I wouldn’t recommend 5, but we’re an experienced ski trip family so it worked well for us. The kitchen is nicely appointed. It had everything we needed and we cook in on our ski trips pretty regularly. The living area isn’t large, but with seating at the kitchen counter and the couch and chair arrangement we enjoyed our meals, watching movies, and we’re able to play cards around the coffee table. The location is excellent for skiers. A short walk to Lift 8 was easy and convenient. Main Street is right around the corner, and Breckenridge is a lovely town. Many shops and eateries. The crapes around the corner on Main Street are worth the wait for dessert. If the line is really long there is a nice place for cookies too.The condo had everything we needed. It had a humidifier which is helpful for our family since we’re not used to the dry air out west. Plenty of blankets and pillows. The grill was a nice touch and the patio would be great on a warm weather visit. The jacuzzi turned out to be very close to the unit. A few steps to the courtroom door and down one flight of stairs. Maybe 35 total steps walking. The property managers were easy to work with, had good information, and responsive. We’d definitely stay here again.
