Many properties claim to be “ski in/ski/out” but the descriptions clarify “short walks” (often hundreds of yards). THANKFULLY, this property is legit! The Four O’Clock slopes is at the bottom of the steps off of the deck!
It is also comfortable, well-appointed, and has terrific parking under the condo!
We look forward to returning!

Stayed 1/4/24 thru 1/10/24. Hands down best location to ski in and out. Close to town also! Beautiful accommodations, well furnished , clean, warm , ….hot tub was very close and hardly ever had anyone in it. Garage and outdoor parking was good. Garage had enough height to accommodate the F150 pickup truck we were driving. Beautiful sunrise across the road each morning. Quiet neighborhood. Would DEFINITELY want this rental again if we came back. A big thanks to our hosts!!

Being on main level, you can walk off back deck to 4 o’clock run. You do have to ski down to bottom and walk across a small road to get to Snowflake chair. Comfy seating was great. Twin over full bunk with additional twin in second bedroom was great. There was even an extra table perfect for a puzzle! Very comfortable for our family of 5 (youngest was 17).

Clean and comfortable accommodations with a rustic feel. Nicely decorated ground level condo with a large deck that steps right on to the 4 o’clock run. Begin and end your day from your back door. No bus rides needed.
Would definitely stay again in this updated and well kept condo.

Perfect location for ski in/out. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great condo, as described. Enjoyed our stay. Just know, if you go too early in the season..its not exactly ski-in/ski-out.

This condo was great. Very close to town but private and quite. Very clean. Everything you need. Had a wonderful time in town for wedding.

We stayed at this beautiful property during fall break. We had a great time! We did a lot of hikes one of being Quandary as well as taking a drive on Boreas Pass and finding a quick hike to view the beautiful countryside. Sandy and her team couldn’t have made things any easier and it was such a relaxing trip. Close to main town and we enjoyed evenings walking
Around Breck as well as enjoyed the pool
And hot tub at night. We will definitely be back! Thank you for this wonderful experience!

Our condo was very roomy and clean, and one of the best places that we have stayed in Breckenridge. I would definitely stay here again. We used the outdoor hot tub at night and the fireplace in the mornings and really enjoyed our view.

We were always only about 5 minutes or less from everything we were headed out to do, and the garage kept our loading and unloading out of the weather. Interior was exactly as described, and perfect for our group's stay.

Lots of maintenance items.need to be addressed. Lamps burned out. No spares on site. Mattresses are worn out. Master BR has a double bed. Should be a Queen, a King size is preferred. My wife slept on the couch because the mattress was unacceptable.
Washer and dryer door is off the track.
Kitchen exceeded expectations.

I stayed for summer, this is a wonderful property with access to the bike trails and near town.

Had a great time, quick access to hiking and town as deck area backs to 4 o'clock run. Unit was perfect size for our family of 3 and had everything we needed.

Thanks for the fantastic stay! The condo was immaculate when we checked in. The beds are very comfortable with plenty of pillows to choose from.

The property was perfect for our young family of 4. Kids loved the cozy bunk room while we appreciated the MBR and our own bath! Kitchen was well appointed and met all of our needs. Humidifiers were a plus (I did clean them) but helped our transition from E. Coast. Condo is "comfy Colorado" and extremely convenient to the slopes. We did ski in and out each day and came back for a few lunches/breaks. Location to town was great although we did drive; the walk is a bit long for tired Jr. Skiers. Fantastic memories! Would stay here again!!!

Property worked perfectly for our stay: Mom & Daughter (14) on short Spring Break ski trip. First time to Breck and LOVED ski slope just off back patio - brilliant! Room set-up was also wonderful and humidifiers were key to help keep us hydrated. Check-in and out instructions were super-detailed and incredibly helpful. Condo is well-stocked with movies/games, paper products, a few basic pantry items and all the accessories one would need. We had a wonderful time at Tyra Summit!

Great location right on 4 o' clock trail. You ski right up to your back door at the end of the day. The accommodations were great for us. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the hot tub wasn't working part of the time we were there and our fireplace never did work. I did call and email about this during our stay, and the management company was very responsive. I guess there was a miscommunication because no one ever came to fix it.

We had a great stay at Tyra Summit! The condo as well appointed and was perfect for our family of 4 - plenty of room for us, but still cozy.
Only issue we had was loud tenants above us, and I mean really loud! Had to go say something to them early one morning and when I did I could see their condo has hardwood floors and they were walking around with their ski boots on - unbelievable! Hard to fathom how people can be so ignorant of their surroundings that they wouldn’t realize how loud that would be for the people below them.
Disappointing that we had to live with that, but otherwise a great vacation.

Unit A1E. Don't think we could have found a better place to stay. Loved the layout (and all on one level), anything and everything you could think of needing was provided, easy access to the parking garage, very comfortable master bed, seemed like unit had been recently updated, especially the bathrooms and unit met all our needs.. Shout out to Sandy, unit contact with the management agency, who bent over backwards to help us through a very difficult situation.
Only minor cons are that there is unit above you and you have to find the TV instructions to figure out how to watch the ROKU tv. Look around, instructions should be in one of the drawers. Little bit of a walk to get to town and uphill coming back, but you can use the ski run that goes right by the unit as a shortcut My wife walked to town and back twice.
Pluses far out weigh any minor cons. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Stayed for 4 nights to get in some mountain hiking. Very comfortable Condo, exactly as described and depicted in the photos. Nice assortment of amenities. The grill on the deck worked great as we cooked burgers a couple times. We really like the location -close to downtown, but far enough away for a more secluded feeling. Master bed was firm, but very comfortable (others mentioned it wasn't, but it was perfect for me and my back health). Was a bit surprised by the lack of sound insulation between the floors. We could hear every movement and noise from the resident in the floor above, but it didn't disrupt our plans (or our sleep!).

Four of us meet each year for a reunion and this condo was great. Plenty of room to move around, all amenities available, and the view is beautiful. Two of our friends saw a huge bull moose on their walk, so that was a highlight. No real complaints about anything, however the water pressure was almost non existent in the guest bathroom. All of us also thought the bedding wasn't particularly comfortable, but we're old and picky! We would definitely stay again.

This is a great property. It is far enough off the main street to be nice and quite but close enough that you can walk. The convenient access to the trails out the back door is very nice.

We had a wonderful stay. We had three adults and two small kids (5 and 7)
The access to trails and a huge area for our kids to run and play was awesome. It’s a little long for a walk to town with little ones but parking was easy in town for the summer. We would definitely look to stay at this specific property again in the future.

Perfect Condo
This was the perfect condo for our ski vacation. The location is great with true ski-in, ski-out convenience. When we first walked in, I thought, "This is really charming!". The kitchen is attractive, and it had everything we needed. The condo was comfortable, clean and well-stocked. The instructions were excellent; understandable even for an old guy like me. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
