Talk about location: less than 50 yards from Breck’s Lower Lehman Run, Quicksilver Superchair and ski school — and you’re strolling distance from all the shops and restaurants on Breckenridge’s historic Main Street. Throw in a cozy condo, and you’ve got a recipe for a great mountain getaway! Trails End Cozy Condo is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo that’s perfect for groups of up to four. In the living area, there’s comfy seating, a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV; it’s the perfect place to relax and share stories about the day’s Rocky Mountain adventures. The kitchen feature granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to whip up everything from snacks to holiday meals. The kitchen counter comfortably seats 4 people. You’ll also enjoy the shared hot tub and access to the Upper Village Pool and hot tub as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. As with all Summit Mountain Rental properties, we supply all linens and basic toiletries and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. You’ll also sleep well knowing our helpful staff is on call 24-hours a day so your vacation can be as hassle free as possible. Trails End Cozy Condo is a great condo at a great price. Terrible experience with Summit Mountain Rentals. Condo was as shown but the way Summit Mountain Rentals manages their properties made for a disappointing vacation. Read their yelp reviews and you will see more disappointed customers.

True ski-in, ski-out. Quiet, clean, cozy. So nice to take a walk after a full day of skiing for a drink and a bite to eat. Above average property management communication was much appreciated.

This unit is exactly as described. The location was perfectly located to ski lodge and Main Street.
We had an issue getting the fireplace on and called and they sent someone right away.

This was my 12 year anniversary vacation with my wife. The place was in a great location. The bedroom was small with no clothing storage. The shower had terrible water pressure. All that said, the unit was clean and nice.

Picked this unit based on proximity to downtown and the Beaver Run Conference Center. A+ for both. The quietest unit I have ever had in Breckenridge. Nicely appointed, great bed and great updates for enjoying for a week.

We had a great stay. This place was exactly as advertised and was absolutely spotless. I was very weary of the direct deposit to another rental company since it feels like everything these days is a scam, but it was legit and the company was great. Fireplace wasn’t working on the first night and they immediately came and fixed it.

We were in Breckenridge for a summer get away from the heat. This property is nice, but the furniture is a bit dated. and worn, For example, TV trays are utilized as end tables in the living room. This property is probably better for a winter ski trip rather than a summer destination.

Property was clean and convenient to Main Street with less street noise than being on Main Street. I believe the hot tubs in the actual complex could be maintained better as the jets do not all work. Other than that it was a great place to stay!

Great location. Clean and nicely updated condo. Do be careful of the hot water as another reviewer mentioned as it’s much hotter than normal “hot” and almost scalded my hands first time washing them.

Just enough space for a family of 4 for under a week
Cons:
the hot tub on premises was pretty gross… bummer for après. Village shared hot tub only marginally better & no towels provided
Management company requires you to wire the balance payment, as opposed to paying by credit card, which removes a layer of consumer protection
Pull out couch was quite uncomfortable for the kids, with mattress on its last legs
No TV in master bedroom

I grew up coming to Breck and have always stayed close to the lifts. My husband and I actually stayed across the hall a few years ago and loved the location so much we looked for another room. This one was even better! It was clean, beautifully decorated, and the best part is right by the lifts. With kids that is so helpful. We enjoyed having little extras like dish soap, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, tissues, and a water filtering pitcher. The kitchen had everything we needed. And the extra bedding for the pull out couch was also nice. We hope to be back!

This unit had everything we needed and was well appointed, nice decorating and thoughtful items like laundry detergent. Less than 5 min walk to lift and 2 or 3 blocks to downtown. We even cooked steaks one night on the grill. Hot water was VERY hot so be cautious. Trails end condo building is in good location but spa (outdoor hot tub and sauna weren't functioning). Elevators slow and small.

Our Trails End condo has in a great location only a short walk to the Quicksilver lift and a short walk to downtown Breckinridge. The condo was in good shape and we really enjoyed the gas fireplace.

Clean under the kitchen cupboards on the floor, old food and dirt. Also the bathroom in my view needs replacing, old and really not that pleasant. Shower worked well.
Generally clean but some attention to cleaning detail would go a long way.

Trails End is in an excellent location to both the Quicksilver chair lift and town. That chair can be busy in the morning, especially on weekends. The complex is small, quiet, and intimate, making getting back to the unit easy.
Unit 216 was comfortable and reasonably furnished. The kitchen was Very Poorly appointed. Pots and pans were almost unusable and cooking utensils were extremely limited. Having stayed for 10 days we cooked dinner 4 or 5 nights which was kind of like camping. If the owner had invested a coupe of hundred dollars to better equip the kitchen it would be little money spent for a big gain. I would stay in Trails End again but not in unit 216 for this reason.

Nice condo, close to lift
Great building, clean and convenient both to lifts and town. Kitchen well equipped. Bed and pull out couch we’re comfortable.
A picture on the wall held up by sticky tape fell onto my head and split my scalp open. I let the rental company know so I wouldn’t be charged for damaging the place. The reply was nothing more than “we’re sorry that happened. We’ll tell maintenance.” Needed stitches!
Other than that, would recommend.
